dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei bekannter Anordnung benachbarter Walzgerüst (WGI, WGII) mit gegeneinander winkelversetzten Achsrichtungen ihrer Walzenpaare (WR1, WR2), das Kegelrad (KR3, KR4) der, mit den Tragwellen (TW1, TW2) der Walzenpaare (WGI, WGII) antriebsverbindbaren Kegelradwellen (KW3, KW4) des jeweiligen Walzgerüstes (WGI, WGII) mit einem, diesem zugewandten Kegelrad (KR1, KR2) kuppelbar ist, das, zusammen mit dem, dem benachbarten Walzgerüst (WGI, WGII) zugewandten Kegelrad (KE1, KR2) auf einer, diesen gemeinsamen motorantreibbaren Kegelradwelle (KW) sitzt.

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Winkelversetzung der Achsrichtungen um 90°, die mit den Tragwellen (TW1, TW2) des Walzenpaares (WR1, WR2) verbindbaren Kegelradwellen (KW3, KW4) quer zu deren Achsrichtung im Traggehäuse (TG) gelagert sind.
