Claims (10)
- Lochdorn zum Schrägwalzen von metallischen Hohlkörpern auf Schrägwalzwerken, mit einem Einspannschaft und mit einem zur Spitze hin gewölbten Verlauf des Walzballens,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lochdornballen (2) in zwei Längsabschnitte (3), einen Spitzenabschnitt (4) und einen hinteren Längsabschnitt (5) als Lochdorngrundkörper (6), geteilt ist und dass der Spitzenabschnitt (4) bei vollem Querschnitt (4a) aus einem hoch schmelzenden Werkstoff oder einer hoch schmelzenden Werkstoff-Legierung besteht. - Lochdorn nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spitzenabschnitt (4) etwa ein Drittel und der rückwärtige Lochdorngrundkörper (6) etwa zwei Drittel der Länge des Walzballen2) einnimmt. - Lochdorn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spitzenabschnitt (4) aus einer Titan-Zirkon-Molybdänlegierung (TZM) besteht. - Lochdorn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lochdorngrundkörper (6) aus hoch warmfestem Werkzeugstahl gebildet ist. - Lochdorn nach einem der Anspruche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spitzenabschnitt (4) mit dem Lochdorngrundkörper (6) mittels eines Gewindes (7) verschraubt ist. - Lochdorn nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Lochdorngrundkörper (6) eine Sacklochbohrung (8) mit Innengewinde (9) vorgesehen ist und dass der Spitzenabschnitt (4) einen korrespondierenden Gewindezapfen (10) aufweist. - Lochdorn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lochdorngrundkörper (6) und der Spitzenabschnitt (4) einen von einer Trennfuge (11) abgesehen gemeinsamen, stetigen Verlauf (12) des Lochdornballens (2) aufweisen. - Lochdorn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spitzenabschnitt (4) nach Verschleiß leicht austauschbar ist. - Lochdorn nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu einem Lochdorngrundkörper (6) mehrere Spitzenabschnitte (4) am Lager gehalten werden. - Lochdorn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der Spitzenabschnitt (4) ungekühlt ist.
