Claims (15)
- Elektrischer Schalter mit einem Gehäuse (2), mit einem im Gehäuse (2) befindlichen Kontaktsystem (3), mit einem in einer Öffnung (5) am Gehäuse (2) angeordneten, teilweise aus dem Gehäuse (2) herausragenden Betätigungsorgan (6) zum schaltenden Einwirken auf das Kontaktsystem (3) und mit einer den aus dem Gehäuse (2) ragenden Teil des Betätigungsorgans (6) sowie die Öffnung (5) im Gehäuse (2) überdeckenden, die Bewegung des Betätigungsorgans (6) gestattenden Kappe (9), wobei die Kappe (9) einen Deckel aus einem harten Werkstoff und ein in der Art eines Faltenbalgs ausgebildetes hülsenartiges Teil (11) aus einem flexiblen Werkstoff besitzt, und wobei der Deckel an dem aus der Öffnung (5) herausragenden Teil des Betätigungsorgans (6) derart angeordnet ist, daß das Betätigungsorgan (6) über eine benutzerzugewandte Seite des Deckels bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel im wesentlichen in der Art einer ebenen Fläche (10) ausgestaltet ist, daß das eine Ende des hülsenartigen Teils (11) entlang eines umlaufenden Randes an der benutzerabgewandten Seite der ebenen Fläche (10) des Deckels befestigt ist, und daß das andere Ende des hülsenartigen Teil (11) die Fläche (10) des Deckels überragt, wobei das überragende andere Ende des hülsenartigen Teils (11) an einem die Öffnung (5) umgebenden Bereich (12) des Gehäuses (2) angeordnet ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Werkstoff für die ebene Fläche (10) des Deckels und/oder für das Gehäuse (2) um einen starren Kunststoff, wie Polycarbonat o. dgl., und bei dem Werkstoff für das hülsenartige Teil (11) um einen elastischen Kunststoff, wie einem thermoplastischen Elastomer, handelt.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eine Ende des hülsenartigen Teils (11) zur Befestigung in der Art eines Zwei-Komponenten-Teils an der ebenen Fläche (10) des Deckels angespritzt ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich um einen Wippschalter handelt, dessen Betätigungsorgan (6) als Wippe ausgebildet ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ebene Fläche (10) des Deckels an der benutzerabgewandten Seite mittels gegebenenfalls abstehender Rast- und/oder Schnapp-Haken (13), Stiften (14), Ansätzen, Rastnasen, Rastflächen o. dgl. am Betätigungsorgan (6) befestigbar, insbesondere aufclipsbar, ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Gehäuse (2) eine Flanschfläche (15) angeordnet ist, die insbesondere entlang des die Öffnung (5) umgebenden Bereichs (12) ringsum verläuft, und daß das dem Gehäuse (2) zugewandte, andere Ende des hülsenartigen Teils (11) als zur Flanschfläche (15) korrespondierende elastische Aufnahme (16) ausgebildet ist, derart daß zur Anordnung des hülsenartigen Teils (11) am Gehäuse (2) die Aufnahme (16) über die Flanschfläche (15) überstülpbar ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Gehäuse (2) eine Flanschfläche (15) angeordnet ist, die insbesondere entlang des die Öffnung (5) umgebenden Bereichs (12) ringsum verläuft, daß das dem Gehäuse (2) zugewandte, andere Ende des hülsenartigen Teils (11) an einem rahmenartigen Sockel (17) aus einem harten Werkstoff befestigt ist, und daß der rahmenartige Sockel (17) als zur Flanschfläche (15) korrespondierende Aufnahme ausgebildet ist, derart daß zur Anordnung des hülsenartigen Teils (11) am Gehäuse (7) der rahmenartige Sockel (17) auf die Flanschfläche (15) aufsteckbar ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel (17) aus einem starren Kunststoff besteht, und daß das dem Gehäuse (2) zugewandte, andere Ende des hülsenartigen Teils (11) in der Art eines Zwei-Komponenten-Teils am Sockel (17) angespritzt ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel (17) Rastnasen (18) zum Aufclipsen auf die Flanschfläche (15) besitzt.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Dichtlippe (21, 22) an der Aufnahme (16) des hülsenartigen Teils (11) und/oder am Sockel (17) zum Anlegen an eine Gerätewand (19), in der der Schalter (1) in einer Montageöffnung (20) einsetzbar ist, befindlich ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schalter (1) derart in eine an einer Gerätewand (19) befindliche Montageöffnung (20) eingesetzt ist, daß die Flanschfläche (15) des Gehäuses (2) mit einem Teil der Kappe (9) an der Außenseite (23) der Gerätewand (19) anliegt.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schalter (1) derart in eine an einer Gerätewand (19) befindliche Montageöffnung (20) eingesetzt ist, daß die Flanschfläche (15) des Gehäuses (2) mit einem Teil der Kappe (9) an der Innenseite (25) der Gerätewand (19) anliegt.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schalter (1) derart in eine an einer Gerätewand (19) befindliche Montageöffnung (20) eingesetzt ist, daß die Flansschfläche (15) des Gehäuses (2) mit einem Teil der Kappe (9) innerhalb der Montageöffnung (20) befindlich ist und im wesentlichen bündig mit der Gerätewand (19) ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Teil der ebenen Fläche (10) des Deckels aus einem für Licht im sichtbaren Spektralbereich wenigstens teilweise durchlässigen Kunststoff besteht, und daß ein Leuchtelement (7) zur Beleuchtung dem Betätigungsorgan (6) zugeordnet ist, insbesondere sich in einer Kammer (8) des Betätigungsorgans (6) befindet.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hülsenartige Teil (11) aus einem für Licht im sichtbaren Spektralbereich im wesentlichen undurchlässigen Kunststoff besteht.
