Claims (10)
- Düse, insbesondere Texturierdüse (10) mit einem Stauchteil (16), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die austrittsseitig des Stauchteils (16) liegenden Lamellenenden frei zur Umgebung, insbesondere berührungslos zu umgebenden Teilen der Düse, und/oder zu einem anschliessenden Führungsteil (18), ausgeführt sind.
- Düse nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen in Förderrichtung vor dem Stauchteil liegenden Förderteil (14) und einen nach dem Stauchteil (16) angeordneten Führungsteil oder ein Pfropfenleitrohr (18).
- Düse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch einen Lamellenhalter (26), mittels dessen die Lamellen (28) eintrittsseitig des Stauchteils (16) gehalten werden, wobei die Eintrittsseite benachbart zu einem eintrittsseitig der Düse (10) liegenden Förderteil (14) angeordnet ist.
- Düse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Führung (28), welche so angeordnet ist, dass die Lamellen (28) an ihrem Ende, das der Eintrittsseite der Düse (10) abgewandt ist, frei kragend nach unten stehen.
- Düse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenkonturen (28') der Lamellen entweder parallel zur Förderrichtung von Luft bzw. Textilfasern oder schräg dazu verlaufen.
- Düse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der Lamellen, welche einem Führungsteil (18) oder Pfropfenleitrohr (18) zugewandt sind, schräg zur Förderrichtung ausgeführte Aussenkonturen (28') aufweisen, so dass die kreisförmig angeordneten Lamellen (28) um einen Förderkanal für den Pfropfen herum im Inneren des Stauchteils (16) eine kegelstumpfmantelförmige Aussenfläche mit einem Kegel- Winkel von 1°... 5°, bevorzugt 2" belegen.
- Düse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil bzw. Pfropfenleitrohr (18) im Anschluss an den Stauchteil (16) einen kegelstumpfförmigen Einlauftrichter (18a) aufweist.
- Düse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenkonturen (28') der Lamellen (28) an ihrem freien Ende zusammen mit einem Einlauftrichter (18a) eines sich anschliessenden Führungsteils (18) bzw. Pfropfenleitrohrs (18) einen Spalt bilden, insbesondere einen Ringspalt, der bevorzugt die Gestalt eines Kegelstumpfmantels hat.
- Düse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse als Texturierdüse ausgeführt ist.
- Düse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im Anschluss an die Düse in Förderrichtung des Garns ein Walzenpaar (22') oder eine Trommel (22') zur Weiterförderung des texturierten Garns bzw. des Pfropfens befindet, letztere mit einem Kanal (24).
