Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Stapelhöhenerfassung (25) für einen Stapel (1) aus flächigem Material (2), vorzugsweise Papierbogen, mit mindestens einem Sensor (3) zur Erfassung der Stapelhöhe sowie eine Stapelhöhensteuerung mit einer derartigen Stapelhöhenerfassung (25).
Eine exakte Erfassung der Stapelhöhe, insbesondere um den Stapel für die nächste Ablage von Material (2) exakt zu positionieren, wird dadurch erzielt, daß ein flächiges Element (4) zur Erfassung der Höhe des Stapels (1) in eine Auflageposition (5) auf dem Stapel (1) verbracht und diese Auflageposition (5) durch den mindestens einen Sensor (3) erfaßt wird.
