Definitions
- the present invention relates to a mast for off the ground supplied electrical systems, such as lighting, Traffic signal systems, overhead lines or radio antennas as well as methods for mounting such a mast and for maintenance work on such a mast.
- Such masts usually also referred to as light masts have a piece above the floor according to the prior art a door on that gives access to the connections of the supply lines allows. This door has to fall out elaborately Sabotage or vandalism are protected.
- this object is achieved by the features of the claim 1 solved. This way, a door is no longer required since the corresponding connection devices through Lifting the mast with an appropriate device that for example how a car jack can be designed, or arranged as a kind of crane arm on a maintenance vehicle can be made accessible.
- the mast is much easier to produce that Statics is guaranteed by the outer tube, which is is not weakened through openings, as is penetration excluded from water, snow, etc.
- the assembly and erection of the masts is much easier, because the floor tube is pre-assembled and the corresponding electrical lines can be installed, and then the actual mast can be put on later.
- the bottom tube grooves for the guidance of the second tube i.e. the upper part of the mast has when lifting. This way you can ensure that, for example, curved light poles or masts, that carry traffic signal devices, not accidentally be twisted during maintenance.
- Additional stabilization and security against unauthorized access to the electrical equipment in the mast can preferably be achieved in that in the assembled state using the bottom tube with the second tube a bolt connected across both pipes which is secured by screwed cap nuts.
- the mast can be in the floor tube above the maintenance opening is a through the floor tube Bore may be provided in which the bolt is inserted can be when the second pipe is raised. On this can secure the top of the mast against Slipping down can be achieved during maintenance work. This ensures that the top of the mast do not slide down during maintenance work and that if necessary Can injure maintenance personnel.
- the bottom tube in pushed up state always more than two and a half times of the inner diameter of the second tube protrudes into this.
- the mast according to the invention for electrical supplied from the ground Systems such as lighting, traffic signal systems, Overhead lines, radio antennas or illuminated Traffic sign consists of a in the usual way Ground anchored inner tube, which is referred to as a bottom tube 10 becomes.
- the bottom tube 10 has an opening on the side 12 with the shape and size of the usual maintenance openings with light poles. Behind this opening, as usual the electrical installations for those to be supplied from the ground electrical systems to be attached to the mast.
- Below and above the maintenance opening 12 are each holes drilled across the floor tube, through which a bolt 14 can be inserted.
- the bottom tube usually extends about one meter high from the ground, with the maintenance opening about 50 to 70 cm above the floor.
- the bottom tube is as in Fig. 2 shown, profiled and with plastic piping, so with plastic edge reinforcements.
- Another tube 20 is plugged onto the bottom tube 10, which forms the upper part of the mast and the corresponding electrical systems.
- the plastic piping of the floor tube 10 serve for easy sliding of the further tube 20 on the floor tube during initial assembly and when required Ensure maintenance work and an exact fit.
- Two grooves 16, 18 are further provided in the bottom tube 10, in the attached to the inside of the further tube 20 Pins (not shown) can engage to prevent twisting to prevent the pipe 20 from the bottom pipe 10.
- this can be the top of the mast forming tube 20 additionally with a through the lower transverse bore extending bolt 14, which is arranged with the outside Cap nuts 24 is secured, additionally against twisting and secured against unauthorized lifting.
- the corresponding arrangement of the bolt 14 is in Fig. 1 with solid lines shown.
- the bolt 14 can also be used to secure the tube 20 against unintentional sliding down during maintenance work serve.
- the one above the assembly opening is used 12 provided further cross hole in the bottom tube 10.
- the bolt 14 can be inserted there and again with the cap nuts 24 be secured. This ensures that the top of the mast is not during maintenance slide down and, if necessary, the maintenance personnel can hurt.
- Plug lock can be used so that when using a suitable cylinder lock a further improved security against unauthorized handicrafts on the mast can.
- the mast according to the invention is thus assembled in such a way that the floor tube 10, as is usually the case with a mast in the existing ground with a concrete pipe, plastic pipe or anchored by means of a base plate, cast or welded construction and is sanded in. Then you can use the opening 12 the cabling is installed as usual. thereupon the top of the mast, which includes the outer tube 20, placed on the bottom tube 10. It is recommended the bolt 14 in the arranged above the opening 12 Insert hole. In this way, the top of the Masts are lowered to the maintenance level. In this Condition can be the electrical leading to the upper part of the mast Lines to the existing one with the one in the ground connected cable system connected cables.
- a plug lock can be provided, which is through holes extends both in the outer tube 20 and in the bottom tube 10.
