Description
Claims (13)
- Fenster, Tür oder ähnlicher aus einem Flügel (3) und einem feststehenden Rahmen (2) bestehender Öffnungsverschluß, in dem ein Treibstangenbeschlag (8) eingebaut ist, wobei mindestens eine Treibstange (33) in einer an einer Umfangs-Randfläche des Flügels (3) und/oder des Rahmens (2), z.B. der jeweiligen Falzumfangsfläche, befindlichen Profilnut (31) längsverschiebbar aufgenommen ist,
wobei die Treibstange (33) von sich entlang der Profilnut (31) erstreckenden Führungselementen gehalten und/oder getragen ist,
wobei mit der Treibstange (33) ebenfalls von Führungsmitteln verschiebbar getragene Beschlagelemente (36, 37, 38,15) in Verbindung stehen,
und wobei die Beschlagelemente (36, 37, 38,15) mit der Treibstange (33) und/oder ggf. zwei Treibstangen untereinander über Kupplungselemente (50, 52, 87, 71, 72) in formschlüssigen Stelleingriff bringbar sind,
wobei der den Treibstangenbeschlag (8) tragende Flügel (3) oder Rahmen (2) aus Hohlprofilen gebildet ist, die mittels in Kammem des Hohlprofils eingebrachten Armierungsprofilen versteift sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungselemente aus im Nutgrund (35) der Profilnut (31) angeordneten Befestigungselementen (34) bestehen, die einen Kupplungsabschnitt tragen, der mit einem hinterschnittenen Bereich (42) der Treibstange (33) eine Kulissenführung bildet,
wobei die Beschlagelemente (36, 37, 38, 15) im Nutgrund befestigt sind und aus der Profilnut (31) im wesentlichen quer herausragen und die Treibstange (33) an dafür vorgesehenen Öffnungen und/oder Ausnehmungen durchdringen bzw. umgreifen, und dass die Armierungsprofile durch die Befestigungselemente (34) mit dem Hohlprofil verbunden werden. - Fenster oder eine Tür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kupplungsabschnitt pilzkopfförmig ist. - Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Treibstange (33) einen TT-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, der durch einen Rechteckquerschnitt gebildet wird, von dem unterseitig zwei hakenartige Stege (40) abstehen. - Fenster oder Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eines der Beschlagelemente (36) aus einer zweifach abgewinkelten, im wesentlichen U-förmigen Führung (51) besteht, an der ein Kupplungskörper (52) längsverschiebbar angebracht ist. - Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kupplungskörper (52) ein Gewinde o.ä. zur Verbindung bzw. Befestigung eines Riegels (9) aufweist. - Fenster oder Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kupplungskörper (52) mittels vorstehender Zapfen (55, 56) eine Lochgruppe (50) in der Treibstange (33) durchgreift. - Fenster oder Tür nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Beschlagelemente als Treibstangengetriebe (15) ausgebildet ist. - Fenster oder Tür nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
wobei im Eckbereich des Rahmens (2) oder Flügels (3) die Treibstangen (33)
über Eckumlenkungen (37) verbunden werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eckumlenkung (37) einen winkelförmigen Grundkörper (66) aufweist, der mit einem ersten Schenkel (73) die Treibstange (33) des einen Rahmen- bzw. Flügelholms untergreift und mit einem zweiten Schenkel (74) die Treibstange (33) des zweiten Rahmen- oder Flügelholms übergreift. - Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schenkel (73) der Eckumlenkung (37), der die Treibstange (33)untergreift an seinem freien Ende (78) ein Kupplungsglied (79) für ein Befestigungselement (34) enthält. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Fensters oder einer Tür nach Anspruch 1 mit einem Treibstangenbeschlag (8),
gekennzeichnet durch die Verfahrensschrittea. Ablängen der Profilstäbe zur Bildung der Rahmen- und Flügelholme (17,18,19, 20; 21,22,23,24) und Anbringen von notwendigen Bohrungen, Ausnehmungen usw. z.B. für Getriebe 15 oder Schamierbeschläge 14,b. Ablängen der Armierungsprofile,c. Anbringen der Befestigungselemente (34) mit Befestigung der Armierungsprofile an dem Hohlprofil,d. Ermitteln der Lage der Beschlagelemente (15, 36) an den Rahmen bzw. Flügelholmen (17, 18, 19, 20; 21, 22, 23, 24),e. Anordnen des Beschlagelemente (15, 36) an den Rahmen- bzw. Flügelholmen (17, 18, 19, 20; 21, 22, 23, 24),f. Ablängen der Treibstangen (33),g. Anbringen der Kupplungsabschnitte zur Kupplung mit den Beschlagelementen (15, 36, 37),h. Befestigung der Treibstange (33) an den Befestigungselementen (34) und Kuppeln der Treibstange (33) mit den Beschlagelementen (15, 36),i. Zusammenfügen des Rahmens (2) undloder Flügels (3), z.B. durch Schweißen,j. Entfernen ggf. vorhandener Schweißraupen an den Fügestellen,k. Befestigen von Eckumlenkungen (37) zur Kopplung der Treibstange (33) an den einzelnen Rahmen- oder Flügelholmen (17, 18, 19, 20; 21, 22, 23, 24),l. Befestigen der Gelenkbeschläge (4) an Flügel (3) und Rahmen (2). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eckumlenkung (37) senkrecht zu einem Rahmen- oder Flügelholm (17, 18, 19, 20; 21, 22, 23, 24) herangeführt werden, wobei die Eckumlenkung (37) einen winkelförmigen Grundkörper aufweist, der mit einem ersten Schenkel (73) die Treibstange (33) des einen Rahmen- bzw. Flügelholms untergreift und mit einem zweiten Schenkel (74) die Treibstange (33) des zweiten Rahmen- oder Flügelholms übergreift. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riegel (9) erst nach Befestigung der Treibstange (33) an den Beschlagelementen befestigt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montage der Beschlageelemente (15, 36) automatisiert erfolgt, wobei die Beschlagelemente (15, 36) in Magazinen o. ä. bevorratet sind und automatisch zugeführt werden.
