Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Dosieren und/oder Mischen von hochviskosen und nicht fliessfähigen Materialien, insbesondere von Pigmentpasten, mit einem Trichter der sich um die eigene Achse drehen kann, und einem in dem Trichter angeordneten Material-Fördermittel, dass sich im Bereich der inneren Trichterwand erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material-Fördermittel eine aus zwei Schnecken (1a, 1b) bestehende Doppelschnecke (1) ist, sich längst der inneren Trichterwand (6) bis in eine Produktaustrittsöffnung (4) am unteren Ende erstreckt und unterhalb des Trichters (2) durch ein Gehäuse (3) bis zu einer Pumpe (5) der Vorrichtung geführt ist, wobei die Förderkapazität der Doppelschnecke (1) höher als die Förderkapazität der Pumpe (5) ist, wobei sich im Betrieb alle mit dem Material in Berührung kommenden Teile (1a, 1b, 2) gegenseitig ständig abstreifen und gleichzeitig Material in die Pumpe (5) drücken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen der inneren Wand (6) des Trichters ( und der Doppelschnecke (1) im Bereich 0 bis 3 cm liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhegenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnecken (1a, 1b der Doppelschnecke (1) gleichläufig angetrieben werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnecken (1a,1b) der Doppelschnecke (1) gegenläufig angetrieben werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Doppelschnecke (1) gleichläufig oder gegenläufig gegenüber dem Trichter (2) angetrieben wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehfrequenzen der Schnecke im Bereich 20 bis 100 U/min und des Trichters im Bereich 1 bis 5 U/min liegen.
- Extruder mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Kontinuierlich arbeitendes und geschlossenes System mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
