Claims (12)
- Rundlaufpresse mit drehangetriebenen verdrehgesicherten Stempelschäften und daran angebrachten auswechselbaren Einsatzstempeln,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
jeweils der auswechselbare Einsatzstempel (6,7) gegenüber dessen Stempelschaft drehbar ausgeführt ist, indem eine umlaufende Eindrehung (27, 30) im Zapfen (8, 9) des Einsatzstempels (6,7) vorhanden ist, in die ein Verbindebauteil, insbesondere ein federndes Druckstück (4), zur drehbaren Verbindung des Einsatzstempels mit dem Stempelschaft eingreift, und dass die Mantelfläche des auswechselbaren Einsatzstempels (6,7) einen Bereich (1) aufweist, der mit einem Bereich (29) eines an der Rundlaufpresse ortsfest gegenüber dem Stempelumlauf angebrachten Bauteils (33) kraft- oder formschlüssig derart zusammenwirkt, dass der Einsatzstempel (6,7) an einem definierten Punkt des Teilkreises des Stempelumlaufs eine Drehbewegung erfährt. - Rundlaufpresse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Mantelfläche vom oberen und unteren Einsatzstempel (6,7) einen Bereich (1) zum Zusammenwirken mit Bereichen (29) des ortsfesten Bauteils (33) aufweist. - Rundlaufpresse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das ortsfeste Bauteil (33) für den oberen Einsatzstempel (6) und den unteren Einsatzstempel (7) getrennt justierbar ausgeführt ist und in unterschiedlich definierten Punkten des Teilkreises gebracht werden kann, indem das ortsfeste Bauteil (33) radial um den Teilkreis des Stempelumlaufs positionierbar ist. - Rundlaufpresse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das ortsfeste Bauteil (33) radial elastisch gelagert ist. - Ruüdlaufpresse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Abdichtung zwischen dem Stempelschaft (15, 16) und dem drehbaren Einsatzstempel (6,7) eine Abdichtung (36) in Form eines Elementes wie Labyrinthring vorgesehen ist. - Rundlaufpresse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kraft- oder formschlüssig mit dem Bereich (29) des ortsfesten Bauteils (33) zusammenwirkende Bereich (1) der Mantelfläche des auswechselbaren Einsatzstempels (6,7) als gesondertes, auswechselbares Element des Einsatzstempels (6,7) ausgeführt ist. - Rundlaufpresse nach den Ansprüchen 1, 2 und 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die zusammenwirkenden Bereiche (1, 29) der Mantelfläche und des ortsfesten Bauteils (33) als Verzahnung oder als Reibflächen ausgebildet sind. - Rundlaufpresse nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Verzahnungen der zusammenwirkenden Bereiche (1, 29) massearm und in Umfangsrichtung sehr elastisch ausgebildet sind. - Rundlaufpresse nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Bereich (29) des ortsfesten Bauteils (33) als ein in Bewegungsrichtung des Stempels elastisch nachgebendes Federelement ausgeführt ist, derart, daß die auftretende Anprallenergie aufgenommen werden kann und gleichzeitig ein sicheres Eingreifen in den Bereich (1) der Mantelfläche des Einsatzstempels (6,7) gewährleistet ist. - Rundlaufpresse nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Bereich (1) der Mantelfläche (1) des Einsatzstempels (6,7) eine auf den Bereich (29) des ortsfesten Bauteils (33) abgestimmtes Zahnprofil wie Trapezprofil, Sägezahnprofil aufweist. - Rundlaufpresse nach den Ansprüchen 8 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Bereich (29) des externen Bauteils (33) mehrere hintereinander in Bewegungsrichtung des Einsatzstempels (6,7) liegende kammartig angeordnete Federelemente (37) aufweist. - Rundlaufpresse mit drehangetriebenen verdrehgesicherten Stempelschäften und daran angebrachten auswechselbaren Einsatzstempeln sowie mit Matrizen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
dass die Matrizen (14) drehbar gelagert sind und an ihren Außenseiten eine Verzahnung oder eine Reibfläche aufweisen, die mit einem Bereich (29) eines an der Rundlaufpresse ortsfest gegenüber dem Matrizenumlauf angebrachten Bauteils (33) kraft- oder formschlüssig derart zusammenwirkt, dass die Matrize (14) an einem definierten Punkt des Teilkreises des Matrizenumlaufs eine Drehbewegung erfährt.
