背景技术
架空配电网是城乡电网的重要组成部分,随着社会经济的发展,全社会用电量快速增长,用量较多的10kV架空绝缘电缆负载过重、供电能力不足。另外,架空绝缘电缆长期在日光照射下工作,且许多输电线路需穿越森林或大片林区,容易使电缆的绝缘层受到损坏,耐侯、绝缘性、屏蔽性能较差,难以达到正常的使用寿命。因此,设计出高性能的20kV的架空电缆,对我国城乡电网电力事业发展有着积极的社会意义。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种20kV架空绝缘电缆,解决现有架空绝缘电缆存在的耐侯性、绝缘性、屏蔽性能较差等问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种20kV架空绝缘电缆,该架空绝缘电缆设有硬铝丝导体、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层,硬铝丝导体的外部为导体屏蔽层,导体屏蔽层的外部为绝缘层。
所述的20kV架空绝缘电缆,该架空绝缘电缆采用单芯电缆。
所述的20kV架空绝缘电缆,导体屏蔽层采用可交联35kV及以下内半导电屏蔽料。

如图1所示,本实用新型20kV架空绝缘电缆主要包括:硬铝丝导体1、导体屏蔽层2、绝缘层3等,硬铝丝导体1的外部为导体屏蔽层2,导体屏蔽层2的外部为绝缘层3,该架空绝缘电缆采用单芯电缆。
本实施例中,导体屏蔽层采用可交联35kV及以下内半导电屏蔽料,绝缘层采用黑色耐候35kV及以下交联聚乙烯绝缘料。

3.按照权利要求1所述的20kV架空绝缘电缆,其特征在于:导体屏蔽层采用可交联35kV及以下内半导电屏蔽料。
4.按照权利要求1所述的20kV架空绝缘电缆,其特征在于:绝缘层采用黑色耐候35kV及以下交联聚乙烯绝缘料。
