Definitions
- the invention relates to a texturing nozzle according to the preamble of the independent Claim.
- a nozzle of this type is, for example, in the German design 20 3 6856.
- the yarn entering the nozzle from above is promoted a hot air flow to a compression part, which with breakthroughs is provided in slot form, for example.
- By the lateral escape of the Blown air occurs in the through channel due to the decrease in speed Compression of the continuous fibers and therefore braking.
- the forming Yarn plug is ejected from the nozzle relatively slowly and cooled.
- a rotating cooling drum can be used on its Surface of the compressed yarn is deposited, with perforations in the Drum air at lower temperature than in the nozzle, e.g. Indoor air, the cooling is brought about in the yarn.
- the invention relates to the compression part of a texturing nozzle, in particular BCF texturing nozzle. for high speeds.
- a compression part of a texturing nozzle is usually from an upper slat holder, an end piece and a variety formed by slats.
- the compression part also be formed from a tubular piece that on part of its length has a plurality of longitudinal slots.
- the upsetting part enters from above, i.e. in the direction of flow of the fibers or the air Texturing air and the yarn at high speed.
- the air flows in the area of the upset part suddenly through the slots or spaces between lamellae more or less radially and largely emerges from the outside of the fins. This causes a reduction in the air speed in the longitudinal channel of the nozzle.
- the This slows down the yarn and forms a plug that covers the entire diameter of the slotted part, namely the upset part.
- the plug then slips further down through a plug guide tube to a cooling drum or to a Transport device, in particular a pair of rollers.
- the improved compression part consists of a tubular piece with slots in Longitudinal direction. According to the invention, these slots are complete at the lower end open, and the slats formed by these slots are only at the top or connected to each other in the circumferential direction from the lower end and opposite attached to the nozzle.
- the fins are at the point of inflow of air or the yarn or in their vicinity on the compression part or on a slat holder attached. They can also be attached to a flange, which in turn is attached to a Conveyor screwed on the inlet side of the texturing nozzle or with others Lanyards is attached.
- the plug guide tube has towards the lower end of the compression part compared to the free ends of the slats, a narrow gap, especially one frustoconical gap.
- the compression part designed according to the invention can be used for all types of nozzles are in which a yarn plug is formed, for example also for one Clogging by friction in the upset part or in nozzles in which the Clogging by a cooling drum connected to the texturing nozzle is controlled, or in the case of nozzles to which a pair of rollers is connected Control of plug formation.
- the aim of the present invention is the operational safety of a nozzle thereby increasing that a compact plug without hanging out of it Fibrils is formed.
- the texturing device is characterized by a nozzle an inlet part, a conveying part, an upsetting part and a guide part, wherein Hot air or steam between the inlet section and the delivery section into a guide channel for Thread is introduced, which can emerge in the region of the upsetting part, the lamellae lying on the outlet side of the upset part freely to the environment, in particular contactless to surrounding parts of the nozzle and / or to a subsequent one Guide part are executed.
- the conveying direction there is a conveying part in front of the upsetting part, and behind this a guide part or a plug guide tube.
- the slats are held by a slat holder, the Entry side is adjacent to a conveyor part lying on the inlet side of the nozzle.
- the Lamellae are self-supporting at the end facing away from the inlet side of the nozzle or cantilevered down.
- the outer contour of the slats runs either parallel to the conveying direction of air or textile fibers or at an angle to it.
- the slats are inclined on the outside in particular on the outlet side. Because the slats are arranged in a circle, occupy their outer contours around a conveyor channel for a thread plug lying inside the upsetting part, one Outer surface shaped like a truncated cone.
- the nozzle is used as a texturing nozzle for filament threads use.
- a conveying direction is arranged after the nozzle, for example, a pair of rollers or a drum for further conveying the textured Yarn or the plug, the latter with a channel for guiding the thread plug.
- one guide part max. the same length in which the textured Yarn in the form of a plug to the surface of a drum is feasible, and after this first guide part there is a second after a deflection Guide part provided along the surface of the drum in which the textured Yarn out on the one hand in the radial direction and in the axial direction of the drum becomes.
- the nozzle 10 is shown in FIG. 1 together with a cooling drum 22. That from above entering yarn is passed through an inlet part 12 to the point at which ducts pointing diagonally downwards - it can be one or more ducts - hot air or superheated steam is introduced. This air flows through the subsequent conveyor part 14 together with the yarn until it enters the Compression part 16.
- the compression part is preferred by longitudinally oriented around the yarn arranged fins or slits through which the hot air radially can flow outside.
- the so-called plug forms in the upset part a subsequent first guide part 18 and second guide part 20 its Maintains shape and density. In contrast to the prior art, the Thread wadding continued so that it cannot expand.
- the yarn becomes substantially transverse to its original, in the figure after downward direction, redirected.
- the second part of the tour sits over one certain length along the circumference of a rotating perforated drum 22 on whose surface the textured yarn is guided in a channel 24.
- In the Inside the drum there is negative pressure, so that cooling air through the Surface of the drum 22 plug and through the perforation inside the Drum can enter.
- the grafting is due to the close guidance, on the one hand the side channel walls in a channel, on the other hand by the concentrated through Air escaping the bottom of the channel, prevented from relative movements to the Drum.
- Main characteristics of the nozzle 10 designed according to the invention in cooperation with a drum 22 consist in that the yarn plug after leaving the compression part 16 on one Expansion is prevented. This is particularly due to the redirection between the first guide part 18 and the second guide part 20 as well as through the narrow guide in these areas, for example between the second guide part 20 and one Channel 24 in the perforated drum 22 reached.
- the nozzle 10 is also in a conveying part 14, an upsetting part 16 and articulated a guide part 18, the latter also being called a plug guide tube.
- the Conveying part 14 enters air laterally according to the arrows drawn in above Conveyor channel through which the yarn to be textured is guided downwards.
- the Compression part is divided into a lamella holder 26 according to the exemplary embodiment which are below slats 28, which are arranged in a plurality in a circle are so that slots or gaps are formed between the lamellae by which in the area of upsetting part 16 more or more air in the direction of the arrow at 28 emerges less radially through the slots between the fins.
- the slat holder 26 can be designed as a flange that either together with the fins 28th is made in one piece, or the slat holder carries the slats 28, which in the Lamellar holder used, and connected to it for example by soldering become.
- the outer contour 28 'of the slats can be as with solid lines indicated obliquely to the flow direction of the air or transport direction of the yarn run, or the slats are essentially as indicated by dashed lines on the outside designed parallel to the direction of flow and run at least on the outlet side End of the plug at an angle to the conveying direction, so that the Slat outer edges essentially form a circular truncated cone, which Circular truncated cone in an end piece 18 'or in the guide part or the plug guide tube 18 protrude, the end piece 18 'or the guide part 18 also one have a frustoconical surface.
- the slats 28 are preferably on the outlet side and the end piece 18 'or the guide part 18 designed on the inlet side such that between the outer contour 28 'of the slats 28 and the inner surface of the end piece 18' or the guide part 18 a narrow gap of approximately constant height is formed.
- This gap also has the shape of a circular truncated cone.
- the angle a between a first auxiliary line a 'on the outlet-side outer contour 28' of a lamella 28 with a second auxiliary line b 'in the extension of a generatrix of the truncated circular cone on the inlet side of the guide part 18 can form a first angle a, while the second auxiliary line b' also an edge 10a of the nozzle 10 forms an angle b.
- a separation plane 18 ′′ can lie between the end piece 18 ′ and the first guide part 18.
- FIG. 3 again shows schematically that a nozzle 10 is then connected either a pair of rollers 22 is provided for pulling off the yarn plug formed can be, or single drum 22, over the surface of which the plug controls is dissipated as described in German patent application DE 199 55 227.4 is.
- the latter application is an integral part of the present application to watch.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a texturing nozzle according to the preamble of the independent
Claim. A nozzle of this type is, for example, in the
The invention relates to the compression part of a texturing nozzle, in particular BCF texturing nozzle. for high speeds. A compression part of a texturing nozzle is usually from an upper slat holder, an end piece and a variety formed by slats. In a modified embodiment, the compression part also be formed from a tubular piece that on part of its length has a plurality of longitudinal slots.
The upsetting part enters from above, i.e. in the direction of flow of the fibers or the air Texturing air and the yarn at high speed. The air flows in the area of the upset part suddenly through the slots or spaces between lamellae more or less radially and largely emerges from the outside of the fins. This causes a reduction in the air speed in the longitudinal channel of the nozzle. The This slows down the yarn and forms a plug that covers the entire diameter of the slotted part, namely the upset part. The plug then slips further down through a plug guide tube to a cooling drum or to a Transport device, in particular a pair of rollers. It’s unavoidable that at the point where the air exits through the slits, individual fibrils also emerge the yarn are loosened and pulled more or less radially into the slots become. There can also be loops over the outer edges of the slats emerge, emerging from immediately adjacent slots Hook each other's loops. Since the side between the slots from the actual loops or fibers with the Plugs slide down, hit the end piece or another one Embodiment on an edge or pocket forming the end of the slot. This allows individual loops to get caught and thus far out of the Stoppers can be pulled out or even torn off. In practice there are protruding loops or filament parts in the finished yarn known as "plucking", which can lead to difficulties in further processing.
The improved compression part consists of a tubular piece with slots in Longitudinal direction. According to the invention, these slots are complete at the lower end open, and the slats formed by these slots are only at the top or connected to each other in the circumferential direction from the lower end and opposite attached to the nozzle. In other words, the fins are at the point of inflow of air or the yarn or in their vicinity on the compression part or on a slat holder attached. They can also be attached to a flange, which in turn is attached to a Conveyor screwed on the inlet side of the texturing nozzle or with others Lanyards is attached. In the outflow direction of the air or in the transport direction of the plug are the lamellae without contact with surrounding parts of the nozzle, especially without contact to an end piece or to the upset part subsequent guide part for the stopper. The one that follows the upset part In other words, the plug guide tube has towards the lower end of the compression part compared to the free ends of the slats, a narrow gap, especially one frustoconical gap.
Because the ends of the slats are free at the bottom and without contact with surrounding parts of the nozzles have slits or gaps between the lamellae Leaked filaments or filament loops no way to get caught or get stuck, which is why the formation of pluckers or broken fibrils suppressed or significantly reduced. If the between the slats after outside fibrils on the cone-shaped inlet section of the guide part or end piece, they are on a smooth surface without niches and edges, which is why there is practically no danger of being pulled out of the plug more is given. The running reliability of the texturing nozzle is suggested with the Design of the upset part significantly increased.
The compression part designed according to the invention can be used for all types of nozzles are in which a yarn plug is formed, for example also for one Clogging by friction in the upset part or in nozzles in which the Clogging by a cooling drum connected to the texturing nozzle is controlled, or in the case of nozzles to which a pair of rollers is connected Control of plug formation.
As mentioned, the aim of the present invention is the operational safety of a nozzle thereby increasing that a compact plug without hanging out of it Fibrils is formed.
This objective is achieved through a nozzle according to the characteristics of the independent Claim reached. The dependent claims relate to advantageous developments.
The texturing device according to the invention is characterized by a nozzle an inlet part, a conveying part, an upsetting part and a guide part, wherein Hot air or steam between the inlet section and the delivery section into a guide channel for Thread is introduced, which can emerge in the region of the upsetting part, the lamellae lying on the outlet side of the upset part freely to the environment, in particular contactless to surrounding parts of the nozzle and / or to a subsequent one Guide part are executed. In the conveying direction there is a conveying part in front of the upsetting part, and behind this a guide part or a plug guide tube. Entry side of the Upset part, the slats are held by a slat holder, the Entry side is adjacent to a conveyor part lying on the inlet side of the nozzle. The Lamellae are self-supporting at the end facing away from the inlet side of the nozzle or cantilevered down. The outer contour of the slats runs either parallel to the conveying direction of air or textile fibers or at an angle to it. The slats are inclined on the outside in particular on the outlet side. Because the slats are arranged in a circle, occupy their outer contours around a conveyor channel for a thread plug lying inside the upsetting part, one Outer surface shaped like a truncated cone. The following points accordingly Guide part or plug guide tube in connection to the upset part frustoconical inlet funnel. The outer contours of the slats on your form the free end together with the inlet funnel of the adjoining one Guide part a gap, in particular an annular gap, which prefers the shape has a truncated cone. The nozzle is used as a texturing nozzle for filament threads use. A conveying direction is arranged after the nozzle, for example, a pair of rollers or a drum for further conveying the textured Yarn or the plug, the latter with a channel for guiding the thread plug.
In the texturing device, in particular at a maximum length of the compression part of 60 mm one guide part max. the same length in which the textured Yarn in the form of a plug to the surface of a drum is feasible, and after this first guide part there is a second after a deflection Guide part provided along the surface of the drum in which the textured Yarn out on the one hand in the radial direction and in the axial direction of the drum becomes.

unten weisenden Richtung, umgelenkt.
Erst in diesem
The
Characterized in that the plug in the guide part adjoining the upsetting
