Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur gelenkigen Verbindung von Wagenkästen eines mehrgliedrigen Schienenfahrzeuges unter Verwendung eines sphärischen Gelenkes im Bodenbereich zwischen benachbarten Wagenkästen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in deren vertikaler Mittellängsebene ein Gelenkpaar von wirkungsgleichen Gelenken (1, 2) vorgesehenen ist, von denen das untere Gelenk (1) im Flurbereich und das obere Gelenk (2) im Dachbereich der Wagenkästen (4, 15) angeordnet ist, daß das untere Gelenk (1) ein von einem mit dem Wagenkasten (4) fest verbundenen Stützträger (5) aufgenommenes Lagerauge (3) und eine von einem mit dem gegenüberliegenden Wagenkasten (15) fest verbundenen Stützträger (16) aufgenommene Lagergabel (8) aufweist und Lagerauge (3) und Lagergabel (8) über einen vertikalen Gelenkbolzen (19) kuppelbar sind, daß das Lagerauge (3) mit einem Sphärolastiklager (7) zum Ausgleich von Nickbewegungen zwischen den benachbarten Wagenkästen (4, 15) ausgestattet ist, daß die Lagergabel (8) mit einem Schräg-Gelenklager (13) zur Aufnahme der horizontalen Auslenkungen zwischen den benachbarten Wagenkästen (4, 15) und zum Ausrichten des Gelenkbolzens (14) ausgestattet ist und daß der das Lagerauge (3) aufnehmende Stützträger (5) des oberen Gelenks (2) in einem mit dem Wagenkasten (4) fest verbundenen Lagerbock (17) längsverschieblich führbar ist und der die Lagergabel (8) des oberen Gelenks (2) aufnehmende Stützträger (16) in einem mit dem gegenüberliegenden Wagenkasten (15) fest verbundenen Lagerbock (18) längsverschieblich führbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im oberen Gelenk (2) Mittel für eine synchrone gegenläufige Verschiebung der Stützträger (5, 16) in den Lagerböcken (17, 18) in einer die Flucht der Vertikalachsen (20) der Gelenkbolzen (14) im unteren und im oberen Gelenk (1, 2) gewährleistenden Weise vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel für eine synchrone gegenläufige Verschiebung der Stützträger (5, 16) in den Lagerböcken (17, 18) durch Zug- und/oder Druckelemente (19), insbesondere Druckfedern bereitgestellt werden, die zwischen dem Stützträger (5, 16) einerseits und dem zugeordneten Lagerbock (17, 18) andererseits so angeordnet sind, daß sowohl das Herausziehen als auch das Hineinschieben des Stützträgers (5, 16) aus dem bzw. in den Lagerbock (17, 18) gegen die Wirkung der Druckfeder (19) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel für eine synchrone gegenläufige Verschiebung der Stützträger (5, 16) in den Lagerböcken (17, 18) durch eine Scherenanordnung bereitgestellt wird, die zwischen dem Stützträger (5, 16) einerseits und dem zugeordneten Lagerbock (17, 18) andererseits angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel für eine synchrone gegenläufige Verschiebung der Stützträger (5, 16) in den Lagerböcken (17, 18) durch eine Teleskopanordnung bereitgestellt wird, die zwischen dem Stützträger (5, 16) einerseits und dem zugeordneten Lagerbock (17, 18) andererseits angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Stützträger (5, 16) und dem zugehörigen Lagerbock (17, 18) Dämpfereinrichtungen zum Dämpfen der Nickbewegung zwischen den benachbarten Wagenkästen (4, 15) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Gelenk (2) mit einer Wanksperreinrichtung kombinierbar ist.
