Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent tablet from sticking to the molds, by giving a twisting caused by a turning to both the cope and the die when the tablet compressed within the die is taken out. CONSTITUTION:The cope 3 rises up via the upper cam 8 and then turns toward the arrow B with the friction plate 12 while rising as the rotary board 1 turns toward the arrow A. At the same time, the lower cam moves up the die 5 as the board 1 turns toward the arrow A. For the tablet 11 locked within the cylindrical die 4 and in the pressure molding process, no exfoliation is caused for the surface where the cope 3 and die 5 touches each other since the cope 3 rises up with twist in the direction of the arrow B via the upper cam 8 and the cope friction plate 12 as the board 1 turns along with the die 5 rising up in twist in the direction of the arrow C via the lower cam 9 and the die friction plate 13 respectively. Thus the contact surface between the cope and the die is separated from these molds, and then the tablet is exhausted outside the die 4 by the rise of the die.
