Claims (8)
- Stapelhöhenerfassung (25) für einen Stapel (1) aus flächigem Material (2), vorzugsweise Papierbogen, mit mindestens einem Sensor (3) zur Erfassung der Stapelhöhe,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein flächiges Element (4) zur Erfassung der Höhe des Stapels (1) in eine Auflageposition (5) auf dem Stapel (1) verbracht und diese Auflageposition (5) durch den mindestens einen Sensor (3) erfaßt wird. - Stapelhöhenerfassung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (3) ein optischer Sensor ist. - Stapelhöhenerfassung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Zeile von optischen Sensoren derart angeordnet ist, daß mit ihr mehrere Höhenlagen des flächigen Elements (4) erfaßbar sind. - Stapelhöhenerfassung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flächige Element (4) ein Funktionselement einer Ablageeinrichtung (6) für das flächige Material (2) ist. - Stapelhöhenerfassung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Funktionselement der Niederhalter (7) der Ablageeinrichtung (6) ist. - Stapelhöhenerfassung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablageeinrichtung (6) am hinteren Ende (8) des Stapels (1) angeordnete horizontal und vertikal bewegbare Zungen (9), antreibbare und horizontal bewegbare Rollen (10) und den mindestens einen horizontal und vertikal bewegbaren Niederhalter (7) aufweist, wobei Antriebe und eine derart ausgebildete Steuerung vorgesehen sind, daß ein flächiges Material (2), zwischen Rollen (10) und Zungen (9) liegend, von den Rollen (10) in seine Ablageposition gefördert wird, daß dann der Niederhalter (7) das flächige Material (2) auf den Stapel (1) drückt und diese Höhenlage des Niederhalters (7) durch den mindestens einen Sensor (3) erfaßt wird, und daß anschließend die Rollen (10) abgehoben und die Zungen (9) entgegen der Förderrichtung (11) vom Stapel (1) entfernt werden und dann für die Förderung eines weiteren Materials (2) der Niederhalter (7) abgehoben, aus dem Ablagebereich gezogen und die Zungen (9) und die Rollen (10) wieder in die Position für die Ablage eines weiteren Materials (2) befördert werden. - Stapelhöhensteuerung mit einer Stapelhöhenerfassung (25) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Stapelhöhenstelleinrichtung (12) und eine Steuerung (13) vorgesehen sind, wobei nach jeder Ablage eines Materials (2) die Stapelhöhe erfaßt und mittels der Steuerung (13) die Stapelhöhenstelleinrichtung (12) zur Einstellung der Sollhöhe veranlaßt wird. - Stapelhöhensteuerung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach der Auflage des flächigen Elements (4) auf dem Stapel (1) die Stapelhöhenstelleinrichtung (12) den Stapel (1) so lange absenkt, bis ein Sensor (3) anspricht, der derart angeordnet ist, daß er das Erreichen der Sollhöhe des Stapels (1) durch die entsprechende Position des Niederhalters (7) erfaßt.
