Claims (7)
- Druckmaschine, vorzugsweise Tiefdruck-Rollenrotationsmaschine, mit einem in eine Farbwanne (5) eintauchenden Druckzylinder (1) und einer an diesen anstellbaren Rakel (15),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Wellenzapfen (3) des Druckzylinders (1) frei drehbare, aber in axialer Richtung unverschiebliche Ringe (6) aufgesetzt sind, die Haltearme (8) tragen, die in dem Bereich zwischen der Farbwanne (5) und der Rakel (15) Abstreifer (9) in Anlage an die Kantenbereiche des Druckzylinders (1) halten, und daß die Ringe (6) durch Drehmomentstützen (16) relativ zu dem Maschinengestell (2) undrehbar gehalten sind. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifer (9) derartig winkelig ausgebildet sind, daß sie mit einem Schenkel an dem Mantel und mit dem anderen Schenkel an einer Stirnseite der Druckwalze (1) anliegen.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Rakelmesserhalter (20) unterhalb des Rakelmessers (15) an die Endbereiche des Druckzylinders (1) anstellbare Abstreifer (22) angeordnet sind.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifer (22) die Kanten des Druckzylinders (1) nach außen hin überragen.
- Druckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifer (9, 22) aus elastomerem Material bestehen.
- Druckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bereich zwischen den oberen und unteren Abstreifern (9, 22) durch eine Spritzhaube (24) abgedeckt ist, die in die Farbwanne (5) mündet.
- Verwendung einer Druckmaschine mit den Merkmalen der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zum Auftragen von Leim oder anderen Beschichtungsstoffen auf eine Materialbahn.
