本发明公开了一种电梯平衡缆,包括受力元件、外部塑胶层和外包层,数个受力元件设置在外部塑胶层内,在外部塑胶层外侧设置有外包层,外部塑胶层为扁平结构,外部塑胶层两侧为凸出的半圆形,在外部塑胶层两侧中间位置均设置有凹槽,外部塑胶层由填料和塑胶挤塑成型,填料由以下材料按照重量份组成:低密度钙粉40‑60份,重晶石粉20‑25份,硅微粉23‑33份,硬砂岩粉10‑15份,符山岩粉11‑16份,硬脂酸20‑34份,增塑剂20‑30份,干燥剂2‑5份,抗老化剂4‑6份,防冻剂3‑5份,润滑剂5‑10份、聚氯乙烯29‑59份。本发明结构简单、设计合理,不仅具有低密度、高强度、高弹性等优点,还能延长使用寿命,减缓外部塑胶层的老化速度。

一种电梯平衡缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电梯补偿平衡系统,具体的说是一种电梯平衡缆。
背景技术
目前大多数电梯平衡缆的填料均采用滑石粉和石棉,滑石粉和石棉均是对人体有害的物质,长时间接触容易使人体细胞癌变,同时现有技术中的填料配方密度过高,不能满足客户需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题本发明提供了一种密度较小、对人体无害的电梯平衡缆。
为了达到上述目的本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明是一种电梯平衡缆,包括受力元件、外部塑胶层和外包层,数个受力元件设置在外部塑胶层内,在外部塑胶层外侧设置有外包层,外部塑胶层为扁平结构,外部塑胶层两侧为凸出的半圆形,在外部塑胶层两侧中间位置均设置有凹槽,外部塑胶层由填料和塑胶挤塑成型,填料由以下材料按照重量份组成:低密度钙粉40-60份,重晶石粉20-25份,硅微粉23-33份,硬砂岩粉10-15份,符山岩粉11-16份,硬脂酸20-34份,增塑剂20-30份,干燥剂2-5份,抗老化剂4-6份,防冻剂3-5份,润滑剂5-10份、聚氯乙烯29-59份。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在外部塑胶层上下两侧均设置有两个固定外包层的固定槽,在固定槽底部设置有卡槽,在外包层内侧设置有卡入凹槽和固定槽内的主凸出件和侧边凸出件。
本发明的进一步改进在于:固定槽为“V”形槽,卡槽两侧为向内凹陷的圆弧。
本发明的进一步改进在于:每个受力元件为数个钢丝、铝钢丝或锌钢丝拧成的。
本发明的有益效果是:采用低密度钙粉与重晶石粉、硅微粉、硬砂岩粉和符山岩粉混合,由于低密度钙粉重晶石粉、硅微粉、硬砂岩粉和符山岩粉密度相差很大,为了更好的混合防止密度大的物质沉在底部加入硬脂酸和增塑剂后高速搅拌,使搅拌后的各个物质能够充分混合,在混合均匀后加入干燥剂、抗老化剂、防冻剂、润滑剂和聚氯乙烯充分混合后加入塑胶进一步加工挤塑成型,使本发明具有低密度、高强度、高弹性等优点,外部塑胶层通过固定槽、卡槽固定外包层内侧的主凸出件、侧边凸出件来固定外包层,使电梯平衡缆的结构更紧密。
本发明结构简单、设计合理,不仅具有低密度、高强度、高弹性等优点,还能延长使用寿命,减缓外部塑胶层的老化速度。

如图1所示,本发明是一种电梯平衡缆,包括受力元件1、外部塑胶层2和外包层3,其特征在于:数个受力元件1设置在外部塑胶层2内,在外部塑胶层2外侧设置有外包层3,外部塑胶层2为扁平结构,外部塑胶层2两侧为凸出的半圆形,在外部塑胶层2两侧中间位置均设置有凹槽,外部塑胶层2由填料和塑胶挤塑成型,填料由以下材料按照重量份组成:低密度钙粉40-60份,重晶石粉20-25份,硅微粉23-33份,硬砂岩粉10-15份,符山岩粉11-16份,硬脂酸20-34份,增塑剂20-30份,干燥剂2-5份,抗老化剂4-6份,防冻剂3-5份,润滑剂5-10份、聚氯乙烯29-59份,在所述外部塑胶层(2)上下两侧均设置有两个固定外包层的固定槽,在所述固定槽底部设置有卡槽,在所述外包层(3)内侧设置有卡入所述凹槽和所述固定槽内的主凸出件(4)和侧边凸出件(5),每个所述受力元件(1)为数个钢丝、铝钢丝或锌钢丝拧成的。
实施例1
填料中材料包括:低密度钙粉、重晶石粉、硅微粉、硬砂岩粉、符山岩粉、硬脂酸、增塑剂、干燥剂、抗老化剂、防冻剂、润滑剂聚氯乙烯组成重量份为:低密度钙粉50份,重晶石粉20份,硅微粉25份,硬砂岩粉10份,符山岩粉13份,硬脂酸25份,增塑剂20份,干燥剂3份,抗老化剂4份,防冻剂3份,润滑剂6份、聚氯乙烯30份。
实施例2
填料中材料包括:低密度钙粉、重晶石粉、硅微粉、硬砂岩粉、符山岩粉、硬脂酸、增塑剂、干燥剂、抗老化剂、防冻剂、润滑剂聚氯乙烯组成重量份为:低密度钙粉55份,重晶石粉25份,硅微粉30份,硬砂岩粉13份,符山岩粉15份,硬脂酸30份,增塑剂25份,干燥剂4份,抗老化剂5份,防冻剂4份,润滑剂8份、聚氯乙烯50份。
本发明结构简单、设计合理,不仅具有低密度、高强度、高弹性等优点,还能延长使用寿命,减缓外部塑胶层的老化速度。

1.一种电梯平衡缆,包括受力元件(1)、外部塑胶层(2)和外包层(3),其特征在于:数个所述受力元件(1)设置在所述外部塑胶层(2)内,在所述外部塑胶层(2)外侧设置有所述外包层(3),所述外部塑胶层(2)为扁平结构,所述外部塑胶层(2)两侧为凸出的半圆形,在所述外部塑胶层(2)两侧中间位置均设置有凹槽,所述外部塑胶层(2)由填料和塑胶挤塑成型,所述填料由以下材料按照重量份组成:低密度钙粉40-60份,重晶石粉20-25份,硅微粉23-33份,硬砂岩粉10-15份,符山岩粉11-16份,硬脂酸20-34份,增塑剂20-30份,干燥剂2-5份,抗老化剂4-6份,防冻剂3-5份,润滑剂5-10份、聚氯乙烯29-59份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种电梯平衡缆,其特征在于:在所述外部塑胶层(2)上下两侧均设置有两个固定外包层的固定槽,在所述固定槽底部设置有卡槽,在所述外包层(3)内侧设置有卡入所述凹槽和所述固定槽内的主凸出件(4)和侧边凸出件(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种电梯平衡缆,其特征在于:所述固定槽为“V”形槽,所述卡槽两侧为向内凹陷的圆弧。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种电梯平衡缆,其特征在于:每个所述受力元件(1)为数个钢丝、铝钢丝或锌钢丝拧成的。
