One end of each chain 2 is attached to the lifting grid 1 by means of legs 3 at least minus two, preferably four, placed on either side of the stack sheet feed 4. Each chain 2 is connected to its other end, to a fastening piece crossed by a screw. Each chain 2 passes around a chain wheel 7 mounted on shafts 8.
  • a device ensures the vertical drive of the lifting grid 1 by the chains 2. This device may be constituted by the attachment piece which is of course guided during its movement along the screw by slides (not shown). The opinion is supported by two bearings (not shown) and driven by a motor reduction gear 11 fitted with an encoder 41. It is obvious that any motor-reduction device capable of generating the rotation of the shaft 8 secured to the wheels chains 7 can be used.

  • This second detector member 32 consists of preferably by a fixed linear camera arranged in the height direction of the stack of sheets 4, so as to provide an analog signal depending on the level measured.
  • a retractable front stop 33 is pivotally mounted around a axis 34, near the upper level of the front face of the stack of sheets 4.
  • the pivoting movement of the front stop 33 is obtained using a lever 35 controlled by a cam 36, actuated by the drive device of the introduction station fed by the sheets of stack 4.
  • This stop 33 has a window (not shown) centered on the median axis of the stack of sheets 4, to allow the detector 32 to constantly see the level top of this stack 4.
  • the first detector member 30 is electrically connected to one circuits of a computer 37 by a cable 38, while the second member detector 32 is connected to a second circuit of this same computer 37 using of a cable 39.
  • the computer 37 receives a signal from the first detector organ 30, it transmits positive or negative sense information intended to be transmitted by the cable 40 to the motor 18 governing the vertical movement of the sucking group 12.
  • the analog signal supplied to the computer by the second detector 32 allows the latter to evaluate in real time the difference between the upper level of the stack, measured by the second detector 32 and the upper reference level of this stack.
  • This comparison between these two levels allows to form a speed signal at the output of the computer which will be compared to the real-time speed of the reduction motor 11 provided by a encoder 41 associated with this motor.
  • the result of the comparison between these two speed signals is used to change the frequency more or less power supply to the motor through a frequency converter 42 connected to this reduction motor 11.
  • the reduction motor 11 raises the stack of sheets 4 continuously with a speed constantly adapted to the actual level of the stack compared to the reference level.
  • the introduction station can also also include a auxiliary supply device 50, commonly called non-stop (NS), allowing to change the battery without interrupting the flow of leaf.
  • This auxiliary supply device 50 is composed of a frame 51 allowing the establishment of bars 52 supporting the stack when the grid 1 main battery rise reached a level requiring recharging of a new stack of leaves.
  • the introduction of these bars 52 under the main stack allows to form an auxiliary grid while supporting the stack main so that we can lower the grid 1 in position low allowing charging of the new battery.
