Claims (27)
- Schreibeinrichtung mit einer Minenanordnung (40;41,30) in einem im wesentlichen hülsenförmigen Schaft (20), welche Anordnung (40) eine Schreibspitze aufweist, und mit einer Hauptachse (100), einem Schaftabschluß (50,35,20b) an einem rückwärtigen Endbereich und einem im wesentlichen konisch zulaufenden frontseitigen Endbereich (10) am Schaft (20), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder konisch zulaufende Endbereich (10) von einer Stelleinrichtung gesteuert (40,43,9) in einer die Hauptachse (100) enthaltenden Ebene gegenüber dem hülsenförmigen Schaft (20) verschwenkbar oder neigbar ist; oderein Neigungswinkel (α) einer Konusachse (101) des konisch zulaufenden Endbereichs (10) gegenüber der Hauptachse (100) einstellbar ist (40,43,9).
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Veränderung der Spitzenneigung (α) vom Schaftabschluß aus erfolgt (50,35,20b), insbesondere gekoppelt mit einer Längsverschiebung (x) der Minenanordnung (40), die im Schaft aufgenommen ist, relativ zu einer Lagerstelle (23;13;14;L) zwischen dem konischen Endbereich (10) und dem Schaft (20).
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Minenanordnung (40) einen vorderen, elastisch biegbaren Abschnitt (42) besitzt, der mit einem sich verändernden Neigungswinkel (α) seine Biegung, insbesondere auch seine Biegespannung verändert.

- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der konische Endbereich (10) an einer Lagerstelle (13,14; 23;L) am Schaft (20) schwenkbar gehalten ist, insbesondere die Lagerstelle (L) außerhalb der Hauptachse (100) liegt oder nur eine einzige Lagerstelle (13,14) im Bereich einer Hülsenwand des Schaftes (20) vorgesehen ist, welche auch die Schwenkachse zur Änderung des Neigungswinkels bildet.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Schaft (20) geteilt ist und an der Teilungsstelle (25,26,27) so ausgebildet ist, um eine Abstandsveränderung (x1,x2;y1,y2) der zwei Schaftteile (20',20") zu erreichen, insbesondere(a) zumindest eine Gewindeeinrichtung die beiden Schaftteile (20a,33) abstandsveränderlich verbindet; oder(b) eine Stellhülse (63) die beiden - undrehbar aber verschieblich (21,22) - miteinander gekoppelten Schaftteile (64',64") abstandsveränderlich verbindet.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, bei der in einer Richtung parallel zur Schwenkrichtung sich erstreckende Führungen (21,22), insbesondere beidseits beabstandet von der Hauptachse (100), am Schaft (20) frontendig angeordnet sind, zum Führen der gesteuerten Schwenkbewegung oder der Einstellung des Neigungswinkels (α) des Spitzenstücks (10), wobei insbesondere das Spitzenstück im Bereich der Führungen (21,22) abgeflacht (11) ausgebildet ist, um ein seitliches Verkippen in einer Richtung quer zu der die Hauptachse (100) enthaltenden Ebene zu sperren.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, bei der eine Koppelstelle (9; 9a,9b) im Endbereich der Spitze (10) gegenüber der Lagerstelle (13,14; 23;L) in der die Hauptachse enthaltenden Ebene versetzt ist.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, bei der eine blattförmige Feder (17) am nach rückwärts weisenden Endabschnitt der Spitze (10) angeordnet ist, die sich ins Innere des Schaftes (20) erstreckt, zur Anlage an eine Innenwand des Schaftes und Ausüben von Rückstellkräften bei stärker werdender Neigung der Spitze (10).
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Spitze (10) randseitige Endanschläge (12) besitzt, zum Begrenzen der maximalen Neigungsstellen durch Anlage an schaftinnenseitig angeordneten Vorsprüngen (21a,22a), insbesondere solchen Vorsprüngen, die direkt (einstückig) mit Führungsstücken (21,22), zum seitlichen Führen der konischen Spitze (10) ausgebildet sind.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der eine Lagerung (23,13;L) des Spitzenstücks (10) am Schaftinnem an dessen Frontende erfolgt, insbesondere das Spitzenstück (10) von rückwärts in den Schaft (20) einsteckbar oder einschiebbar ist.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Spitze (10) langgestreckt ausgebildet ist, wobei die Länge größer als deren Durchmesser am rückwärtigen Ende der Spitze ist, insbesondere mehr als eineinhalb mal so groß.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 12, bei der die Spitze (10) kegelförmig ist und symmetrisch zu einer Konus- oder Kegelachse (101) ausgebildet ist.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher der Schaftabschluß (50) drehbar im Schaftende gelagert ist (50a,51), insbesondere in einem mit Steigungswinkel versehenen Gewindesteg oder vorderseitig eine Schrägfläche aufweist, zum Steuern oder Einstellen der Längsverstellung (x) der Minenanordnung (40) gemäß Anspruch 2.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als frontseitiger konischer Endbereich ein Spitzenstück (10) langgestreckt ausgebildet ist und eine Kegelachse (101) aufweist, die in ihrem Winkel (α) von einer an der Schreibeinrichtung angeordneten Einstelleinrichtung (40,43,9) gegenüber der Hauptachse (100) des Schreibgerätes veränderbar ist.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 15, bei der das Spitzenstück (10) einen rückwärtigen Endabschnitt (9; 9a,9b) besitzt, mit dem ein Ansatz (43,66b) einer insbesondere einteiligen Minenanordnung (40) gekoppelt ist, zur Ausbildung einer Kurvensteuerung für die Neigungsänderung des Spitzenstücks.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 15, bei der an dem Spitzenstück eine Kurvensteuerung (9) vorgesehen ist, die aus zumindest einer, insbesondere zwei seitlich beabstandeten Stegstücken besteht, von denen eines aus zwei geknickt (β) verlaufenden Stegabschnitten (9a,9b) besteht, die einen Winkel kleiner als 180° einschließen, insbesondere zwischen 160° und 180°, um die Neigung des Spitzenstücks zu steuern.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 14, bei der der Schaftabschluß (50) drehbar im Schaft (20) gelagert ist, insbesondere schwergängig oder mit umfänglichen Raststellen (52) versehen, drehbar ist.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 17, bei der der Knickwinkel (β) der Stegabschnitte (9a,9b) im wesentlichen dem maximalen Neigungswinkel (αmax) des Spitzenstücks (10) gegenüber der Hauptachse (100) des Schreibgerätes bzw. Schaftes (20) entspricht.
- Schrelbeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Spitze auf ihrem nach rückwärts weisenden Endbereich zumindest eine Koppelstelle (9; 9a,9b) besitzt, mit der eine Stufe (43,66d) der Minenanordnung (40,65) gekoppelt ist, um die Neigung (α) des Spitzenstücks (10) steuernde Kräfte auf das Spitzenstück (10) aufzubringen.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder Anspruch 6, wobei eine axiale Minenanordnung (40,65) vorgesehen ist und wobei eine erste Federkraft, durch eine axial wirkende Federeinrichtung (41a,41b) auf die Minenanordnung wirkt, um die Minenanordnung auf das Spitzenstück (10) hin axial vorzuspannen bzw. von dem Spitzenstück (10) axial weggerichtet vorzuspannen.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Teilungsstelle (26) nahe dem Schaftabschluß (35) angeordnet ist oder die Teilungsstelle (25) nahe dem Spitzenstück (10) angeordnet ist.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 15, wobei die Länge des Schaftes (20;20',20") oder des Schreibgerätes (10,20,35,33) bei der oder zur Veränderung des Neigungswinkels (α) des Spitzenstücks (10) verändert wird.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 15, mit einer Minenanordnung (65), die von einer Druckfeder (41 b) so vorgespannt wird, daß sie gegen das Spitzenstück (10) gedrängt wird und die Druckfeder dabei so bemessen ist, daß sie Schreibkräfte ohne wesentliche Lageveränderung der Minenanordnung (65) aufnimmt, aber auf das Spitzenstück (10) weniger Drehmoment ausübt als eine Rückstellkraft einer weiteren elastischen Anordnung (42,17), die mit dem Spitzenstück (10) ebenfalls gekoppelt ist, um dessen Rückschwenkung in die Geradeauslage der Hauptachse (100) zu ermöglichen.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 15, wobei eine Minenanordnung (40) vorgesehen ist, die über eine Druckfeder (41a) gegenüber dem Spitzenstück (10) elastisch vorgespannt ist, und eine zweite Federkraft auf das Spitzenstück (10) so aufgebracht wird und so bemessen ist, daß das von der Druckfeder (41a) aufgebrachte Drehmoment zumindest kompensiert wird.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 15, wobei eine den Neigungswinkel (α) des Spitzenstücks steuernde Einrichtung (43,9,63,50) und unabhängig davon eine weitere Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, die ein Öffnen des Schreibgerätes zum Austauschen der Minenanordnung erlaubt.
- Schreibeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 15, wobei eine Einrichtung (20c) vorgesehen ist, die mit dem Spitzenstück (10) gekoppelt ist, insbesondere über die Blattfeder (17) des Anspruchs 9, zum direkten Steuern, insbesondere Einstellen, Verstellen und Rückstellen, des Neigungswinkels des Spitzenstücks vom Schaft (20) aus.
