Aufgrund ihres Gewichts wird die Zugstange 7 und auch der Hebel 14 nach unten verschwenkt. Wenn ein Monteur an dem Hebel 14 angreift und ihn dem Griff 3 nähert, so hebt er dabei gleichzeitig die Zugstange 7 an, daß der Zapfen 18 von dem Flansch 17 beaufschlagt wird. Die Bewegung der Zugstange kann an der Skala 21 abgelesen werden.
Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von konkaven Beulen (22) aus Blechen (1), mit1.1 einer Halterung zum Aufsetzen auf das Blech (1) außerhalb der Beule (22),1.2 einem gegenüber der Halterung verschiebbaren Zugelement (7),1.3 einem Betätigungselement zur Verschiebung des Zugelements (7) gegenüber der Halterung, gekennzeichnet durch1.4 eine Anzeige für die aktuelle Position des Zugelements (7) gegenüber der Halterung.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das dem Blech (1) zugeordnete Ende des Zugelements (7) zur Aufnahme eines Klebeadapters (9) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die Ausgangsposition des Zugelements (7) gegenüber dem Blech (1) veränderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Anzeige eine Skala (21) und einen Zeiger (20) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Halterung mindestens drei Aufsetzfüße (13) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, bei der die Aufsetzfüße (13) an einem Ringelement (11) angeordnet sind, das ggf. gegenüber dem Rest der Halterung verstellt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Betätigungselement einen an der Halterung angelenkten Hebel (14) aufweist, der an einem Zapfen (18) des Zugelements (7) angreift.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Ermittlung der richtigen Ausbeulung.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 8, bei der9.1 die Vorrichtung mit dem eingehängten Klebeadapter (9) auf eine der Stelle mit der Beule (22) ähnliche Stelle aufgesetzt und9.2 die korrekte Position des Zugelements (7) markiert wird,9.3 die Vorrichtung auf die Stelle mit der Beule (22) aufgesetzt wird,9.4 die Beule (22) mit dem Klebeadapter (9) herausgezogen wird, bis9.5 die Markierung erreicht ist.
