Claims (7)
- Einrichtung zur Handsteuerung und manuellen Führung eines Handhabungsgeräts, insbesondere eines Hebezeugs, das eine Bewegungsvorrichtung, insbesondere eine Hubvorrichtung, aufweist,
mit einem am Handhabungsgerät oder an einem Tragmittel des Handhabungsgeräts befestigbaren Gehäuse (7), in dem mit einer Steuerung verbundene Schalt- und/oder Tastelemente zum Steuern der Bewegungsvorrichtung mittels von außen bedienbaren Betätigungselementen (11, 12) angeordnet sind, und
mit mindestens einem am Gehäuse angeordneten, von der Hand einer Bedienperson umfassbaren Griffelement (5), von dem aus zumindest eines der Betätigungselement (11, 12) mit dem Daumen erreichbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den beiden freien Enden eines am Gehäuse (7) lösbar befestigten im wesentlichen horizontalen ersten Querträgers (6) quer zu diesem nach oben und/oder unten verlaufend je ein mit dem zugehörigen Ende lösbar verbundenes Griffelement (5) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Lage zumindest eines der Griffelemente (5) in Bezug auf zumindest eines der Schalt- und/oder Tastelemente durch Längsverschiebung des Querträgers (6) vor dessen Festlegung am Gehäuse (7) einstellbar ist, und
dass die beiden Griffelemente (5) zusammen mit dem Querträger (6) einen Führungsrahmen (6a) bilden, der zur Anpassung an die jeweiligen Erfordemisse aus unterschiedlich langen Griffelementen (5) und Querträgem (6) nach Art eines Baukastens montierbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (7) aus einem an den Enden und auf einer Längsseite offenen Hohlprofil gebildet und die offene die Rückseite des Gehäuses (7) bildendende Längsseite deckelartig verschließbar ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine zum Gehäuse (7) gehörige längs- und querverschiebliche sowie feststellbare Elementegehäuseeinheit (9) nach Art eines Satelliten vorgesehen ist, die einige oder alle Schalt- und/oder Tastelemente aufweist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden freien Enden der Griffelemente (5) mittels eines zweiten Querträgers (6) miteinander verbunden sind, der in derselben Weise wie der erste Querträger (6) am Gehäuse (7) befestigbar ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Querträger (6) an zwei beabstandeten parallel zueinander angeordneten Gehäusen (7) lösbar befestigt ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je ein freies Ende der beiden Griffelemente (5) an jeweils einem der beiden Gehäuse (7) lösbar befestigt ist. - Einrichtung zur Handsteuerung und manuellen Führung eines Handhabungsgeräts, insbesondere eines Hebezeugs, das eine Bewegungsvorrichtung, insbesondere eine Hubvorrichtung, aufweist,
mit einem am Handhabungsgerät oder an einem Tragmittel des Handhabungsgeräts befestigbaren Gehäuse (7), in dem mit einer Steuerung verbundene Schalt- und/oder Tastelemente (11, 12) zum Steuern der Bewegungsvorrichtung mittels von außen bedienbaren Betätigungselementen (11, 12) angeordnet sind, und
mit mindestens einem am Gehäuse (7) angeordneten, von der Hand einer Bedienperson umfassbaren Griffelement (5), von dem aus zumindest eines der Betätigungselemente (11, 12) mit dem Daumen erreichbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den beiden freien Enden eines im wesentlichen horizontalen ersten Querträgers (6) quer zu diesem nach oben und/oder unten verlaufend je ein mit dem zugehörigen Ende verbundenes Griffelement (5) vorgesehen ist und die beiden freien Enden der Griffelemente (5) mittels eines zweiten Querträgers (6) derart miteinander verbunden sind, dass die parallel zueinander angeordneten Querträger- (6) und Griffelementepaare (5) einen geschlossenen ebenen Führungsrahmen (6a) bilden,
class zur lösbaren Verbindung der Querträger (6) und der Griffelemente (5) Verbindungselemente (13) mit mindestens je einem Vorsprung (16) vorgesehen sind, die am montierten Führungsrahmen (6a) gleichausgerichtet parallel zueinander verlaufen,
dass mindestens zwei mit Abstand parallel nebeneinander angeordnete Gehäuse (7) zu den Vorsprüngen (16) korrespondierende Aufnahmen aufweisen, in welche die Vorsprünge (16) zur Befestigung des Führungsrahmens (6a) an den beiden Gehäusen (7) einsetzbar sind, und
dass der Führungsrahmen (6a) zur Anpassung an die jeweiligen Erfordernisse aus unterschiedlich langen Griffelementen (5), Querträgern (6) und Gehäusen (7) sowie den Verbindungselementen(13) nach Art eines Baukastens montierbar ist.
