Description
Das Verfahren ist vorteilhaft bei Trockenoffset-Druckverfahren anwendbar, bei welchen eine reinigende Wirkung der Druckplatte durch Feuchtwerke entfällt. Weiterhin ist erfindungsgemäß zwischen dem Kalanderwalzenpaar und dem ersten Druckwerk eine Papierbahnspannungs-Regeleinrichtung angeordnet, um durch den Kalanderprozeß auftretende Papierbahnspannungsschwankungen ausgleichen zu können.
In diesem Druckwerk 11 werden beispielsweise "wasserlose" Druckformen, z. B. Flachdruckformen oder Flachdruckplatten oder Flachdruckfolien verwendet, so daß keine Feuchtwerke notwendig sind. Damit entfällt aber auch die "Reinigungswirkung" der Feuchtwerke.

Claims (6)
- Einrichtung zum Behandeln einer Papierbahn (3)oder eines Papierbogens vor dem Bedrucken, mittels eines Kalanderwalzenpaares (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Kalanderwalzenpaar (8) und einem ersten Druckwerk (11) eine Papierbahnspannungs-Regeleinrichtung (9) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kalanderwalzenpaar (8) vor einem ersten mit "wasserlosen" Flachdruckformen arbeitenden Druckwerk (11) für Offsetdruck angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Kalanderwalze (6; 7) einen elastischen Überzug oder einen harten Überzug aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine erste Kalanderwalze (6 oder 7) einen elastischen Überzug und eine zweite Kalanderwalze (7 oder 6) einen harten Überzug aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kalanderwalzenpaar (6; 7 bzw. 8) einen gemeinsamen Antrieb aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Kalanderwalze (6; 7) einen separaten Antrieb aufweist.
