Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung (6) zum Verschwenken eines Drehrahmens (1), der mindestens eine Umlenkwalze (2) für eine laufende Warenbahn (4), insbesondere eine Textil- oder Folienbahn trägt, und der über ein Drehlager (8) schwenkbar in einem Gestell (7) abgestützt ist, wobei die Warenbahn (4) nahe einer Schwenkachse (12) des Drehlagers (8) geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drehlager (8) von einem segmentförmig zugeschnittenen Wälzlager (8) gebildet ist, welches gegeneinander drehbare Lagerschalen (21, 25) aufweist, die durch mindestens ein Haltemittel (27) aneinander gehalten sind, das an einem Exzenter (28) verstellbar gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wälzlager (8) durch einen in etwa axialen Schnitt zugeschnitten ist, damit die Schnittfläche (26) durch das Wälzlager (8) in etwa parallel zur laufenden Warenbahn (4) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerschalen (21, 25) des zugeschnittenen Wälzlagers (8) sich über einen Winkel von weniger als 180° erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zugeschnittene Wälzlager (8) Wälzelemente (23) aufweist, die in einem Käfig (24) gehalten sind, der sich über einen kleineren Winkel als die Lagerschalen (25) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haltemittel (27) von einem Gleitteil oder einer drehbaren Rolle (27) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehrahmen (1) über mindestens ein von der Schwenkachse (12) beabstandetes Gleitteil oder mindestens eine Stützrolle (9) an einer am Gestell (7) gehaltenen Stützplatte (10) abgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Gleitteil oder der Stützrolle (9) ein an der Gegenseite der Stützplatte (10) abgestütztes Gleitteil oder eine drehbare Stützrolle (9) zur Abstützung des Drehrahmens (1) gegenüberliegt.
