本发明属于电线电缆技术领域,具体是一种环保电缆材料,其由以下按重量份数计的组分制成:PVC树脂50‑80份,聚氯乙烯25‑35份,氧化铝粉10‑15份,硬脂酸5‑9份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6‑12份,三元乙丙橡胶40‑60份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷1‑3份,玻璃纤维18‑25份,无卤膨胀型阻燃剂20‑25份,润滑剂3‑5份,抗氧剂1‑3份。本发明采用PVC树脂为主要材料,选用环保型的阻燃剂,可大大减少阻燃剂的使用量,同时使得阻燃性能能够得到大幅度的提升,而且具有环保无毒、抗吸水性和防潮性强的优势。

本发明涉及电线电缆技术领域,特别涉及一种环保电缆材料。
背景技术
现有的国内外耐火电缆主要有氧化镁矿物绝缘防火电缆和云母带绕包无机绝缘的的防火电缆。电线电缆绝缘及护套用塑料俗称电缆料,其中包括了橡胶、塑料、尼龙等多种品种。近几年来,我国电缆料生产企业有了很大的发展,特别是一些民营企业,在生产规模、产品结构调整及新产品开发上顺应市场需求 , 有很大的提高。但现有技术的电缆料存在阻燃性不够,重金属超标等问题,阻碍了它的应用。
可见,现有技术还有待改进和提高。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种环保无害且阻燃性和耐潮性优异的环保电缆材料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案:
一种环保电缆材料,由以下按重量份数计的组分制成:PVC树脂50-80份,聚氯乙烯25-35份,氧化铝粉10-15份,硬脂酸5-9份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6-12份,三元乙丙橡胶40-60份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷1-3份,玻璃纤维18-25份,无卤膨胀型阻燃剂20-25份,润滑剂3-5份,抗氧剂1-3份。
所述的环保电缆材料中,所述组分按照重量份数计算为:PVC树脂65份,聚氯乙烯30份,氧化铝粉12份,硬脂酸7份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯9份,三元乙丙橡胶50份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷2份,玻璃纤维20份,无卤膨胀型阻燃剂22份,润滑剂4份,抗氧剂2份。
所述的环保电缆材料中,所述润滑剂为硅酸酯或磷酸酯。
所述的环保电缆材料中,所述抗氧剂为对苯二胺。
所述的环保电缆材料中,所述玻璃纤维为AR玻璃纤维。
有益效果:
本发明提供了一种环保电缆材料,其采用PVC树脂为主要材料,选用环保型的阻燃剂,可大大减少阻燃剂的使用量,同时使得阻燃性能能够得到大幅度的提升,而且具有环保无毒、抗吸水性和防潮性强的优势。

PVC树脂65份,聚氯乙烯30份,氧化铝粉12份,硬脂酸7份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯9份,三元乙丙橡胶50份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷2份,玻璃纤维20份,无卤膨胀型阻燃剂22份,润滑剂4份,抗氧剂2份。
