一种节能电源线,包括外绝缘层1和所述外绝缘层1内包覆的至少两根内绝缘层2,所述内绝缘层2内包覆有导体和绝缘的带状加强件5,所述导体为铜芯3包覆于铝芯4外组成。
进一步的,所述绝缘的带状加强件5缠绕于所述导体。

参阅图1和图2,本实施例所述的一种节能电源线,包括外绝缘层1和所述外绝缘层1内包覆的至少两根内绝缘层2,本实施例为3根,所述内绝缘层2内包覆有导体和绝缘的带状加强件5,所述绝缘的带状加强件5缠绕于所述导体上,所述导体为铜芯3包覆于铝芯4外组成,所述的铜芯3可缠绕与所述铝芯外。本实用新型电源线,导体外缠绕有带状加强件,因此抗拉性能好;导体为铜芯包覆于铝芯外组成,因此降低了成本,且生产过程中不易断线,安全节能。
