Claims (20)
- Treibstangenverschluss mit einem Hauptschloss und wenigstens einem, mit dem Hauptschloss über wenigstens eine Treibstange angekoppelten Zusatzriegelschloss (10), wobei das Zusatzriegelschloss (10) ein Riegelgehäuse (16), einen Schwenkriegel (32) und einen Treibstangen-Anschlussschieber (14) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Treibstangenanschluss-Schieber (14) einen in Richtung auf den Schwenkriegel (32) abragenden Nocken (24) aufweist, dass der Schwenkriegel (32) mit einem Steuerschlitz (38) versehen ist, dass der Steuerschlitz (38) insbesondere als Sackloch ausgebildet ist.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Riegelgehäuse (16) wenigstens einen Führungsvorsprung (50) für den Treibstangen-Anschlussschieber (14) und den Schwenkriegel (32) aufweist.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Riegelgehäuse (16) einteilig ausgebildet ist.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Riegelgehäuse (16) ein Metalldruckguss-, insbesondere ein Zinkdruckgussteil, oder ein Spritzgussteil ist.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsvorsprünge (50) als Führungsleisten (52) ausgebildet sind.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsleisten (52) sich orthogonal zur Bewegungsrichtung (42) des Treibstangen-Anschlussschiebers (14) erstrecken.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsvorsprünge (50) an einer Innenseite oder an beiden Innenseiten des Riegelgehäuses (16) vorgesehen sind.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Treibstangen-Anschlussschieber (14) an der einer Stulpschiene gegenüberliegenden Rückseite des Riegelgehäuses (16) abstützt.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkriegel (32) mit einem in Richtung auf den Treibstangen-Anschlussschieber (14) vorspringenden Ausschwenk-Verhinderungszapfen (30) versehen ist.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerschlitz (38) des Schwenkriegels (32) im Wesentlichen in radialer Richtung bezüglich der Schwenkachse (34) des Schwenkriegels (32) verläuft.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerschlitz (38) einen bei ins Riegelgehäuse (16) eingeschwenktem Schwenkriegel (32) parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung (42) des Treibstangen-Anschlussschiebers (14) verlaufenden ersten Abschnitt (40) und einen dazu orthogonalen zweiten Abschnitt (46) aufweist.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Abschnitt (40 und 46) ein schräg verlaufender dritter Abschnitt (44) vorgesehen ist.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich bei eingeschwenktem Schwenkriegel (32) der Nocken (24) des Treibstangen-Anschlussschiebers (14) im ersten Abschnitt (40) befindet.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkriegel (32) einteilig mit angeformter Schwenkachse (34) ausgebildet ist.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkriegel (32) Aufnahmen für eine Schwenkachse (34) und/oder einen Ausschwenk-Verhinderungszapfen (30) aufweist.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Treibstangen-Anschlussschieber (14) mit einer Freisparung (26) für einen am Schwenkriegel (32) vorgesehenen Ausschwenk-Verhinderungszapfen (30) versehen ist.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der am Treibstangen-Anschlussschieber (14) vorgesehen Nocken (24) durch Umformung ausgeprägt ist.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nocken (24) als separater, am Treibstangen-Anschlussschieber (14) angebrachter Nocken ausgebildet ist.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Bauteile ineinander einsteckbar sind.
- Treibstangenverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riegelvorsprünge (50) als Versteifungselemente für das Riegelgehäuse (16) ausgebildet sind.
