- Procédé de fabrication d'au moins un groupe de panneaux de lambris longitudinaux pour l'imitation d'un plancher longitudinal, lequel groupe comprend au moins deux panneaux de lambris d'extrémité de plancher (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 ; 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 ; 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 ; 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6) qui présentent chacun un premier bord transversal court et un second bord transversal court ainsi que deux bords longitudinaux et qui forment avec leurs premiers bords transversaux courts respectifs en se touchant ou avec leurs premiers bords transversaux courts respectifs contigus à des bords transversaux courts d'au moins un panneau de lambris intermédiaire longitudinal (2.1, 2.2 ; 3.5, 3.6) un plancher longitudinal avec du décor continu au niveau du joint des bords transversaux, notamment du décor de bois, dans lequel les panneaux de lambris présentent des bords longitudinaux en biseau sur leur côté de décor et dans lequel le second bord transversal court du panneau de lambris d'extrémité de plancher respectif est réalisé en tant que bord transversal en biseau sur son côté de décor, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- préparation d'une plaque de grand format essentiellement rectangulaire (1, 2, 3, 4) qui est pourvue sur son côté supérieur d'au moins un groupe de décors de panneau de lambris longitudinaux (D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, D1.4 ; D2.1, D2.2, D2.3, D2.4, D2.5, D2.6 ; D3.1, D3.2, D3.3, D3.4, D3.5, D3.6 ; D4.1, D4.2, D4.3, D4.4, D4.5, D4.6), dans lequel le décor de panneau de lambris respectif présente un sens de décor et s'étend parallèlement à un des bords de plaque, et dans lequel le groupe respectif de décors de panneau de lambris présente dans une première région de bord s'étendant le long d'un des bords de plaque qui s'étend de manière transversale au sens de décor des décors de panneau de lambris une première section de décor de panneau de lambris (A1.11, A1.31 ; A2.32, A2.42 ; A3.12, A3.22 ; A4.12, A4.32, A4.52) qui s'ajuste à une deuxième section de décor de panneau de lambris (A1.22, A1.42 ; A2.51, A2.61 ; A3.32, A3.42, A3.52, A3.62, A3.51, A3.61 ; A4.22, A4.42, A4.62) située dans la même première région de bord et/ou une région de bord opposée de ce groupe de décors de panneau de lambris d'un décor de panneau de lambris (D1.2, D1.4 ; D2.5, D2.6 ; D3.3, D3.4, D3.5, D3.6 ; D4.2, D4.4, D4.6) décalé par rapport à la première section de décor de panneau de lambris de manière transversale au sens de décor pour la formation d'un décor continu, notamment décor de bois,- division de la plaque de grand format (1, 2, 3, 4) en panneaux de lambris individuels (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 ; 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 ; 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6 ; 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6) présentant chacun un des décors de panneau de lambris,- profilage des bords longitudinaux et transversaux du panneau de lambris individuel, et- fabrication de surfaces biseautées de sorte que les bords longitudinaux sur le côté de décor du panneau de lambris fini ainsi que le second bord transversal qui n'est pas destiné à la formation d'un décor continu sont en biseau.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le groupe respectif de décors de panneau de lambris présente dans la première région de bord qui s'étend de manière transversale au sens de décor des décors de panneau de lambris une troisième section de décor de panneau de lambris (A1.21, A1.12, A1.32, A1.41 ; A2.31, A2.41, A2.52, A2.62 ; A3.11, A3.21, A3.31, A3.41; A4.11, A4.21, A4.31, A4.41, A4.51, A4.61) qui ne s'ajuste pas à une quatrième section de décor de panneau de lambris située dans la région de bord opposée de ce groupe de décors de panneau de lambris d'un décor de panneau de lambris décalé par rapport à la troisième section de décor de panneau de lambris de manière transversale au sens de décor, dans lequel un bord transversal en biseau (5, 6) est à chaque fois fabriqué sur le côté de décor au niveau de ces sections de décor de panneau de lambris (A1.21, A1.12, A1.32, A1.41 ; A2.31, A2.41, A2.52, A2.62 ; A3.11, A3.21, A3.31, A3.41 ; A4.11, A4.21, A4.31, A4.41, A4.51, A4.61) ne s'ajustant pas les unes aux autres.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque rectangulaire de grand format (1, 2, 3, 4) est pourvue sur son côté supérieur d'au moins deux groupes identiques de décors de panneau de lambris longitudinaux (D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, D1.4 ; D2.1, D2.2, D2.3, D2.4, D2.5, D2.6 ; D3.1, D3.2, D3.3, D3.4, D3.5, D3.6 ; D4.1, D4.2, D4.3, D4.4, D4.5, D4.6).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le groupe respectif de décors de panneau de lambris est écarté par rapport aux bords de plaque par des ajouts de taillage et/ou d'usinage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble des sections de décor de panneau de lambris (A4.12, A4.22, A4.32, A4.42, A4.52, A4.62) s'ajustant les unes aux autres du groupe respectif de décors de panneau de lambris (D4.1, D4.2, D4.3, D4.4, D4.5, D4.6) se situe dans la même première région de bord de ce groupe.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les sections de décor de panneau de lambris (A4.12, A4.22, A4.32, A4.42, A4.52, A4.62) s'ajustant les unes aux autres du groupe respectif de décors de panneau de lambris (D4.1, D4.2, D4.3, D4.4, D4.5, D4.6) sont réalisées de manière asymétrique par rapport à l'axe médian longitudinal du décor de panneau de lambris respectif.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces biseautées (5, 6) sont introduites dans la plaque de grand format (1, 2, 3, 4), notamment imprimées, avant la division de celle-ci.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces biseautées (5, 6) sont imprimées au cours du pressage de papier décoratif imprégné avec la plaque (1, 2, 3,4).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces biseautées (5, 6) sont pourvues d'un revêtement coloré qui forme un contraste coloré par rapport au décor de panneau de lambris côté supérieur (D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, D1.4 ; D2.1, D2.2, D2.3, D2.4, D2.5, D2.6 ; D3.1, D3.2, D3.3, D3.4, D3.5, D3.6 ; D4.1, D4.2, D4.3, D4.4, D4.5, D4.6).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces biseautées (5, 6) sont lissées sans enlèvement de copeaux et/ou traitées thermiquement.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le second bord transversal du panneau de lambris qui n'est pas destiné à la formation d'un décor continu est caractérisé par l'application d'un marquage sur la plaque, le marquage est déterminé au moyen d'un dispositif de balayage optique et la fabrication de la surface biseautée (5, 6) sur le second bord transversal est commandée automatiquement en fonction d'une détection du marquage par le dispositif de balayage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le second bord transversal du panneau de lambris (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 ; 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 ; 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 ; 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6) qui n'est pas destiné à la formation d'un décor continu est déterminé par la détection du décor de panneau de lambris (D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, D1.4 ; D2.1, D2.2, D2.3, D2.4, D2.5, D2.6 ; D3.1, D3.2, D3.3, D3.4, D3.5, D3.6 ; D4.1, D4.2, D4.3, D4.4, D4.5, D4.6) au moyen d'un dispositif de balayage optique et d'une comparaison du décor de panneau de lambris détecté à au moins un décor de panneau de lambris de référence, dans lequel la fabrication de la surface biseautée (5, 6) sur le second bord transversal est réalisée automatiquement en fonction de cette comparaison.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le groupe respectif de panneaux de lambris longitudinaux (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4) pour l'imitation d'un plancher longitudinal comprend deux panneaux de lambris d'extrémité de plancher (1.1, 1.2 et 1.3, 1.4) qui forment avec leurs premiers bords transversaux courts en se touchant un plancher longitudinal avec du décor continu au niveau du joint des bords transversaux, notamment du décor de bois, dans lequel le groupe respectif de décors de panneau de lambris présente dans la première région de bord qui s'étend de manière transversale au sens de décor des décors de panneau de lambris plusieurs sections de décor de panneau de lambris (A1.11, A1.31) qui s'ajustent chacune à un nombre correspondant de sections de décor de panneau de lambris (A1.22, A1.42) situées dans la région de bord opposée de ce groupe de décors de panneau de lambris de décors de panneau de lambris (D1.2, D1.4) décalés par rapport à celles-ci de manière transversale au sens de décor pour la formation d'un décor continu, et dans lequel le groupe respectif de décors de panneau de lambris présente dans la première région de bord qui s'étend de manière transversale au sens de décor des décors de panneau de lambris plusieurs sections de décor de panneau de lambris (A1.21, A1.41) qui ne s'ajustent pas à un nombre correspondant de sections de décor de panneau de lambris (A1.12, A1.32) situées dans la région de bord opposée de ce groupe de décors de panneau de lambris de décors de panneau de lambris (D1.1, D1.3) décalés par rapport à celles-ci de manière transversale au sens de décor.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le groupe de panneaux de lambris longitudinaux pour l'imitation d'un plancher longitudinal comprend deux panneaux de lambris d'extrémité de plancher (2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6) et un panneau de lambris intermédiaire (2.1, 2.2), dans lequel les panneaux de lambris d'extrémité de plancher (2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6) forment avec leurs premiers bords transversaux courts contigus aux bords transversaux courts du panneau de lambris intermédiaire (2.1, 2.2) un plancher longitudinal avec du décor continu au niveau du joint des bords transversaux, notamment du décor de bois, dans lequel le groupe respectif de décors de panneau de lambris présente dans la première région de bord qui s'étend de manière transversale au sens de décor des décors de panneau de lambris plusieurs sections de décor de panneau de lambris (A2.11, A2.21, A2.51, A2.61) qui s'ajustent chacune à un nombre correspondant de sections de décor de panneau de lambris (A2.12, A2.22, A2.32, A2.42) situées dans la région de bord opposée de ce groupe de décors de panneau de lambris de décors de panneau de lambris décalés par rapport à celles-ci de manière transversale au sens de décor pour la formation d'un décor continu, dans lequel le groupe respectif de décors de panneau de lambris présente dans la première région de bord qui s'étend de manière transversale au sens de décor des décors de panneau de lambris plusieurs sections de décor de panneau de lambris qui ne s'ajustent pas à un nombre correspondant de sections de décor de panneau de lambris situées dans la région de bord opposée de ce groupe de décors de panneau de lambris de décors de panneau de lambris décalés par rapport à celles-ci de manière transversale au sens de décor, et dans lequel le nombre de sections de décor de panneau de lambris (A2.11, A2.21, A2.51, A2.61, A2.12, A2.22, A2.32, A2.42) s'ajustant les unes aux autres est supérieur au, notamment le double du, nombre de sections de décor de panneau de lambris (A2.31, A2.41, A2.52, A2.62) ne s'ajustant pas les unes aux autres.
- Groupe de panneaux de lambris longitudinaux pour l'imitation d'un plancher longitudinal, pouvant être fabriqué par le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, lequel groupe comprend au moins deux panneaux de lambris d'extrémité de plancher (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 ; 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 ; 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 ; 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6) qui forment avec leurs premiers bords transversaux courts en se touchant ou avec leurs premiers bords transversaux courts contigus à des bords transversaux courts d'au moins un panneau de lambris intermédiaire longitudinal (2.1, 2.2 ; 3.5, 3.6) un plancher longitudinal avec du décor continu au niveau du joint des bords transversaux, notamment du décor de bois, dans lequel le panneau de lambris d'extrémité de plancher respectif présente des bords longitudinaux en biseau et un bord transversal en biseau opposé au joint des bords transversaux sur son côté de décor.
- Groupe de panneaux de lambris longitudinaux selon la revendication 15, dans lequel ce groupe de panneaux de lambris longitudinaux pour l'imitation d'un plancher longitudinal peut être fabriqué par le procédé selon la revendication 11, selon lequel le second bord transversal du panneau de lambris qui n'est pas destiné à la formation d'un décor continu est caractérisé par l'application d'un marquage sur la plaque, le marquage est déterminé au moyen d'un dispositif de balayage optique et la fabrication de la surface biseautée (5, 6) sur le second bord transversal est commandée automatiquement en fonction d'une détection du marquage par le dispositif de balayage, caractérisé en ce que le marquage est appliqué au sein du décor de panneau de lambris.
