Claims (14)

  1. Procédé pour appliquer un revêtement sur des appareils ou des parties d'appareils utilisés pour la construction d'installations chimiques, caractérisé en ce que l'on dépose, de façon autocatalytique, une couche métallique puis une couche de dispersion polymère-métallique sur l'appareil ou sur les appareils ou sur les parties d'appareils destinés à être revêtus, dans un premier temps en déposant, de façon autocatalytique, une couche de métal et de phosphore d'une épaisseur de 1 µm à 15 µm, puis en mettant cette couche en contact avec une solution d'électrolyte métallique qui contient, outre l'électrolyte métallique, un réducteur ainsi que le polymère ou le mélange de polymères destinés au dépôt sous forme dispersée, au moins un polymère étant halogéné et étant constitué de particules sphériques présentant une granulométrie moyenne de 0,1 µm à 1,0 µm.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les appareils et les parties d'appareils utilisés pour la construction d'installations chimiques sont des parois internes d'appareil, de récipient ou de réacteur, des dispositifs d'évacuation, des ferrures et accessoires de tuyauteries, des systèmes de canalisation, des pompes, des filtres, des condenseurs, des centrifugeuses, des colonnes, des séchoirs, des broyeurs, des installations fixes, des corps de garnissage, des appareils polyvalents qui sont constitués d'un matériau métallique.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on met en oeuvre, en tant qu'électrolyte métallique, une solution électrolytique de cuivre ou de nickel, et, en tant que réducteur, un phosphinate ou un boranate.
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute à la solution électrolytique métallique une dispersion d'un polymère halogéné.
  5. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on met en oeuvre, en tant qu'électrolyte métallique, une solution de sel de nickel que l'on soumet à une réduction in situ avec un phosphinate de métal alcalin et à laquelle on ajoute, en tant que polymère halogéné, une dispersion de polytétrafluoroéthylène.
  6. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'on dépose une couche de nickel-phosphore-polytétrafluoroéthylène d'une épaisseur de 1 µm à 100 µm.
  7. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'on dépose une couche de nickel-phosphore-polytétrafluoroéthylène d'une épaisseur de 3 µm à 50 µm.
  8. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'on dépose une couche de nickel-phosphore-polytétrafluoroéthylène d'une épaisseur de 5 µm à 25 µm.
  9. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute à la solution électrolytique métallique une dispersion supplémentaire d'un polymère halogéné ou non halogéné.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'on met en oeuvre, en tant que polymère supplémentaire, le polytétrafluoroéthylène ou le polyéthylène ou le polypropylène.
  11. Procédé selon les revendications 9 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'on met en oeuvre, en tant que polymère supplémentaire, le polytétrafluoroéthylène ou le polyéthylène ou le polypropylène constitués de particules présentant une granulométrie moyenne de 5 µm à 50 µm.
  12. Appareils et parties d'appareils utilisés pour la construction d'installations chimiques que l'on peut obtenir à partir d'un procédé selon les revendications 1 à 11.
  13. Parois internes d'appareil, de récipient ou de réacteur, dispositifs d'évacuation, ferrures et accessoires de tuyauteries, systèmes de canalisation, pompes, filtres, condenseurs, centrifugeuses, colonnes, séchoirs, broyeurs, installations fixes, corps de garnissage ou appareils polyvalents que l'on peut obtenir à partir d'un procédé selon les revendications 1 à 12.
  14. Mise en oeuvre des parois internes d'appareil, de récipient ou de réacteur, des dispositifs de déversement, des ferrures et accessoires de tuyauteries, des systèmes de canalisation, des pompes, des filtres, des condenseurs, des centrifugeuses, des colonnes, des séchoirs, des broyeurs, des installations fixes, des corps de garnissage ou des appareils polyvalents selon les revendications 12 et 13 en vue d'éviter ou de réduire des dépôts issus de fluides.
