Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Abfüllen von Produkten (3), insbesondere Schlauchbeuteln, in Verpackungsbehälter (5), umfassend:einen ersten Förderer (2) für den kontinuierlichen Transport der Produkte (3) in einer ersten Förderrichtung (A),einen zweiten Förderer (4) für den kontinuierlichen Transport der Behälter (5) in einer zweiten Förderrichtung (B),eine am stromabwärtigen Ende des ersten Förderers (2) angeordnete Einfülleinrichtung (7) mit zwei in der zweiten Förderrichtung (B) gegeneinander versetzten, durch eine Trennwand (17) voneinander getrennten Kanälen (15, 16), wobei das stromaufwärtige Ende der Einfülleinrichtung (7) relativ zum stromabwärtigen Ende des ersten Förderers (2) quer zur ersten Förderrichtung (A) beweglich ist,ein Betätigungsorgan (9) zum Bewegen der Einfülleinrichtung (7) relativ zum ersten Förderer (2),mindestens einen am ersten Förderer (2) angeordneten Fühler (24) zum Erfassen der Produkte (3), undeine mit dem Fühler (24) und dem Betätigungsorgan (9) verbundene Steuereinrichtung (25).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Einfülleinrichtung (7) oder das stromabwärtige Ende des ersten Förderers (2) um eine zur ersten Förderrichtung (A) senkrechte Achse (8) schwenkbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Kanäle (15, 16) in der Einfülleinrichtung (7) entlang nach unten gekrümmten Bahnen, insbesondere einer gemeinsam nach unten gekrümmten Bahn (20) verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Trennwand (17) als Rippe ausgebildet ist, deren Oberkante (18) unterhalb einer Arbeitsstrecke am stromabwärtigen Ende (6) des ersten Förderers (2) beginnt und von dort in der ersten Förderrichtung (A) ansteigt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Zwischenwand (17) in Förderrichtung der Einfülleinrichtung (7) keilförmig ausgebildet ist, so dass die Kanäle (15, 16) in dieser Richtung divergieren.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die zweite Förderrichtung (B) annähernd senkrecht zur ersten Förderrichtung (A) verläuft und vorzugsweise beide Förderrichtungen (A, B) annähernd horizontal sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Querschnittsfläche des Austritts (19) der Einfülleinrichtung (7) in Grösse und Form annähernd gleich derjenigen der zu befüllenden Behälter (5) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Länge und/oder die Breite des Querschnitts der Kanäle (15, 16) mindestens gleich der Länge der Diagonalen der Produkte (3) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Steuereinrichtung (25) einen Zähler enthält, der die Signale des Fühlers (24) addiert, und wobei vorzugsweise der Fühler (24) als Lichtschranke ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei der erste und zweite Förderer (2, 4) als Förderbänder ausgebildet sind.
