Definitions
- the present invention relates to a puzzle device with puzzle basics that manually create an image can be put together.
- Known puzzles consist of an image or one Drawing that or which is applied to a plate and then cut into irregular pieces.
- DE-PS 247 620 is a process for the production of individual puzzle elements, one card placed on a pad and using a cutting tool is punched through. The cutting edges penetrate into the Underlay and press the edges of the cut through Individual parts of the card in grooves in the base, which results has that each individual element is easily clamped.
- DE-OS 21 63 490 discloses an arrangement for Make one yourself on a magnetic base sticking puzzle.
- the manufacturing is done by Cutting an image into individual pieces of the puzzle in such a way that on a surface of a sheet of easily cut permanent or ferromagnetic material if necessary adhesive layer covered with a siliconized film for sticking an image and on the other surface of the Plate the lines to be cut lengthwise for the puzzle pieces appropriate markings are provided. After deducting the The desired image is stuck on and the protective film Irregular polygonal ferromagnetic plate cut.
- the plate material is a flexible polymer Material with a magnetic incorporated in it Layer is.
- the individual puzzle pieces can also be made from Be steel or be equipped with a steel back. The assembly of the puzzle then happens on one suitable plate or surface made of magnetic material. at this puzzle always has two individual elements the same Shape.
- German utility models DE-GM 74 04 132 and DE-GM 84 18 899 show a puzzle postcard respectively a cutting die for a puzzle that has a variety of Have individual parts, several of which are the same To have shape.
- the present invention the technical problem or based on the task of creating a puzzle specify that using standardized puzzle pieces to create a any image easily. Furthermore, in a simple way to enlarge or reduce of an image to be reproduced can be implemented.
- the puzzle device according to the invention is characterized by the Features of independent claim 1 given. advantageous Refinements and developments are the subject of dependent claims.
- the puzzle pieces according to the invention only one color on its upper side exhibit. Because the puzzle pieces only one Color can have any image point or point be built up in a grid pattern.
- the puzzle device according to the invention differs from the known essentially in that not a known picture is cut and the cut pieces put together while playing puzzles need to be, but that single-colored puzzle pieces exist are that make up an overall picture with or without a template can be put together.
- a particularly preferred embodiment that is simpler Allows the reproduction of a template image is characterized by the fact that a transparent Grid sheet unit with orthogonal grid dimensions available that can be placed over a template, so that a Processor positioning the individual puzzle pieces at Compose the image to be created.
- the grid dimension on the grid sheet unit can be compared to Basic dimensions of the puzzle pieces reduced, the same or be enlarged so that a template image in same scale, on a smaller scale or on a larger scale Scale can be created easily.
- Grid sheet unit To the arrangement of the puzzle pieces to be positioned lighten, it is particularly advantageous to add another Grid sheet unit to provide an orthogonal There is a grid dimension that corresponds to the basic dimensions of the puzzle pieces equivalent.
- the Basic puzzle pieces made of plasticine, especially when used corresponding cutters.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment is distinguished characterized by the fact that several single-color basic or Sheet units are present, one Hole device with punching units is available and the Punching units one of the outer contours of the puzzle pieces have the appropriate outer contour, so that if necessary the base or sheet units more Puzzle pieces can be made, one being preferred
- Continuing education is characterized by the fact that Hole device is designed so that one Punching process several identical or different Puzzle pieces can be punched. In that every any template image can be implemented as a puzzle, the player may need one color especially many pieces of the puzzle. He can do this with himself Hole devices according to the invention in connection with the monochrome base or sheet units themselves each manufacture as needed.
- a puzzle device 10 is made up of four Basic puzzle pieces (Fig. 2a) to d) built. Namely from a first basic puzzle piece 12, which is in the central area of the puzzle is used, a second basic piece of the puzzle 14, which is used in the corner area, a third Basic puzzle piece 16, which is used in the edge area and a fourth basic puzzle piece 18, which is also in the Edge area is used.
- the basic puzzle pieces point a square basic outline. You differentiate each in the number of molded-on projection units 20, molded recesses 22 or rectilinear Edges 24.
- the first basic puzzle piece 12 has seen circumferentially first a recess unit 20, then one further recess unit 20, then on next edge a recess unit 22 and there then another at the next edge Recess unit 22.
- the second basic puzzle piece 14 initially has a free one Edge 24, followed by a recess unit 22, a Projection unit 20 and a free edge 24.
- the third basic puzzle piece 16 has a projection unit 20, followed by another projection unit 20, then a free edge 24 and on it then a recess unit 22.
- the fourth basic puzzle piece 18 initially has one Projection unit 20, followed by a free edge, then a recess unit 22 and then then another recess unit 22.
- the projection units 20 or recess units 22 have a corresponding dovetail circumference contour, so that neighboring puzzle pieces over the projection unit 20 or the neighboring one Recess unit 22 form-fitting side by side, can be placed one above the other or one below the other.
- each puzzle piece 12, 14, 16, 18 Provide a single color over the entire surface is. This allows any pictures from individual Puzzle pieces are built up in a grid.
- a transparent raster film 30 according to FIG. 3 used. As shown in Figure 4, this is transparent grid sheet unit (film) 30 over a Template picture 32 placed. That on the grid sheet unit 30
