Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型电缆填充材料,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:ABS塑料50‑80份、环氧树脂30‑40份、石墨5‑10份、发泡剂1‑8份、阻燃剂2‑6份、氧化锌3‑10份、硅酸镁1‑8份、滑石粉5‑15份、成核剂1‑2份、石棉3‑8份、石英粉5‑12份、补强剂1‑3份、乙酸乙酯2‑5份、高岭土3‑15份、沥青3‑5份。本发明的新型电缆填充材料,具有很好的防水防潮效果,阻燃性能好,稳定性佳,对电缆达到很好的保护作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型电缆填充材料。
背景技术
填充材料就是用作填充的,因为电缆的缆芯是有多根绝缘线芯绞合组成的,在成缆过程中必然会产生缝隙,如果这些缝隙不用材料填充密实的话,电缆的缆芯不稳地,减少电缆在使用过程中的寿命。电缆的填充材料可以保证电缆的圆整,避免挤出护套时电缆表面出现麻花形状,就是减少电缆护套在挤出过程中护套材料的过多使用,合理的控制成本。到目前为止,国内绝大多数的电缆套管内均为油膏填充,填充膏是直接与电缆相接触的,所以油膏质量的好坏直接影响到电缆的质量,而我国对电缆用油膏研究开发较晚,所以还存在一些缺陷,有待于进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种阻燃性能好,稳定性佳的新型电缆填充材料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种新型电缆填充材料,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:ABS塑料50-80份、环氧树脂30-40份、石墨5-10份、发泡剂1-8份、阻燃剂2-6份、氧化锌3-10份、硅酸镁1-8份、滑石粉5-15份、成核剂1-2份、石棉3-8份、石英粉5-12份、补强剂1-3份、乙酸乙酯2-5份、高岭土3-15份、沥青3-5份。
进一步的,一种新型电缆填充材料,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:ABS塑料50-70份、环氧树脂30-35份、石墨5-7份、发泡剂1-6份、阻燃剂2-5份、氧化锌3-7份、硅酸镁1-6份、滑石粉5-12份、成核剂1-2份、石棉3-6份、石英粉5-8份、补强剂1-3份、乙酸乙酯2-4份、高岭土3-12份、沥青3-5份。
再进一步的,一种新型电缆填充材料,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:ABS塑料60份、环氧树脂33份、石墨6份、发泡剂3份、阻燃剂3份、氧化锌5份、硅酸镁3份、滑石粉8份、成核剂1份、石棉4份、石英粉6份、补强剂2份、乙酸乙酯3份、高岭土7份、沥青4份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的新型电缆填充材料,具有很好的防水防潮效果,阻燃性能好,稳定性佳,对电缆达到很好的保护作用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电缆填充材料,其特征在于:按照以下原料的重量份数组成:ABS塑料50-70份、环氧树脂30-35份、石墨5-7份、发泡剂1-6份、阻燃剂2-5份、氧化锌3-7份、硅酸镁1-6份、滑石粉5-12份、成核剂1-2份、石棉3-6份、石英粉5-8份、补强剂1-3份、乙酸乙酯2-4份、高岭土3-12份、沥青3-5份。
