Claims (7)
- Elektrische Kabelkupplung für Schienenfahrzeuge, die an einer mechanischen Mittelpufferkupplung längsverschiebbar gehalten ist, wobei die Kabelkupplung eine Verriegelungseinrichtung und eine zwei parallele Führungsstangen (2) aufweisende und unterhalb der mechanischen Kupplung angeordnete Längsführung beinhaltet sodaß eine Längsverschiebbarkeit bewirkt wird, und die Kabelkupplung einen kompakten E-Kasten (1) aufweist, der oben an zwei parallelen Gleitkörpern (4) befestigt ist, die mit den Führungsstangen (2) wirkungsverbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die zwei Führungsstangen (2) zweiteilig sind, wobei deren erster Teil einer ersten Mittelpufferkupplung (6a) und deren zweiter Teil einer zweiten Mittelpufferkupplung (6b) der zu kuppelnden Schienenfahrzeuge zugeordnet ist, und,
dass eine um 180° drehbare Arretierungswelle (7) die Gleitkörper (4) miteinander verbindend in den Gleitkörpern (4) in einer rechtwinklig zur Längsführung angeordneten Bohrung (11) gelagert ist, die mit den Führungsstangen (2) in Wirkungsverbindung steht. - Elektrische Kabelkupplung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretierungswelle (7) im Bereich jeder Führungsstange (2) eine quer zur Längsachse der Arretierungswelle (7) verlaufende Nut (9) aufweist, die im geöffneten Zustand eine obere Position einnimmt.
- Elektrische Kabelkupplung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsstangen (2) an ihrer Unterseite Ausnehmungen (10) besitzen in die die Arretierungswelle (7) im verriegelten Zustand formschlüssig eingreift.
- Elektrische Kabelkupplung nach Anspruch 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionen der Ausnehmungen (10) auf der Führungsstange (2) die Ausgangstellung und die Stellung im Fahrbetrieb des E-Kastens (1) darstellen.
- Elektrische Kabelkupplung nach Anspruch 1, 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß federnde Druckstücke (12), die mit den Teilen (2a; 2b) der Führungsstange (2) zusammenwirken, im Gleitkörper (4) angeordnet sind.
- Elektrische Kabelkupplung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Fixierung der Arretierungswelle (7) in den zwei Endstellungen federnde Druckstücke (13) im Bereich der Bohrung (11) angeordnet sind.
- Elektrische Kabelkupplung nach Anspruch 1,2,3 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an beiden Enden der Arretierungswelle (7) je ein Betätigungshebel (8) angeordnet ist.
