Claims (6)
- Hafenmobilkran zum kombinierten Container- und Schüttgutumschlag, mit einem Unterwagen und einem auf dem Basisrahmen des Unterwagens drehbar angebrachten Oberwagen, auf dem ein Turm mit einem um eine horizontale Achse verschwenkbarem Ausleger angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Basisrahmen (8) des Unterwagens (4) jeweils um vertikale Achsen verschwenkbar vier Abstützträger (9) symmetrisch zur Fahrzeuglängs- und Querachse angelenkt sind, an deren freien Enden vertikal wirkende Nivellierzylinder (10) vorgesehen sind, mit denen sich die Abstützträger (9) über Ballanciers (12) zur gleichmäßigen Verteilung der Stützkräfte auf den Rädern (14) mehrerer Fahrwerkgruppen (11) abstützen. - Hafenmobilkran nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Basisrahmen (8) und dem Bailancier (12) jeder Fahrwerkgruppe (11) jeweils eine mit dem Abstützträger (9) ein Parallelogrammgetriebe bildende Koppelstange (16) vorgesehen ist, mit der die Fahrwerkgruppe (11) in jeder Schwenkstellung der Abstützträger (9) parallel zur Fahrzeuglängsachse einstellbar ist. - Hafenmobilkran nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstützträger (9) sowohl in ihrer ausgeschwenkten Arbeitsstellung (Fig. 4) als auch in ihrer eingeschwenkten Transportstellung (Fig. 5) mittels teleskopierbarer Arretiereinrichtungen (17) fixierbar sind, die zwischen dem Basisrahmen (8) und dem freien Ende der Abstützträger (9) angeordnet sind. - Hafenmobilkran nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die um ± 90° verschwenkbaren Achsen (13) der Fahrwerkgruppen (11) zum Verstellen der Abstützträger (9) zwischen der Transport- und der Arbeitsstellung rechnergesteuert und überwacht auf einen gemeinsamen Lenkpol einstellbar sind und die Verschwenkbewegung der Abstützträger (9) durch Betätigung der Fahrwerkantriebe durchführbar ist. - Hafenmobilkran nach Anspruch 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Fahrwerksgruppen (11) des Hafenmobilkranes (1) in dessen Längsrichtung Raum zum Unterfahren des Hafenmobilkran (1) mit Transportfahrzeugen (15) belassen ist. - Hafenmobilkran nach Anspruch 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fahrwerkgruppen (11) des Hafenmobilkranes (1) bereift sind und die Reifen der Räder (14) zur Schwingungsdämpfung des Gerätes zu ca. 75% mit Wasser gefüllt sind.
