本实用新型涉及一种低风压的架空绝缘电缆,属于电缆技术领域。
背景技术
目前,我国郊区及农村电网电力传输常用架空绝缘电缆,而普通架空绝缘电缆一般均为圆柱形状。由于圆柱形状电缆在强烈大风天气下,会在受力面背后产生较大的后流,所以会产生较大的风压,因此对电缆支持物电杆等产生较大的压力,对电力线路的运行带来较大的影响,同时在设计时也需要增加支持物的强度,以满足在强风状态下的负荷要求,这样就加大了电缆支持物的原材料成本,增加了线路的建设成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种低风压架空绝缘电缆,其可以减小电缆在受风状态下的荷重,提高线路安全性,主要创新在于将电缆的外观由圆柱形改为槽形或多面体形。具体是这样来实施的:低风压架空绝缘电缆,包括导体、屏蔽层和绝缘层,其特征在于绝缘层外表面呈槽形或多面体形。外表呈槽形或多面体形的架空绝缘电缆,减小了电缆在受风状态下的后流,降低了电缆在大风天气下的风压,与圆形电缆相比,可使风压负荷降低30%~50%,如此可大大降低电缆支持物的设计强度,降低线路建设成本。
本实用新型低风压架空绝缘电缆,电缆的导体为铝绞线、钢芯铝绞线或铝合金芯绞线,电缆导体外屏蔽层为挤包半导电聚烯烃屏蔽层,屏蔽层外挤包一层绝缘层,绝缘层为交联聚乙烯绝缘料或高密度聚乙烯绝缘混合料。
本实用新型的电缆结构合理,外形新颖,生产制造容易、性能优良,具有以下优良性能指标:
1.比圆形电缆的风压负荷降低了30%~50%,线路安全性高;
2.使用交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆允许长期使用温度可达90℃,发生瞬间短路时(不超过5s),可允许导体温度达到250℃;使用高密度聚乙烯绝缘电缆允许长期使用温度可达75℃,发生瞬间短路时(不超过5s),可允许导体温度达到150℃。

具体实施方式:
低风压架空绝缘电缆,包括导体1、屏蔽层2和绝缘层3,导体1为铝绞线或钢芯铝绞线或铝合金芯绞线,导体1外挤包有半导电聚烯烃屏蔽层2,屏蔽层2外挤包有交联聚乙烯绝缘料或高密度聚乙烯绝缘混合料绝缘层3,绝缘层3外表面呈槽形或多面体形。

1.低风压架空绝缘电缆,包括导体、屏蔽层和绝缘层,其特征在于绝缘层外表面呈槽形或多面体形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低风压架空绝缘电缆,其特征在于导体为铝绞线或钢芯铝绞线或铝合金芯绞线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低风压架空绝缘电缆,其特征在于屏蔽层为挤包在导体外的半导电聚烯烃屏蔽层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低风压架空绝缘电缆,其特征在于绝缘层挤包在屏蔽层外,为交联聚乙烯绝缘料或高密度聚乙烯绝缘混合料绝缘层。
