Claims (26)
- Verfahren zum Bilden mindestens eines Tabakstranges, in welchem Tabakfasern in einem breiten Schauer mindestens einem luftdurchlässigen Strangförderer zugeführt werden und an diesem Förderer mittels Saugluft gehalten werden, ferner in dieser durch den Strangförderer gesaugten Luft enthaltener Staub weitestgehend vollständig aus der Luft abgeschieden wird und dieser abgeschiedene Staub teilweise wieder dem Tabakstrang zugesetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Staub in eine grobe und eine feine Fraktion aufgeteilt wird, und dass die grobe Fraktion dem Tabakstrang zugesetzt wird, während die feine Fraktion einer Zentralentstaubung zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gesamte abgeschiedene Staub dem mindestens einen Strangförderer erneut zugegeben wird und die Aufteilung des Staubes in die genannten Fraktionen durch die Siebwirkung des Strangförderers und gegebenenfalls bereits auf diesem aufgeschütteten Tabak erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abgeschiedene Staub pneumatisch zu dem Strangförderer transportiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Tabakstränge gleichzeitig gebildet werden und der aus der Abluft abgeschiedene Staub vor der Aufteilung in die Fraktionen in mindestens zwei Teilströme aufgeteilt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Strangförderer ein Teilstrom des abgetrennten Staubes zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Staub dem Strangförderer auf einer Breite zugegeben wird, die wesentlich kleiner ist als die Breite des Schauers aus Tabakfasern, wobei die im Bereich der Staubzugabe durch den Strangförderer tretende Luft zusammen mit dem in ihr enthaltenen Feinstaub separat abgesaugt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Staub vor dem Schauer aus Tabakfasern dem Strangförderer zugegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Staub dem Schauer aus Tabakfasern zugegeben wird, bevor dieser zusammen mit dem Staub auf den Strangförderer aufgeschüttet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Staub dem Schauer aus Tabakfasern so zugeführt wird, dass die grobe Fraktion des Staubes in einem Bereich des Tabakstranges abgeschieden wird, welcher nicht in einem nachfolgenden Verfahrensschritt als Überschuss von dem Tabakstrang abgetrimmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Staub vor der Zugabe zu dem Strangförderer oder zu dem Schauer aus Tabakfasern eine Bewegungskomponente in Förderrichtung des Strangförderers gegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge der separat abgesaugten Luft so gesteuert wird, dass der an dem Strangförderer anliegende Unterdruck in Förderrichtung des Strangförderers stetig verläuft.
- Vorrichtung zum Bilden mindestens eines Tabakstranges (43, 44) mit einer Verteilereinrichtung (1) zum Bilden eines breiten Schauers (3) aus Tabakfasern, mindestens einem luftdurchlässigen, endlos umlaufenden Strangförderer (7, 8) zum Abfördern des mindestens einen aus dem Schauer gebildeten Tabakstranges (43, 44), Zuführmitteln (2) zum Zuführen des Schauers zu dem mindestens einen Strangförderer (7, 8), einer ersten Unterdruckkammer (15) zum Anlegen eines Unterdruckes an einen ersten Abschnitt der dem Tabakstrang (43, 44) abgewandten Seite des Strangförderers (7, 8), ersten Saugmitteln (20) zum Absaugen der durch den Strangförderer (7, 8) in die erste Unterdruckkammer (15) tretenden Luft, einem Staubabscheider (19) zum Abscheiden des in dieser abgesaugten Luft enthaltenen Staubes (47) und Förderleitungen (21, 23, 24) mit mindestens einer Abgabeöffnung (26, 27) zum Transport des abgeschiedenen Staubes (47) zu dem Strangförderer (7, 8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Zugabe des abgeschiedenen Staubes (47) zu dem Strangförderer (7, 8) diesem mindestens eine zweite Unterdruckkammer (28, 29) zum Anlegen eines Unterdruckes an einen zweiten Abschnitt der dem Tabakstrang (43, 44) abgewandten Seite des Strangförderers (7, 8) zugeordnet ist, an welche zweite Saugmittel (35) angeschlossen sind, um die durch den Strangförderer (7, 8) in die zweite Unterdruckkammer (28, 29) tretende Luft abzusaugen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführmittel (2) Trennmittel (4) zum Aufteilen des Tabakschauers (3) in mindestens zwei Teilschauer (5,6) beinhalten, welche mindestens zwei Strangförderern (7,8) zugeführt werden, die Förderleitungen (21, 23, 24) Trennmittel (22) zum Aufteilen des Stromes aus abgeschiedenem Staub (47) in mindestens zwei Teilströme (48, 49) beinhalten, welche jeder durch eine Abgabeöffnung (26, 27) der Förderleitungen (23, 24) einem Tabakstrang (43, 44) zugegeben werden, und dass jedem Strangförderer (7, 8) im Bereich der entsprechenden Abgabeöffnung (26, 27) der Förderleitungen (23, 24) eine zweite Unterdruckkammer (28, 29) zugeordnet ist.

- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigsten einige der Förderleitungen (21, 23, 24) pneumatische Förderleitungen sind.

- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Unterdruckkammer (28b, 29b) in Förderrichtung des Strangförderers (7,8) der ersten Unterdruckkammer (15) vorgeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Unterdruckkammer (28a, 29a) innerhalb der ersten Unterdruckkammer (15) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausdehnung der zweiten Unterdruckkammer (28, 29) in Förderrichtung des Strangförderers (7, 8) größer ist als die Ausdehnung der Abgabeöffnung (26, 27) der Förderleitungen (23, 24).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Unterdruckkammer (28, 29) in Förderrichtung des Strangförderers (7, 8) gegen die mindestens eine Abgabeöffnung (26, 27) der Förderleitungen (23, 24) versetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeöffnung (26a, 27a) der Förderleitungen (23, 24) in die Zuführmittel (2) zur Zuführung des Tabakschauers mündet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichtung der Abgabeöffnung (26, 27) der Förderleitungen (23, 24) eine Komponente in Förderrichtung des Strangförderers (7, 8) aufweist.
