Abstract

Die Applikationsvorrichtung ist zum Aufbringen auf die Öffnung eines ein Haarfärbemittel aufnehmenden oder enthaltenden Behälters ausgebildet, wobei die Kappe (1) mindestens eine Austrittsöffnung (13) aufweist. Mindestens eine Produktführung (6) und benachbart dazu mindestens eine abnehmbare Führungszinke (10) sind vorgesehen. Die Führungszinke (10) ist im wesentlichen streifenförmig ausgebildet, und deren Breite ist mindestens doppelt so groß wie der Innendurchmesser der Produktführung (6). Die Gebrauchseigenschaften sind deutlich verbessert.

Description

Applikationsvorrichtung zum Färben von Strähnchen
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Applikationsvorrichtung zum Färben von Strähnchen, die insbesondere nach Art einer Verschlußkappe zum Aufbringen auf die Öffnung eines ein Haarfärbemittel aufnehmenden oder enthaltenden Behälters ausgebildet ist, wobei die Kappe mindestens eine Austrittsöffnung aufweist, mit mindestens einer Produktführung und benachbart dazu mindestens einer abnehmbaren Führungszinke.
Eine Applikationsvorrichtung dieser Art ist aus der US-Patentschrift US 2 672 875 bekannt. In die Vorrichtung läßt sich eine Platte mit Bohrungen einschieben, welche im eingeschobenen Zustand mit den Produktführungen in der Kappe fluchten. Auf der Platte und zwischen den Produktführungen bzw. Bohrungen sind sich nach außen erstreckende Borstenbündel angeordnet. An beiden Seiten der langgestreckten schwalbenschwanzförmig genuteten Einschiebeöffnung für die genannte Platte sind schwalbenschwanzförmige Nuten angeordnet, in die die Basis jeweils eines Kammes eingeschoben werden kann. Die Kammzinken, die den oben genannten Führungszinken entsprechen, haben die Form von Stiften, wie sie bei bekannten Kämmen üblich ist.
Durch die Anordnung der Borsten um die Austrittsöffnung herum wird ein dosierter und gleichmäßiger Auftrag des Haarfärbemittels auf die Haare erreicht, denn die Borsten verhindern zum einen den Austritt einer zu großen Menge des Mittels und verteilen das Mittel zum anderen gleichmäßig durch die Bürstbewegung.
Bei der bekannten Applikationsvorrichtung zum Färben von Strähnchen werden die Borsten in ihrer gesamten Länge mit dem Haarfärbemittel bedeckt, obwohl zum Einfärben von Haarsträhnen nur die Borstenenden zum Einsatz kommen sollten. Dies führt dazu, daß bei einer Kämmbewegung auch seitlich von der zu färbenden Haarsträhne liegende Haarpartien von dem Färbemittel bedeckt werden, was aber bei Strähncheneinfärbungen unerwünscht ist. Die Verwendung von Kammzinken entsprechend der US 2 672 875 ändert nichts daran, denn das Haarfärbemittel fließt um die stiftförmigen Kammzinken zu beiden Seiten nach außen, so daß sich der gefärbte streifenförmige Bereich verbreitert. Ferner wird bei bestimmten Haarfärbemitteln das bei manuellem Druck auf die flexible Behälterwand aus der Austrittsöffnung herausgedrückte Mittel durch die Borsten derart behindert, daß eine zufriedenstellende Zufuhr des Mittels zu den Borstenenden nicht immer gewährleistet ist.
Bei bekannten Applikationsvorrichtungen ist der Anwender daher auf nur eine Färbeart festgelegt. Entweder er kann seine Haare breitflächig oder in schmalen Streifen mit dazwischenliegenden ungefärbten Haarsträhnen einfärben.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, bei einer Applikationsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art deren Gebrauchseigenschaft für das Färben von Haarsträhnen zu verbessern. Insbesondere soll es dem Anwender ermöglicht werden, mit der gleichen Applikationsvorrichtung sowohl ein breitflächiges Einfärben als auch ein Färben einer besonders schmalen Haarsträhne zu erreichen, welche von ungefärbten Strähnen sauber getrennt ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird bei der Applikationsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Führungszinke im wesentlichen streifenförmig ausgebildet ist und deren Breite mindestens doppelt so groß wie der Innendurchmesser der Produktführung ist.
Bei abgenommenem Führungszinken verteilt sich das Haarfärbemittel breitflächig auf der Haarsträhne, so daß ein breiter gefärbter Streifen erreicht wird. Wird jedoch die Führungszinke aufgesetzt, so erhält der Anwender eine schmale, gefärbte Haarsträhne, wobei die Form und Breite der Führungszinke verhindert, daß das Haarfärbemittel seitlich von der einzufärbenden Strähne nach außen läuft und so die gefärbte Strähne in unerwünschter Weise und in der Regel auch ungleichmäßig, da in Abhängigkeit vom manuellen Druck auf das Haar, verbreitert. Eine vorteilhafter Nebeneffekt der Führungszinke ist deren kämmende und damit das Haar entwirrende Wirkung.
Um eine an beiden Rändern schmale und sauber vom ungefärbten Haar getrennte Strähne erzeugen zu können, ist es außerdem vorteilhaft, wenn mindestens zwei Führungszinken vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen die mindestens eine Produktführung angeordnet ist.
Sollen gleichzeitig mehrere gefärbte Strähnen und - bei abgenommenen Führungszinken - eine besonders breite gefärbte Strähne ermöglicht werden, so ist es von Vorteil, wenn mehrere nebeneinander angeordnete Produktführungen vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen die abnehmbaren Führungszinken angeordnet sind. Bei aufgesetzten Führungszinken erhält man parallel zueinander angeordnete gefärbte Haarsträhnen, die durch ungefärbte Bereich voneinander sauber getrennt sind. Hier dienen die Führungszinken also zusätzlich dazu, ein Ineinanderlaufen der schmalen gefärbten streifenförmigen Haarbereiche zu verhindern. Die zwischen diesen Streifen angeordneten Haare bleiben durch die kämmende Wirkung der Führungszinken vollständig ungefärbt. Die Hauptursache für diese Wirkung liegt darin, daß die Führungszinken die Austrittsbereiche des Haarfärbemittels aus der Applikationsvorrichtung auf eng begrenzte und klar voneinander getrennte Bereiche einengen. Diese Einengung und Begrenzung der Austrittsbereiche des Haarfärbemittels wird auch bereits bei der oben genannten Applikationsvorrichtung mit nur einer Produktführung und nur einem Führungszinken erreicht.
Damit auch die äußeren der parallel zueinander angeordneten gefärbten Haarsträhnen an ihren Außenrändern sauber gegen das übrige Haar abgegrenzt sind und die äußeren Haarsträhnen die gleiche Breite wie die inneren Haarsträhnen haben, ist es außerdem von Vorteil, wenn jede Produktführung zwischen zwei gegenüberliegenden Führungszinken angeordnet ist.
Weiterhin wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Produktführungen elastisch sind. Bei der Anwendung der Applikationsvorrichtung werden die Produktführungen leicht entgegen der Bewegungsrichtung gebogen, so daß der Auftrag des Färbemittels erleichtert wird.
Die Produktführungen können als Röhrchen, z. B. als flexibler Schlauch und insbesondere als Silikonschlauch, ausgebildet sein. Dabei ist es bevorzugt, wenn die Röhrchen an der Austrittsöffnung borstenartig ausgebildet sind, wie nachfolgend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert wird. Die Borsten üben zum einen eine zusätzliche kämmende Wirkung aus und verteilen zum anderen das Haarfärbemittel besonders gleichmäßig auf die Haarsträhnen.
Weiterhin wird vorgeschlagen, daß um die Austrittsöffnungen der Produktführungen herum Borsten angeordnet sind. Dadurch wird ein dosierter und gleichmäßiger Auftrag des Haarfärbemittels auf die Haare erreicht. Die Borsten verhindern zum einen den Austritt einer zu großen Menge des Mittels und verteilen das Mittel zum anderen gleichmäßig durch die Bürstbewegung.
Dabei ist es insbesondere bevorzugt, wenn die Austrittsöffnungen der Produktführungen im Abstand zum Borstengrund angeordnet sind. Auf diese Weise wird die Austrittsöffnung gewissermaßen vom Borstengrund in den mittleren Bereich der Borsten verlagert, so daß das Mittel im wesentlichen nur zu den Borstenenden gelangt und die den Austritt des Mittels drosselnde Wirkung der Borsten teilweise aufgehoben ist. Ferner wird dadurch vermieden, daß am Borstengrund, also im Fußbereich der Borsten, nennenswerte Mengen an Haarfärbemittel verbleiben, die nicht an die Haare gelangen und in diesem Bereich austrocknen. Insgesamt wird durch die Applikationsvorrichtung das Färben von Haarsträhnen verbessert.
Dennoch sollte das Mittel nicht unmittelbar, sondern nur über die Borstenenden auf das Haar gelangen. Daher wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Austrittsöffnungen zwischen dem Borstengrund und den Borstenenden angeordnet sind.
In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß die Kappe eine Bohrung aufweist, welche mittels eines Röhrchens nach außen zur Austrittsöffnung hin verlängert ist, dessen Länge kleiner als die Borstenlänge ist, wobei sich das Röhrchen vom Borstengrund im wesentlichen parallel zu den Borsten nach außen hin erstreckt.
Als besonders vorteilhaft im Sinne der Erfindung hat es sich herausgestellt, wenn die Länge des Röhrchens etwa zwei Drittel der Borstenlänge entspricht.
Wenn die Borsten kranzartig um die Austrittsöffnung herum angeordnet sind, ist mit Sicherheit gewährleistet, daß das Haarfärbemittel immer zuerst auf die Borsten und nicht unmittelbar auf die Haarsträhnchen gelangt, so daß das Mittel problemlos gleichmäßig aufgetragen wird.
Zum gleichzeitigen Färben mehrerer Haarsträhnchen ist es von Vorteil, wenn mehrere, vorzugsweise jeweils als Öffnung eines Röhrchens ausgebildete, Austrittsöffnungen mit jeweils einem um die jeweilige Austrittsöffnung angeordneten Borstenbündel nebeneinander angeordnet sind. Auf diese Weise erzeugt man mehrere parallel zueinander liegende, besonders gleichmäßig gefärbte Haarsträhnchen.
Weiterhin wird mindestens ein Führungszinken vorgeschlagen, der sich weiter als die Produktführungen und insbesondere weiter als die Borsten nach außen erstreckt. Durch die Länge der Führungszinken ist sichergestellt, daß ein Mindestabstand der Borstenenden von der Kopfhaut eingehalten wird, so daß nur die an der Oberseite des Kopfhaares liegenden Haarsträhnen, nicht aber der Haarbereich an der Wurzel oder gar die Kopfhaut mit dem Haarfärbemittel behandelt werden. Außerdem wird eine besonders saubere Abtrennung des gefärbten vom ungefärbten Bereich erreicht.
Die Haarsträhnchen sind besonders sauber voneinander getrennt, wenn gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung mindestens ein Teil der Führungszinken zwischen benachbarten Borstenbündeln angeordnet ist.
Sind, wie bereits oben vorgeschlagen, Borstenbündel um die Austrittsöffnungen angeordnet, so ist es von Vorteil, wenn die Breite der Führungszinken mindestens so groß wie der Außendurchmesser der Borstenbündel ist.
Als besonders vorteilhaft hat es sich dabei herausgestellt, wenn die Breite der Führungszinken 2 bis 7 mm und insbesondere 3 bis 5 mm beträgt.
Weiter wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Führungszinken lösbar an der Kappe befestigt sind. Zur bequemen Handhabung ist es außerdem von Vorteil, wenn die Führungszinken Teil eines lösbar mit der Kappe verbundenen einstückigen Aufsatzes sind. Die Zinken können dann zusammen als Block in einem Arbeitsschritt von der Kappe abgenommen und bei Bedarf wieder aufgesetzt werden.
Eine Vereinfachung bei der Wiederverwertung der entsorgten Applikationsvorrichtung wird erreicht, wenn die Kappe und die Borsten aus unterschiedlichen Polyolefinen bestehen und damit zur gleichen Kunststoffklasse gehören. Dabei sollte die Kappe aus einem harten und die Borsten aus einem weichen Material bestehen. Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die Kappe aus Polypropylen und die Borsten aus Polyethylen bestehen. Zur kostengünstigen Herstellung der Applikationsvorrichtung wird außerdem vorgeschlagen, daß die Kappe und die Borsten einteilig im Mehrkomponentenspritzgußverfahren hergestellt werden.
Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem einen ein Haarfärbemittel enthaltenden Behälter mit einer Applikationsvorrichtung, wie sie vorstehend erläutert ist. Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die Verschlußkappe des Behälters als eine solche Applikationsvorrichtung ausgebildet ist.

In allen Zeichnungen haben gleiche Bezugszeichen die gleiche Bedeutung und werden daher gegebenenfalls nur einmal erläutert.
Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einer Kappe 1 aus relativ hartem Polypropylen. Im Inneren der topfförmigen Kappe ist ein Schraubgewinde 2 innerhalb eines inneren topfförmigen Elementes vorgesehen, mit welchem die Vorrichtung auf ein Außengewinde an der Öffnung eines nicht dargestellten Behälters für ein Haarfärbemittel aufgeschraubt werden kann. Drei Bohrungen 3 sind an einem schräg zur Längsachse der Kappe 1 liegenden Deckwandbereich 4 ausgebildet, um die sich jeweils ein kranzförmiges Borstenbündel 5 nach außen erstreckt. Die Bohrungen 3 stehen bei auf den Behälter aufgeschraubter Kappe 1 in Fließwegverbindung mit dem im Behälter enthaltenen Haarfärbemittel. Eine Außenfläche der Kappe 1 bildet dabei den Borstengrund 14. Die Borstenbündel 5 bestehen aus weichem Polyethylen.
Jede der drei Bohrungen 3 ist jeweils mittels eines parallel zu den Borsten 5 angeordneten und auf die Bohrungen 3 aufgesetzten Röhrchens 6 nach oben hin verlängert, wobei sich die Röhrchen 6 über etwa zwei Drittel der Borstenlänge, gemessen vom Borstengrund 14 (Außenfläche der Kappe 1) bis zu den Borstenenden, erstreckt (Figur 8). Die Röhrchen 6 haben jeweils eine Austrittsöffnung 13.
An der Oberseite der Kappe 1 sind ein Steg 7 und Nuten 8 eingeformt, mit denen ein Block 9 mit Führungszinken 10 auf der Kappe 1 durch Einklemmen gehalten wird. Dazu liegt die untere Kante 11 am Steg 7 an, und in den Zeichnungen nicht dargestellte Stege an der Innenseite des Blocks 9 greifen in die Nuten 8 der Kappe 1 ein.
Der Block 9 weist vier Führungszinken 10 auf, die bei auf der Kappe 1 aufgesetztem Block 9 zwischen den Borstenbündel 5 und an den Außenseiten der äußersten Borstenbündel 5 angeordnet sind und sich in die gleiche schräge Richtung wie die Borsten 5 erstrecken. Die Vorderkante 12 (Figur 6) jeder Führungszinke 10 ist verstärkt und steht über die Kappe 1 über.
Wie deutlich aus den Figuren 2 und 4 hervorgeht, erstrecken sich die Führungszinken 10 erheblich über die Borstenbündel 5 hinaus, so daß beim Gebrauch die mit dem Haarfärbemittel getränkten Borstenbündel 5 von der Kopfhaut des Benutzers ferngehalten werden und nur die Außenseite des Kopfhaares streifen- förmig eingefärbt wird.
Das in Figur 9 dargestellte zweite Ausführungsbeispiel entspricht dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel, wobei jedoch anstelle der Borsten 5 mit innenliegendem Röhrchen 6 nur ein flexibles, aus Silikon bestehendes Röhrchen 6 vorgesehen ist.
In einem dritten Ausführungsbeispiel ist bei der erfindungsgemäßen Applikationsvorrichtung ebenfalls anstelle der Borsten 5 mit innenliegendem Röhrchen 6 ein flexibles, in diesem Fall aus transparentem Silikon bestehendes Röhrchen 6 vorgesehen, wobei der obere Teil eingeschnitten ist, so daß dort borstenartige Zungen 16 ausgebildet sind. Diese Ausführungsform ist besonders vorteilhaft, da hier die Borsten und das Röhrchen einstückig ausgebildet sind und daher besonders kostengünstig hergestellt werden können, wobei aber die Gebrauchsvorteile der zusätzlichen Borsten erhalten bleiben.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Applikationsvorrichtung zum Färben von Strähnchen, die insbesondere nach Art einer Verschlußkappe (1) zum Aufbringen auf die Öffnung eines ein Haarfärbemittel aufnehmenden oder enthaltenden Behälters ausgebildet ist, wobei die Kappe (1) mindestens eine Austrittsöffnung (13) aufweist, mit mindestens einer Produktführung (6) und benachbart dazu mindestens einer abnehmbaren Führungszinke (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungszinke (10) im wesentlichen streifenförmig ausgebildet ist und deren Breite mindestens doppelt so groß wie der Innendurchmesser der Produktführung (6) ist.
2. Applikationsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Führungszinken (10) vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen die mindestens eine Produktführung (6) angeordnet ist.
3. Applikationsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere nebeneinander angeordnete Produktführungen (6) vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen die abnehmbaren Führungszinken (10) angeordnet sind.
4. Applikationsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Produktführung (6) zwischen zwei gegenüberliegenden Führungszinken (10) angeordnet ist.
5. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Produktführungen (6) elastisch sind.
6. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Produktführungen als Röhrchen (6) ausgebildet sind.
7. Applikationsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Röhrchen (6) an der Austrittsöffnung borstenartig ausgebildet sind.
8. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß um die Austrittsöffnungen (13) der Produktführungen (6) herum Borsten (5) angeordnet sind.
9. Applikationsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsöffnungen (13) der Produktführungen (6) im Abstand zum Borstengrund (14) angeordnet sind.
10. Applikationsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsöffnungen (13) zwischen dem Borstengrund (14) und den Borstenenden angeordnet sind.
11. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (1) eine Bohrung (3) aufweist, welche mitteis eines Röhrchens (6) nach außen hin verlängert ist, dessen Länge kleiner als die Borstenlänge ist, wobei sich das Röhrchen (6) vom Borstengrund (14) im wesentlichen parallel zu den Borsten (5) nach außen hin erstreckt.
12. Applikationsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge des Röhrchens (6) etwa zwei Drittel der Borstenlänge entspricht.
13. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten (5) kranzartig um die Austrittsöffnung (13) herum angeordnet sind.
14. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere, vorzugsweise jeweils als Öffnung eines Röhrchens (6) ausgebildete, Austrittsöffnungen (13) mit jeweils einem um die jeweilige Austrittsöffnung (13) angeordneten Borstenbündel (5) nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
15. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Führungszinken (10) vorgesehen ist, der sich weiter als die Produktführungen und insbesondere weiter als die Borsten (5) nach außen erstreckt.
16. Applikationsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Teil der Führungszinken (10) zwischen benachbarten Borstenbündeln (5) angeordnet ist.
17. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Führungszinken (10) mindestens so groß wie der Außendurchmesser der Borstenbündel (5) ist.
18. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Führungszinken 2 bis 7 mm und insbesondere 3 bis 5 mm beträgt.
19. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungszinken (10) lösbar an der Kappe (1) befestigt sind.
20. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungszinken (10) Teil eines lösbar mit der Kappe (1) verbundenen einstückigen Aufsatzes (9) sind.
21. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (1) und die Borsten (5) aus unterschiedlichen Polyolefinen bestehen.
22. Applikationsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (1) aus Polypropylen und die Borsten (5) aus Polyethylen bestehen.
23. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (1) und die Borsten (5) einteilig im Mehrkomponentenspritzgußverfahren hergestellt worden sind.
24. Haarfärbemittel enthaltender Behälter mit einer Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
25. Behälter nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußkappe des Behälters als die Applikationsvorrichtung ausgebildet ist.
