Claims (20)
- Einzelaufnahme für empfindliches Lager- oder Transportgut, wie Früchte, Süßwaren, Glasobjekte, Elektronikteile o. dgl. mit einer Auflagefläche sowie einem mit der Auflagefläche verbundenen und die Einzelaufnahme begrenzenden Steg, Rand o. dgl., wodurch ein Einzelteil des Lager- oder Transportgutes von anderen Einzelteilen separierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagefläche (5) am oberen Rand (4, 4') der Einzelaufnahme (1, 1') gehalten und dem Einzelteil (2, 2', 2") im Interesse eines verringerten Flächendruckes in seiner Form zumindest angenähert ist, wobei die Auflagefläche (5) mit ihrem tiefsten Punkt (6) frei über der Bodenebene (Aufstandsfläche) (7) endet.
- Einzelaufnahme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihre freie Öffnung am oberen Rand (4, 4') so gewählt ist, daß das zu lagernde Einzelteil (2, 2', 2") frei mit der Auflagefläche (5) in Berührung kommen und sich darauf absetzen kann, wobei die Auflagefläche (5) derart verformbar ist, daß sie sich unter dem Eigengewicht des darauf gelagerten Einzelteils (2, 2', 2") dessen Kontur weitgehend anpaßt.
- Einzelaufnahme nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihre freie Öffnung am oberen Rand (4, 4') einen Verlauf zeigt, der in etwa der Projektion des zu lagernden Einzelteils (2, 2', 2") auf die Bodenebene (7) entspricht, insbesondere einem Kreis, Oval o. ä.
- Einzelaufnahme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand (4, 4') mit der Bodenebene (7) innerhalb der Einzelaufnahme einen Winkel α ≤ 90° einschließt.
- Einzelaufnahme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Rand (4, 4') in einer Ebene schräg zur Bodenebene (7) verläuft.
- Einzelaufnahme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand (4, 4') durch eine Oberflächenstruktur (8), z. B. eine Kannelierung in seiner Form verfestigt (versteift) ist.
- Einzelaufnahme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialstärke der Auflagefläche (5) gegenüber der Materialstärke des Randes (4, 4') merklich verringert (abgestuft) ist und die Auflagefläche (5) vom Rand (4, 4') zum tiefsten Punkt (6) hin ggfs. noch weiter in ihrer Materialstärke abnimmt.
- Einzelaufnahme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagefläche (5) in Teilbereiche (5a, 5b, 5c) untergliedert ist, welche ggfs. unterschiedliche, nämlich von oben nach unten abnehmende Materialstärken und/oder unterschiedliche Oberflächenstrukturen (8a) aufweisen, wobei die Trennungslinien der Teilbereiche (5a, 5b, 5c) ggfs. in Ebenen mit unterschiedlicher Neigung zur Bodenebene (7) verlaufen.
- Einzelaufnahme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Teilbereich (5a) der Auflagefläche (5) im Anschluß an den Rand (4) eine Oberflächenstruktur (8a) ähnlich derjenigen des Randes (4) aufweist, insbesondere eine Kannelierung, welche jedoch entsprechend dem kleineren (Innen-) Durchmesser verkleinert und im übrigen in Umfangsrichtung um ein halbes Strukturelement versetzt ist.
- Einzelaufnahme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagefläche (5) aus einer Mehrzahl schmaler Teilbereiche (5c) mit immer stärker reduzierten (Innen-) Durchmessern besteht, welche streckenweise eine etwa trichterförmige Mulde bilden.
- Einzelaufnahme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an den unteren Rand (4) der Einzelaufnahme (1) nach außen hin eine Bodenplatte (3) anschließt.
- Einzelaufnahme nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Einzelaufnahmen (1) über ihre Bodenplatten (3) zu einer Verpackungseinheit, wie den Boden (11) eines verschließbaren Verpackungsbehälters (12, 12') oder einem Einsatz für einen Verpackungsbehälter (12, 12') verbunden sind.
- Einzelaufnahme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an den Rand (4'), welcher die Auflagefläche (5) trägt, am unteren Ende eine Außenwandung (9) anschließt, welche vorzugsweise nach außen schräg gestellt ist und den oberen Rand (4') mit der davon ausgehenden Auflagefläche (5) deutlich überragt.
- Einzelaufnahme nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an das obere Ende der Außenwandung (9) eine auswärts gerichtete, parallel zur Bodenebene (7) verlaufende Randplatte (10) anschließt.
- Einzelaufnahme nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Einzelaufnahmen (1') über ihre Randplatten (10) zu einer mittels Folie, Deckel o. dgl. verschließbaren größeren Verpackungseinheit verbunden sind.
- Einzelaufnahme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weitere Einzelaufnahmen (1) über biegsame Stege (14) o. dgl. derart angeschlossen sind, daß damit die Lagerung (= Stoßsicherung) eines Einzelteils (2") an unterschiedlichen Stellen möglich ist.
- Einzelaufnahme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff besteht, welcher tiefgezogen oder gespritzt wurde.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Einzelaufnahme gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Platte aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff zunächst über einer muldenartigen Form an deren Rand fixiert, im übrigen erhitzt und sodann im plastifizierten Zustand an die Innenwand der Form gepreßt wird, wonach das fertige Erzeugnis von der Form gelöst und daraus entnommen wird, sowie ggfs. hinsichtlich seiner späteren Auflagefläche noch weiter (kalt) verformt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anpressen an die Innenwand der Form mittels eines Stempels geschieht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anpressen an die Innenwand der Form mittels eines heißen Luftstrahls geschieht.
