Claims (16)
- Kompensationsgewicht (10), insbesondere für ein Aufzugssystem, in Form eines langgestreckten Kabels, das mindestens ein langgestrecktes Tragorgan (20,22) umfaßt, welches in einem langgestreckten biegsamen Mantel (12) angeordnet ist, wobei das Tragorgan (20,22) in Kombination mit mindestens einem langgestreckten Gewichtselement (14) vorliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewichtselement (14) ein Gemisch aus Kunststoffmaterial (16) und einem oder mehreren pulverförmigen Metallsalzen und/oder Metallchalkogeniden (18) mit einer Massendichte ≥ 2,3 g/cm3 enthält.
- Kompensationsgewicht (10), insbesondere nach Anspruch 1, in Form eines langgestreckten Flachkabels mit einem langgestreckten biegsamen Mantel (12) und einer Mehrzahl von vom Mantel umschlossenen Hohlräumen (26a, 26b) zur Aufnahme eines oder mehrerer Gewichtselemente (14, 14a-g) und eines oder mehrerer langgestreckter Tragorgane (20,22), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Tragorgan (20,22) und mindestens ein Gewichtselement (14, 14a-g) getrennt ausgebildet sind und jeweils in unterschiedlichen Hohlräumen (26a bzw. 26b) angeordnet sind.
- Kompensationsgewicht (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bzw. die Tragorgan(e) (20,22) aus Materialien bestehen, die aus Stahl, Eisen, Polyamiden, Aramiden und Kohlefaser ausgewählt sind.
- Kompensationsgewicht (10) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bzw. die Tragorgan(e) (20) Stahlseile sind.
- Kompensationsgewicht (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Tragorgane (20a, 20b) jeweils in Nachbarschaft zu den gekrümmten Querschnittsenden des als Flachkabel ausgebildeten Kompensationsgewichts 10 angeordnet sind und das bzw. die Gewichtselement(e) (14, 14a-g) in einer Ebene zwischen den zwei Tragorganen (20a,20b) angeordnet sind.
- Kompensationsgewicht (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel (12) einen Kunststoff (17) enthält, der ausgewählt ist aus Weich-PVC, thermoplastischen Elastomeren, Polyolefin-Kautschuken einschließlich Ethylen-Octen-Copolymers und Polyisobutylen, Butylkautschuk, Ethylen-Propylen-Dien-Terpolymeren, chlorsulfoniertem Polyethylen, vulkanisertem Chloropren, Flüssigpolymeren in Kombination mit Thermoplasten, Polyamiden, Polyurethanen und Siliconkautschuk.
- Kompensationsgewicht (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel (12) ein oder mehrere Metallsalze und/oder Metallchalkogenide (19) mit einer Massendichte ≥ 2,3 g/cm3 enthält.
- Kompensationsgewicht (10) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallsalze und/oder Metallchalkogenide (19) zu 20 - 40 Gew.%, bevorzugt 20 - 30 Gew.%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Mantels (12), in dem Mantel (12) vorliegen.
- Kompensationsgewicht (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewichtselemente (14,14a-g) ein Gemisch aus Kunststoffmaterial (16) und einem Pulver (18) aus einem oder mehreren Gliedern aus der Gruppe Bariumsulfat, cacium-, eisen-, kupfer- und/oder bleihaltigen Salzen und/oder Chalkogeniden und Schlacke von Hochöfen enthalten.
- Kompensationsgewicht (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das in den Gewichtselementen (14,14a-g) vorliegende Gemisch aus Kunststoffmaterial (16) und einem oder mehreren Metallsalzen und/oder Metallchalkogeniden (18) zu 50 - 90 Gew.%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Gemischs, an Metallsalz und/oder Metallchalkogenid (18) aufweist.
- Kompensationsgewicht (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kunststoffmaterial (16) des bzw. der Gewichtselemente(s) (14,14a-g) aus den Kunststoffen des Anspruches 7 und zusätzlich aus thermoplastischen Kunststoffen mit niedriger bis mittlerer Mooney-Viskosität ausgewählt ist.
- Kompensationsgewicht (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewichtselemente (14,14a-g) rund sind und in ihrer Mitte einen dünnen Hilfsträger (24) aus Draht oder einem Kunststoffaden mit hoher Reißfestigkeit aufweisen.
- Kompensationsgewicht (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines oder mehrere der Gewichtselemente (14,14a-g) in ihrer Mitte mit einer oder mehreren elektrischen Adern (28) versehen sind.
- Kompensationsgewicht (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es weiter ein oder mehrere elektrische Aderbündel (30) enthält.
- Kompensationsgewicht (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, 7 und 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bzw. die Gewichtselement(e) (14,14a-g) Metallkörper 32 mit einer Länge von 0,5 bis 6 cm enthalten, die formstabil mit einem Kunststoff (34) umwickelt oder ummantelt sind.
