Claims (6)
- Walzgerüstanordnung für das Walzen von Draht oder Feineisen, bestehend aus einer Mehrzahl von in Walzrichtung hintereinander angeordneten anstellbare Walzenpaare aufweisenden Walzgerüsten, von denen jedes lösbar mit einem Traggehäuse verbindbar ist, in dem parallel zur Walzrichtung eine motorantreibbare Kegelradwelle lagert, deren Kegelrad mit einer Kegelradwelle kuppelbar ist, die mit den Tragwellen des Walzenpaares des Walzgerüstes antriebsverbindbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei bekannter Anordnung benachbarter Walzgerüst (WGI, WGII) mit gegeneinander winkelversetzten Achsrichtungen ihrer Walzenpaare (WR1, WR2), das Kegelrad (KR3, KR4) der, mit den Tragwellen (TW1, TW2) der Walzenpaare (WGI, WGII) antriebsverbindbaren Kegelradwellen (KW3, KW4) des jeweiligen Walzgerüstes (WGI, WGII) mit einem, diesem zugewandten Kegelrad (KR1, KR2) kuppelbar ist, das, zusammen mit dem, dem benachbarten Walzgerüst (WGI, WGII) zugewandten Kegelrad (KE1, KR2) auf einer, diesen gemeinsamen motorantreibbaren Kegelradwelle (KW) sitzt. - Walzgerüstanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Winkelversetzung der Achsrichtungen um 90°, die mit den Tragwellen (TW1, TW2) des Walzenpaares (WR1, WR2) verbindbaren Kegelradwellen (KW3, KW4) quer zu deren Achsrichtung im Traggehäuse (TG) gelagert sind. - Walzgerüstanordnung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der quer gelagerten Kegelradwelle (KW3, KW4) ein walzenförmiges Stirnrad (SR3, SR4) sitzt, das mit einem Paar von auf den freien Enden der Tragwellen (TW1, TW2) des Walzenpaares (WR1, WR2) sitzenden Kronenrändern (KD1, KD2) kämmt. - Walzgerüstanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragwellen (TW1, TW2) des Walzenpaares (WR1, WR2) in, in dem Walzgerüst (WGI, WGII) gleitverschiebbar angeordneten Lagereinbaustükken (LES1, LES2) lagern. - Walzgerüstanordnung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagereinbaustücke (LES1, LES2) über, in ihnen gewindegeführte, von Schnecken getrieben (SR, SK) angetriebenen Spindeln (SP) anstellbar sind. - Walzgerüstanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein jeweils zwei benachbarte, in dieses ein- und ausfahrbare Walzgerüste (WGI, WGII) und die gemeinsame, motorangetriebene Kegelradwelle (KW) aufnehmendes Traggehäuse (TG).
