Claims (18)
- Halter zur Befestigung eines Wischmops am Ende eines Stiels, wobei eine Anzahl relativ beweglicher, saugfähiger Streifen (28,29) aus einem Textilmaterial vorzugsweise zueinander unter Winkelversatz im wesentlichen quer zur Längsachse des Stiels durch Einspannen zwischen ein Kopfteil (1) und eine Platte (20) festgelegt ist, wobei der Halter im Bereich der Befestigung der Streifen (28,29) eine Grundfläche aufweist, die eine größere Länge (L) als Breite (B) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter einen mit den Streifen des Wischmops zusammenwirkenden Begrenzungsrand aufweist, der in mindestens zwei sich in Richtung der Längsachse des Halters erstreckende Randbereiche unterteilt ist, dass die Randbereiche ohne Richtungswechsel der Krümmung mit einem konstanten oder einem sich zumindest abschnittsweise verändernden Krümmungsradius (R) gekrümmt sind, dass das Verhältnis der Länge (L; Lc) zu der Breite (B) mindestens 1,2 und höchstens 4 beträgt, vorzugsweise mehr als 1,6, und dass der Krümmungsradius (R) der Randbereiche mindestens das 0,61-fache und höchstens 4,25-fache der Breite (B) beträgt.
- Halter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Begrenzungsrand (6,7; 26,27) an den die Länge (L) begrenzenden Enden mindestens zwei Ecken (6, 7; 26, 27) aufweist.
- Halter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Begrenzungsrand an den die Länge begrenzenden Enden unter Vermeidung von spitzwinkeligen Ecken jeweils eine Abflachung (34, 35) aufweist.
- Halter nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Begrenzungsrand außerhalb der die Länge begrenzenden Enden Ecken (32, 33) aufweist.
- Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Randbereiche aus jeweils mindestens einem Kreisabschnitt bestehen.
- Halter für Wischmop nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter im Bereich der Befestigung der Streifen spiegelsymmetrisch bezüglich einer Längsachse des Halters ist.
- Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Krümmungsradius des ersten Randbereichs größer als der Krümmungsradius des zweiten Randbereichs ist.
- Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durch die an den beiden die Länge (L) begrenzenden Enden an die Begrenzungslinie angelegten Tangenten (G1, G2) eingeschlossene Winkel (α) höchstens 90 Grad beträgt.
- Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kopfteil (1) an seinen Ecken (6,7; 26,27)nach unten gezogen ist, so daß die Randbereiche dreidimensional gekrümmt sind.
- Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung des Halters mit dem Stiel über ein in Längsrichtung des Halters bewegliches Kippgelenk (11-13) erfolgt.
- Halter nach Anspruch 10 dadurch gekennzeichnet, Mittel zur Begrenzung des Kippwinkels von +/- 60 Grad bezogen auf die Senkrechte zur Längsachse des Halters vorgesehen sind.
- Halter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kippwinkel auf +/- 25 Grad begrenzt ist.
- Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundfläche der Platte (20) größer als die des Kopfteils (1) ist.
- Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kopfteil (1) und/oder die Platte (20) haubenförmig ausgebildet ist, insbesondere konkav.
- Halter nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Übergang der haubenförmig über den Randbereich hochgezogenen Teilabschnitte (3,4) eine Kante (5) ausgebildet ist.
- Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ecken (6,7; 26,27) mit einem Radius zwischen dem 0,05-fachen und dem 0,25-fachen der Breite des Halters abgerundet sind.
- Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis der Länge (L) zur Breite (B) höchstens 2,4 und das Verhältnis des Krümmungsradius (R) zur Breite (B) höchstens 3,38 beträgt.
- Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 3 und 4 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge (Lc) des Halters gegenüber einer im Bereich der die Länge begrenzenden Enden Ecken aufweisenden Länge (L) zwischen dem 0,99-fachen und dem 0,6-fachen, vorzugsweise zwischen dem 0,95-fachen und dem 0,85-fachen beträgt.
