Claims (6)
- Procédé pour découper des panneaux ou similaires constitués d'une plaque en fibres de bois (6) munie d'une couche décorative (3), en particulier essentiellement constituée de papier, la largeur et/ou la longueur de la couche décorative (3) ayant après application sur la plaque de fibres de bois (6) une mesure présentant un écart par rapport à sa valeur initiale, au moyen d'au moins une installation de division de plaques comportant une scie (1) formée de plusieurs lames de scie (S1, S2, ...Sn) agencées réglables à distance parallèle l'une de l'autre, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :aligner la plaque de fibres de bois (6) par rapport à au moins une première caméra (4a),détecter par l'intermédiaire de chacune de la première caméra (4a) et d'une deuxième caméra (4b), un point respectif défini prédéterminé (P1, P2) dans la couche décorative (3),déterminer la distance (L) entre les points (P1 et P2),par comparaison de la position réelle et de la position théorique des points (P1 et P2), déterminer l'écart présenté par la mesure de largeur ou de longueur,mettre la mesure de l'écart déterminé (A) en rapport avec le nombre (n) des lames de scies (Sn), etmodifier de la mesure du rapport de l'écart au nombre de lames de scie (A/n), la distance parallèle (a) des lames de scie (Sn) l'une de l'autre,décaler de la moitié de l'écart déterminé (A), vers un côté, l'alignement de la plaque de fibres de bois (6) par rapport à la scie (1), et ensuite,transporter la plaque de fibres de bois (6) en direction de la scie (1) pour découper les panneaux.
- Procédé pour découper des panneaux ou analogues constitués d'une plaque en fibres de bois (6) munie d'une couche décorative (3) en particulier essentiellement constituée de papier, la largeur et/ou la longueur de la couche décorative (3) ayant après application sur la plaque de fibres de bois (6) une mesure présentant un écart par rapport à sa valeur initiale, au moyen d'au moins une installation de division de plaque comportant une scie (1) formée de plusieurs lames de scie (S1, S2, ...Sn) agencées réglables à distance parallèle l'une de l'autre, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :aligner la plaque de fibres de bois (6) par rapport à au moins une première caméra (4a),détecter par l'intermédiaire de chacune de la première caméra (4a) et d'une deuxième caméra (4b), un point respectif défini prédéterminé (P1, P2) dans la couche décorative (3),déterminer la distance (L) entre les points (P1 et P2),par comparaison de la position réelle et de la position théorique des points (P1 et P2), déterminer l'écart présenté par la mesure de largeur ou de longueur,mettre la distance (L) en rapport avec le nombre (n) des lames de scies (Sn), etrégler la distance parallèle des lames de scie à la mesure du rapport de la distance au nombre des lames de scie (A/n),décaler de la moitié de l'écart déterminé (A), vers un côté, l'alignement de la plaque de fibres de bois (6) par rapport à la scie (1), et ensuitetransporter la plaque de fibres de bois (6) en direction de la scie (1) pour découper les panneaux.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par :détecter un autre point défini prédéterminé (P3) par l'intermédiaire d'une troisième caméra,déterminer la distance entre les points (P1 et P3),par comparaison de la position réelle avec la position théorique des points (P1, P3) déterminer l'écart présenté par l'autre des mesures de largeur ou longueur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on détecte des marques formées dans la couche décorative (3) au lieu de points définis au bord.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les lames de scie (Sn) sont agencées sur un arbre commun (2).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par :mettre en mémoire l'écart déterminé (A) en y ajoutant un intervalle de tolérance (T),aligner par rapport à la première caméra (4a) les autres plaques de fibres de bois (6) qui suivent une première plaque de fibres de bois (6),déterminer l'écart (Ai) présenté par la mesure de largeur et/ou longueur,comparer l'écart (Ai) avec la somme de l'écart (A) et de l'intervalle de tolérance (T), etun nouveau réglage de la distance parallèle des lames de scie (Sn) se produit lorsque l'écart (Ai) est plus grand que la somme de l'écart (A) et de l'intervalle de tolérance (T).
