Claims (5)
- Kolbenpumpe (6) mit mehreren Pumpenelementen (7) zur Kraftstoffhochdruckversorgung bei Kraftstoffeinspritzsystemen von Brennkraftmaschinen, insbesondere bei einem Common-Rail-Einspritzsystem, mit den Merkmalen:gekennzeichnet durch die weiteren Merkmale:die Pumpenelemente (7) sind saugseitig an eine Kraftstoff unter Niederdruck mengengeregelt fördernde Förderpumpe (1) angeschlossen,jedem Pumpenelement (7) ist saugseitig ein erstes Rückschlagventil (10) zugeordnet, mit dem die Zufuhr von Kraftstoff in einen einen Pumpenkolben (8) aufweisenden Zylinderraum (9) des Pumpenelements (7) steuerbar ist,das erste Rückschlagventil (10) öffnet gegen Federkraft in der Saugphase des Pumpenelements (7) und schließt in der Förderphase,dem ersten Rückschlagventil (10) ist zuströmseitig ein zweites Rückschlagventil (11) vorgeschaltet,das zweite Rückschlagventil (11) öffnet gegen Federkraft und schließt federkraftunterstützt bei Drücken des von der Förderpumpe (1) zugeführten Kraftstoffs, die höher sind als der im Zylinder (9) des Pumpenelements (7) erzeugte Unterdruck.
- Kolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:es ist eine an den Zylinderraum (9) angrenzende Ventilplatte (18) vorgesehen,in der Ventilplatte (18) ist eine abgestufte Durchgangsbohrung (24) ausgebildet,an einem Ringbund (28) der Durchgangsbohrung (24) sind zylinderraumseitig ein erster Ventilsitz (31) für den Angriff eines Schließgliedes (32) des ersten Rückschlagventils (10) und zylinderraumabgewandt ein zweiter Ventilsitz (35) für den Angriff eines Schließgliedes (36) des zweiten Rückschlagventils (11) ausgebildet,in der Ventilplatte (18) ist zylinderraumabgewandt das Schließglied (36) des zweiten Rückschlagventils (11) weitgehend druckdicht in der Durchgangsbohrung (24) längsverschiebbar geführt, wobei der Durchmesser des führenden Bohrungsabschnitts (29) größer ist als der Dichtdurchmesser des zugeordneten Ventilsitzes (35),Kraftstoff wird von der Förderpumpe (1) in einen Bohrungsabschnitt (27) der Durchgangsbohrung (24) gefördert, der zwischen dem Ventilsitz (35) des zweiten Rückschlagventils (11) und dem führenden Bohrungsabschnitt (29) liegt.
- Kolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließglied (36) des zweiten Rückschlagventils (11) die Form einer Hülse hat, deren am zugeordneten Ventilsitz (35) angreifender Boden (37) gleichachsig von einem Schaft (33) des Schließgliedes (32) des ersten Rückschlagventils (10) spielbehaftet durchgriffen ist.
- Kolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließglied (36) des zweiten Rückschlagventils (11) zylinderraumabgewandt mit einer vorgespannten Druckfeder (38) an einem Gehäusebauteil (19) des Pumpenelements (7) abgestützt ist.
- Kolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Schaft (33) des Schließgliedes (32) des ersten Rückschlagventils (10) eine vorgespannte Druckfeder (39) aufgenommen ist, welche einerseits an der zylinderraumabgewandten Seite des Hülsenbodens (37) des zweiten Rückschlagventils (11) und andererseits an einem Anschlag (40) am Schließgliedschaft (33) angreift.
