Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Aufsatz nach der Gattung des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
  • Ein die Gattung bildender Aufsatz ist aus der DE 102 18 502 A1 bekannt. Dieser Aufsatz für einen Vorratsbehälter zum Applizieren eines fließfähigen, haarkosmetischen Mittels an Kopfhaar ist mit einer Kammzinkenreihe versehen. Die Kammzinken sind flachformartig ausgestaltet und mit den flachen Seiten voneinander parallel beabstandet und mit jeweils einem Transportkanal versehen, der in eine Nähe eines Endes der Kammzinken in einen Querkanal führt, wobei die flachen Seiten mit Austrittsöffnungen der Querkanäle versehen sind, wobei die Austrittsöffnungen in einer Flucht angeordnet sind, und wobei die Transportkanäle mit dem Vorratsbehälter verbunden sind. Hierbei soll das Mittel durch Handdruck auf den formelastischen Vorratsbehälter gleichmäßig zwischen die Kammzinken deponiert werden durch eine Vielzahl von Austrittsöffnungen an jeweils einer flachen Seite, um danach ein gleichmäßiges Applizieren des Mittels an Kopfhaar zu erreichen. Diese Vielzahl von Austrittsöffnungen können in der Praxis leicht zu einer Überdeponierung oder/und zu einer ungleichmäßigen Deponierung des Mittels aus dem Vorratsbehälter führen, so dass ein gleichmäßiges Applizieren des Mittels durch einen Kämmvorgang am Kopfhaar nicht erreicht wird.
  • Ein Aufsatz ist ebenfalls aus der JP 2001275752 bekannt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, einen gattungsgleichen Aufsatz zu schaffen, der die oben genannten Nachteile nicht aufweist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird nach den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausbildungen der Erfindung gehen aus den Unteransprüchen hervor.
  • Die Erfindung wird an Hand von mehreren Ausführungsbeispielen näher beschrieben.

  • Fig. 1 zeigt in einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel einen Aufsatz 1.1 für einen (gestrichelt angedeuteten) Vorratsbehälter 2 zum Applizieren eines fließfähigen, haarkosmetischen Mittels 3 (Fig. 4 bis 7) an Kopfhaar 4 (Fig. 12), wobei der Aufsatz 1.1 mit einer Kammzinkenreihe 5.1 versehen ist und Kammzinken 6 flachformartig ausgestaltet und mit den flachen Seiten 7 voneinander parallel beabstandet (Zinkenabstand D) und mit jeweils einem Transportkanal 8 versehen sind, der in eine Nähe eines Endes 9 der Kammzinken 6 in einen Querkanal 10 führt. Die Seiten 7 sind mit Austrittsöffnungen 11 der Querkanäle 10 versehen, wobei die Austrittsöffnungen 11 in einer Flucht angeordnet sind. Die Transportkanäle 8 sind über einen Verbindungskanal 24 und einem seitlichen Verbindungsteil 16 mit dem Vorratsbehälter 2 flüssigkeitsdicht verbindbar ausgebildet. Alle Bereiche 12 der Austrittsöffnungen 11 sind mit jeweils einer Auswölbung 13 versehen, die in diesem Bereich 12 eine Verengung G des Zinkenabstands D bilden, beziehungsweise sind die Bereiche 12 der Austrittsöffnungen 11 zueinander näher beabstandet als die Seiten 7 der Kammzinken 6, wodurch vor einem Applikationsvorgang ein zu applizierendes Mittel 3 zwischen die Kammzinken 6 deponiert werden kann und durch die Auswölbungen 13 beziehungsweise durch die näher beabstandeten Bereiche 12 durch die Verengung G einen Fließwiderstand des Mittels 3 nach unten bilden, wenn die Kammzinken 6 zum Applizieren des Mittels 3 nach unten gerichtet sind. Die Verengung G ist so bemessen, dass die Haare der Haarsträhne 4.1 leicht hindurch gezogen werden können. Die Verengung G entspricht ungefähr der Zinkenbreite E im Bereich 12 der Austrittsöffnungen 11.
  • Die Kammzinken 6 weisen einen gemeinsamen Zinkengrund 14 auf, der einen Verbindungskanal 24 nach außen abschließt, wobei der Verbindungskanal 24 über ein seitliches Verbindungsteil 16 mit dem Vorratsbehälter 2 verbindbar ist. Am Anfang und am Ende der Kammzinkenreihe 5.1 ist eine Seitenzinke 18,19 angeordnet, die einen seitlichen Abschluss für ein Mittel 3 (Fig. 6) zu den Kammzinken 6 bilden.
  • Die Kammzinkenreihe 5.1 mit dem Zinkengrund 14 sind als ein einsetzbares Kunststoffspritzgussteil 20 und das übrige Teil mit den Seitenzinken 18,19, dem Verbindungskanal 24 und dem Verbindungsteil 16 als ein weiteres Kunststoffspritzgussteil 21 vorgesehen.
  • Es ist eine Zinkenhöhe A von ungefähr 24 bis 30 mm vorgesehen. Als Zinkenstärke B sind ungefähr 3 mm vorgesehen. Als Durchmesser C der Querkanäle 10 sind ungefähr 1,2 bis 1,8 mm vorgesehen.
  • Die Fig. 2 zeigt in einem Schnitt II-II nach der Fig. 1 den Aufsatz 1.1. Als Zinkenabstand D sind ungefähr 2 bis 4 mm vorgesehen. Als Zinkenbreite E sind ungefähr 12 mm vorgesehen.
  • Die Fig. 3 zeigt in einem Schnitt III-II nach der Fig. 1 den Aufsatz 1.1, wobei hier hervorgeht, dass eine Breite F der Auswölbung 13 entsprechend der Zinkenbreite E in Höhe der Austrittsöffnung 11 vorgesehen ist. Dadurch wird hier eine Verengung G (Fig. 6) des Zinkenabstands D erreicht, wodurch das zwischen die Kammzinken 6 deponierte Mittel 3 (Fig. 6) bei nach unten gerichteten Kammzinken 6 (Fig. 12) während einer üblichen Applikation einen Fließwiderstand des Mittels 3 nach unten bildet.
  • Aus den Fig. 4 bis 7 geht der Vorgang des Zwischendeponierens des Mittels 3 zwischen die Kammzinken 6 näher hervor, wobei durch manuellen, kontinuierlichen Druck auf den Vorratsbehälter 2 das flüssige Mittel 3 zunächst bis in die senkrecht nach oben gehaltenen Querkanäle 10 fließt (Fig. 4), dann durch weiteren Druck auf den Vorratsbehälter 2 aus den Austrittsöffnungen 11 (Fig. 5) und dann durch Schwerkraft weiter nach unten vollständig zwischen die Kammzinken 6 fließt und diese ausfüllt (Fig. 6). Spätestens dann wird der manuelle Druck gestoppt. Ein Applizieren des Mittels 3 geht aus den Fig. 12 bis 14 nebst der Beschreibung hervor.
  • Fig. 7 zeigt in einem Schnitt VII-VII nach der Fig. 6 den Aufsatz 1.
  • Wie insbesondere aus den Fig. 1 bis 8 hervorgeht, ist die Kammzinkenreihe 5.1 einteilig mit einem Zinkengrund 14 verbunden, wobei der Zinkengrund 14 mit dem Aufsatz 1.1-1.4 wahlweise wieder lösbar und auswechselbar mit einer anderen Kammzinkenreihe 5.2-5.4 verbunden ist mittels einer Schnappverbindung durch zwei Rippen 22 und dazu korrespondierenden Rippenaufnahmen 23 (Fig. 8).
  • Fig. 9 zeigt einen Aufsatz 1.2 mit einem mittigen Verbindungsteil 17 und mit einer Kammzinkenreihe 5.2, die breiter und mit mehr Kammzinken 6 versehen ist als der Aufsatz 1.2 nach den Fig. 1 bis 8. Dadurch lassen sich relativ breite Streifen eines Mittels 3 an einer Haarsträhne 4.1 applizieren.
  • Fig. 10 zeigt einen Aufsatz 1.3 mit einem mittigen Verbindungsteil 17 und mit einer Kammzinkenreihe 5.3, die schmaler und mit weniger Kammzinken 6 versehen ist als der Aufsatz 1.2 nach der Fig. 9. Dadurch lassen sich relativ schmale Streifen eines Mittels 3 an einer Haarsträhne 4.1 applizieren.
  • Fig. 11 zeigt einen Aufsatz 1.4 mit einem mittigen Verbindungsteil 17 und mit einer Kammzinkenreihe 5.4 wie nach der Fig. 9, jedoch mit einer mittigen Lücke 15 in der Kammzinkenreihe 5.4, wobei der Zinkengrund 14 im Bereich der mittigen Lücke 15 den Verbindungskanal 24 nach außen abschließt. Durch die Lücke 15 lassen sich einfach Doppelstreifen eines Mittels 3 an einer Haarsträhne 4.1 applizieren.
  • Fig. 12 bis 14 zeigen in verschiedenen Phasen in schematischer Darstellung einen Applikationsvorgang eines Mittels 3 an einer Haarsträhne 4.1 mit dem Aufsatz 1.1-1.4. Zur einfacheren Darstellung wurde jeweils das die Kammzinkenreihe 5 aufnehmende Kunststoffspritzgussteil 21 mit dem Vorratsbehälter 2 weggelassen.
  • Fig. 12 zeigt vom Aufsatz 1.1-1.4 die im wesentlichen nach unten gerichtete Kammzinkenreihe 5 mit dem Zinkengrund 14 (Kunststoffspritzgussteil 20) in einer ersten Phase in einer Anfangsposition eines Applikationsvorgangs eines Mittels 3 an einen Haaransatz einer Haarsträhne 4.1.
  • Fig. 13 zeigt in einer zweiten Phase eine Zwischenposition des Applikationsvorgangs, bei dem das zwischen die Kammzinken 6 deponierte Mittel 3 vom Haaransatz an auf die Haarsträhne 4.1 übertragen wurde.
  • Fig. 14 zeigt im weiteren Verlauf in einer dritten Phase eine Endposition des Applikationsvorgangs, bei dem das Mittel 3 vollständig auf die Haarsträhne 4.1 übertragen wurde, und zwar lediglich durch einen Kämm-Arbeitsgang.
  • Durch ein System unterschiedlicher, auswechselbarer Kammzinkenreihen 5.1-5.4 lässt sich ein individuelles Applizieren eines Mittels 3 realisieren.
  • Dadurch, dass die Kammzinkenreihe 5.1-5.4 mit mindestens einer Lücke 15 versehen ist, lassen sich besonders einfach Streifeneffekte auf das Kopfhaar 4 beziehungsweise Haarsträhne 4.1 mit dem Mittel 3 erzeugen.
  • Dadurch, dass die Kammzinkenreihen 5.1-5.4 mit einer unterschiedlichen Anzahl von Kammzinken 6 versehen sind, kann ein individuell angepasstes Applizieren des Mittels 3 für verschiedene Haarsträhnenbreiten vorgesehen werden.
  • Durch ein System unterschiedlicher, einheitlich mit dem Vorratsbehälter 2 verbindbarer Aufsätze 1.1-1.4 kann je nach Anwendungsfall eine individuelle Auswahl von Aufsätzen 1.1-1.4 vorgenommen werden.
  • Je nach Anwendung und Handhabung kann der Aufsatz 1.1-1.4 mit einem seitlichen Verbindungsteil 16 oder mit einem mittigen Verbindungsteil 17 für den Vorratsbehälter 2 versehen werden.
  • Der Aufsatz 1.1-1.4 ist mit festen Seitenzinken 18,19 versehen, die einen seitlichen Abschluss der Kammzinkenreihe 5.1 bis 5.4 bilden.
  • Der Aufsatz 1.1-1.4 ist zweiteilig aus Kunststoffspritzgussteilen 20,21 aufgebaut und somit kostengünstig herstellbar.
  • Als Mittel 3 ist beispielsweise ein eine Haarfarbe veränderndes Mittel 3 vorgesehen, so dass ein gleichmäßiges Applizieren des Mittels 3 durch einen Kämmvorgang am Kopfhaar 4 erreicht wird und somit eine gleichmäßigere Haarfarbveränderung.

Aufsatz (1.1-1.4) für einen Vorratsbehälter (2) zum Applizieren eines fließfähigen, haarkosmetischen Mittels (3) an Kopfhaar (4), wobei der Aufsatz (1) mit einer Kammzinkenreihe (5.1-5.4) versehen ist und Kammzinken (6) flachformartig ausgestaltet und mit den flachen Seiten (7) einen Zinkenabstand (D) bilden, wobei die Kammzinken (6) mit jeweils einem Transportkanal (8) versehen sind, der in eine Nähe eines Endes (9) der Kammzinken (6) in einen Querkanal (10) führt, dass die Seiten (7) mit Austrittsöffnungen (11) der Querkanäle (10) versehen sind, wobei die Austrittsöffnungen (11) in einer Flucht angeordnet sind, und wobei die Transportkanäle (8) mit dem Vorratsbehälter (2) verbindbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Austrittsöffnungen (11) im Bereich einer Auswölbung (13) einer kammzinke (6) münden und die Auswölbungen (13) eine Verengung (G) des Zinkenabstands (D) bilden.
  2. Aufsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verengung (G) ungefähr der Zinkenbreite (E) im Bereich (12) der Austrittsöffnungen (11) entspricht.
  3. Aufsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammzinkenreihe (5.1-5.4) einteilig mit einem Zinkengrund (14) verbunden ist, wobei der Zinkengrund (14) mit dem Aufsatz (1.1-1.4) wahlweise wieder lösbar verbunden ist.
  4. Aufsatz nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein System unterschiedlicher, auswechselbarer Kammzinkenreihen (5.1-5.4).
  5. Aufsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammzinkenreihe (5.1-5.4) mit mindestens einer Lücke (15) versehen ist.
  6. Aufsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammzinkenreihen (5.1-5.4) mit einer unterschiedlichen Anzahl von Kammzinken (6) versehen sind.
  7. Aufsatz nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein System unterschiedlicher, einheitlich mit dem Vorratsbehälter (2) verbindbarer Aufsätze (1.1-1.4).
  8. Aufsatz nach mindestens Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufsatz (1.1) ein seitliches Verbindungsteil (16) für den Vorratsbehälter (2) aufweist.
  9. Aufsatz nach mindestens Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufsatz (1.2-1.4) ein mittiges Verbindungsteil (17) für den Vorratsbehälter (2) aufweist.
  10. Aufsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufsatz (1.1-1.4) mit festen Seitenzinken (18,19) versehen ist.
  11. Aufsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufsatz (1.1-1.4) zweiteilig aus Kunststoffspritzgussteilen (20,21) aufgebaut ist.
  12. Aufsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Mittel (3) ein eine Haarfarbe veränderndes Mittel (3) vorgesehen ist.
