技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保电缆填充材料。
背景技术
填充材料就是用作填充的,因为电缆的缆芯是有多根绝缘线芯绞合组成的,在成缆过程中必然会产生缝隙,如果这些缝隙不用材料填充密实的话,电缆的缆芯不稳地,减少电缆在使用过程中的寿命。电缆的填充材料可以保证电缆的圆整,避免挤出护套时电缆表面出现麻花形状,就是减少电缆护套在挤出过程中护套材料的过多使用,合理的控制成本。到目前为止,国内绝大多数的电缆套管内均为油膏填充,填充膏是直接与电缆相接触的,所以油膏质量的好坏直接影响到电缆的质量,而我国对电缆用油膏研究开发较晚,所以还存在一些缺陷,有待于进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种阻燃性能好,稳定性佳的环保电缆填充材料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种环保电缆填充材料,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚丙烯塑料50-80份、环氧树脂30-40份、石墨5-10份、发泡剂1-8份、阻燃剂2-6份、氧化硼3-5份、偶联剂1-3份、乙二醇6-9份、二氧化肽纳米粉2-5份、硬脂酸钙10-15份、水玻璃6-10份、钛酸脂3-6份、麦石粉2-5份、滑石粉1-6份、高岭土3-6份。
进一步的,一种环保电缆填充材料,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚丙烯塑料50-75份、环氧树脂30-35份、石墨5-8份、发泡剂1-6份、阻燃剂2-5份、氧化硼3-5份、偶联剂1-3份、乙二醇6-8份、二氧化肽纳米粉2-4份、硬脂酸钙10-12份、水玻璃6-8份、钛酸脂3-5份、麦石粉2-4份、滑石粉1-4份、高岭土3-5份。
再进一步的,一种环保电缆填充材料,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚丙烯塑料65份、环氧树脂33份、石墨6份、发泡剂3份、阻燃剂4份、氧化硼4份、偶联剂2份、乙二醇7份、二氧化肽纳米粉3份、硬脂酸钙11份、水玻璃7份、钛酸脂4份、麦石粉3份、滑石粉3份、高岭土4份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的环保电缆填充材料,具有很好的防水防潮效果,阻燃性能好,稳定性佳,对电缆达到很好的保护作用。
