Claims (7)
- Gegenschloß für zweiflüglige Nottüren mit Antipanik-Öffnung, wobei einer der Türflügel normalerweise aktiv ist und ein Antipanik-Schloß mit einer Falle (1) aufweist, während der andere Türflügel normalerweise inaktiv ist und das ebenfalls als Antipanik-Schloß ausgebildete Gegenschloß (2) aufweist, das in Vertikalrichtung jeweilige obere und untere Kantriegel (3, 4) betätigt und mit einer Schließblechöffnung (5) für die Falle (1 ) versehen ist, wobei das Gegenschloß (2) in seinem Gehäuse Antriebseinrichtungen für die oberen und unteren Kantriegel (3,4), Verbindungseinrichtungen für die oberen und unteren Kantriegel (3, 4) mit ihren Antriebseinrichtungen (16, 17) und eine in Horizontalrichtung verschiebbare Ausstoßvorrichtung (6) aufweist, die die Falle (1) des Schlosses während des Öffnungsvorgangs des Gegenschlosses (2), bei dem die oberen und unteren Kantriegel (3, 4) zurückgezogen werden, aus der Schließblechöffnung (5) ausstößt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtungen der oberen und unteren Kantriegel (3, 4) mit ihren Antriebseinrichtungen durch jeweilige Gewindespitzen (7) an den dem Gegenschloß (2) zugewandten Enden der Kantriegel (3, 4) und jeweilige Muttern (8) gebildet sind, in die die Gewindespitzen (7) eingeschraubt sind und die in den Antriebseinrichtungen (16, 17) der Kantriegel (3,4) befestigt sind, daß die Verbindungseinrichtungen weiterhin jeweilige selbstsperrende blattförmige Klammern (9) einschließen, die eine "U"-Form aufweisen, die durch erste (10) und zweite (11) Schenkel gebildet ist, die jeweils gegen erste (12) bzw. zweite (13) Stirnflächen der jeweiligen Mutter (8) anliegen, deren Stirnflächen als erste (12) und zweite (13) Stimfläche entsprechend der Vorwärtsbewegung der Gewindespitzen (7) bei dem Einschrauben in die Muttern (8) bezeichnet sind, wobei die ersten (10) und zweiten (11) Schenkel eine erste (14) bzw. zweite (15) Öffnung aufweisen, die in Axialrichtung mit der Bohrung der Mutter (8) ausgerichtet sind, und daß die die erste oder relativ weite Öffnung (14) einen Durchmesser aufweist, der größer als der Außendurchmesser der Gewindespitzen (7) ist, während die zweite oder relativ enge Öffnung (15) einen Durchmesser aufweist, der zwischen dem Kemdurchmesser und dem Außendurchmesser der Gewindespitzen (7) liegt.
- Gegenschloß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtungen der oberen und unteren Kantriegel (3, 4) jeweilige obere und untere Schieber (16, 17) sind, die in Vertikalrichtung verschiebbar geführt sind und deren vertikale Bewegungen zueinander und zu der in Horizontalrichtung geführten Bewegung der Ausstoßvorrichtung (6) über eine drehbare Scheibe (18) zueinander in Beziehung gesetzt sind, die einen ersten (19), einen zweiten (20) und einen dritten (21) Führungsschlitz aufweist, in deren Längsrichtung jeweilige erste (22), zweite (23) und dritte (24) Zapfen geführt sind, die an der Ausstoßvorrichtung (6), an dem oberen Schieber (16) bzw. an dem unteren Schieber (17) befestigt sind, und daß die Ausstoßvorrichtung (6) eine vordere (25) und eine hintere (26) Stirnfläche aufweist, die jeweils gegen die sich in der Schließblechöffnung (5) befindliche Falle (1) bzw. gegen das Ende eines radialen Arms (27) zur Anlage bringbar sind, der sich starr mit einer drehbaren Nuß (28) dreht, die beim Öffnungsvorgang des Gegenschlosses (2) betätigt wird.
- Gegenschloß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arbeitshub der Ausstoßvorrichtung (6) zwischen jeweiligen hinteren oder Ruhe-Stellungen und vorderen oder Ausstoß-Stellungen hervorgerufen wird, derart, daß in der hinteren Stellung die Schließblechöffnung (5) die Falle (1) aufnehmen kann und der radiale Arm (27) der drehbaren Nuß (28) sich in einer nicht verdrehten oder hinteren Stellung befindet, während in der vorderen Stellung der Ausstoßvorrichtung (6) die genannte vordere Stirnfläche glatt abschließend mit Außenseite der Vorderkante des Gegenschlosses (2) ausgerichtet ist und der radiale Arm (27) sich in einer verdrehten oder vorderen Stellung befindet.
- Gegenschloß nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hinteren und vorderen Stellungen der Ausstoßvorrichtung (6) jeweiligen Zuständen einer relativen Entspannung bzw. Spannung einer elastischen Feder (29) entsprechen, die der Ausstoßvorrichtung (6) zugeordnet ist.
- Gegenschloß nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radialen zweiten (20) und dritten (21) Führungsschlitze diametral gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
- Gegenschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der erste radiale Führungsschlitz (19) in der Mitte zwischen den zweiten (20) und dritten (21) Führungsschlitzen befindet.
- Gegenschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den genannten hinteren und vorderen Stellungen der Ausstoßvorrichtung (6) die radialen zweiten (20) und dritten (21) Führungsschlitze unter 45° zur Vertikalen oder zur Horizontalen ausgerichtet sind.
