Claims (15)
- Planendachkonstruktion (10) mitmehreren parallel beabstandet zueinander angeordneten an/auf einer Unterkonstruktion (22) gelagerten Dachbindern, insbesondere Gitterträgern (12) mit Obergurt (14), Diagonalen (15) und Untergurt (16),seitlichen Abstützeinheiten (20) für die Dachbinder undeiner Dachhaut,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Dachhaut als Plane (18) ausgebildet ist,auf dem Obergurt (16) des Binders eine Anschlussprofileinheit (24) lösbar aufgesattelt ist oder der Obergurt eine Anschlussprofileinheit darstellt,an oder in der Anschlussprofileinheit (24) eine das Einschlagen/Einschrauben von Befestigungsmitteln erlaubende Vollprofileinheit (26) angeordnet ist,die Plane (18) über in die Vollprofileinheit (26) eingeschlagene/eingeschraubte Befestigungsmittel an die Anschlussprofileinheit (24) angeschlossen ist undan der Anschlussprofileinheit (24) Anschlusselemente (28) zum lösbaren Anschluss der seitlichen Abstützeinheiten (20) vorhanden sind. - Planendachkonstruktion nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Anschlussprofileinheit (24) einen nach oben offenen U-Profilquerschnitt aufweist und die Vollprofileinheit (26) als in der Anschlussprofileinheit (24) angeordnetes Kantholz ausgebildet ist. - Planendachkonstruktion nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Anschlussprofileinheit (24) über Vorsprungeinheiten (30) mit Rohrkupplungen (32) an dem Obergurt (14) des Gitterträgers (12) angeschlossen ist. - Planendachkonstruktion nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Anschlusselemente (28) als Einhängetaschen (34) mit Keil (36) ausgebildet sind, in die eine in den Endbereichen der Abstützeinheiten (20) jeweils vorhandene Vorsprungeinheit (38) eingeführt ist und die Vorsprungeinheit (38) mittels des Keiles (36) jeweils lösbar in den Einhängetaschen (34) arretiert ist. - Planendachkonstruktion nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die seitlichen Abstützeinheiten (20) als serienmäßig hergestellte Geländerstäbe eines bekannten Standard-Gerüstsystem, insbesondere des Blitz-Gerüstsystems der Firma Layher, ausgebildet sind. - Planendachkonstruktion nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die seitlichen Abstützeinheiten (20) als rahmenartiges serienmäßig hergestelltes Doppelstabgeländer eines bekannten Standard-Gerüsts, insbesondere des Blitz-Gerüsts der Firma Layher, ausgebildet sind. - Planendachkonstruktion nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Abstand der seitlichen Abstützeinheiten (20) untereinander im Bereich zwischen 40 cm (Zentimeter) und 60 cm (Zentimeter) liegt. - Planendachkonstruktion nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Breite der Plane im Wesentlichen dem Abstand zweier Dachbinder entspricht. - Planendachkonstruktion nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
auf der Anschlussprofileinheit (24) und/oder der Vollprofileinheit (26) eine hutförmige, nach unten offene Abdeckprofileinheit (40) angeschlossen ist, die mit ihren Schenkeln die angeschlossene Plane (18) nach unten drückt, wodurch innerhalb der Plane (18) eine Vorspannung erzeugt wird. - Planendachkonstruktion nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Anschlusselemente (28) für die seitlichen Abstützeinheiten (20) unterseitig an der Anschlussprofileinheit (24) angeschlossen sind. - Planendachkonstruktion nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Gitterträger als serienmäßig hergestelltes Gerüstbauteil eines bekannten Standard-Gerüsts, insbesondere des Blitz-Gerüsts der Firma Layher, ausgebildet sind. - Planendachkonstruktion nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Gitterträger aus Aluminium bestehen. - Planendachkonstruktion nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Anschlussprofileinheit aus Stahl besteht. - Planendachkonstruktion nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Plane (18) mit eingeschlagenen, insbesondere getackerten Metallklammern (42) an der Vollprofileinheit (26) befestigt ist. - Planendachkonstruktion nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Abdeckprofileinheit (40) mittels Schrauben (44) mit der Vollprofileinheit (26) verbunden ist.
