Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif pour créer une fente d'aération pour une fenêtre, une porte ou similaire, avec un châssis (1) et un battant (2), le dispositif présentant une ferrure de bielle (6) pouvant coulisser entre une position de fermeture (A) dans laquelle la ferrure de bielle (6) bloque le battant (2) contre le châssis (1), une position d'ouverture (B) dans laquelle le battant (2) peut être entièrement ouvert par rapport au châssis (1) et une position d'aération (C) dans laquelle le battant (2) peut être ouvert par rapport au châssis jusque dans une position d'aération par fente, par l'intermédiaire du dispositif destiné à créer une telle fente, ce dispositif présentant par ailleurs un bras mobile d'aération par fente raccordé à la ferrure de bielle, de manière à pivoter lors du déplacement de la ferrure de bielle de la position d'ouverture (B) jusque dans la position d'aération par fente (C),
    et caractérisé en ce que
    lors du déplacement de la ferrure de bielle (6) de la position de fermeture (A) jusque dans la position d'ouverture (B), le bras d'aération par fente (24) se déplace sur une distance (X) avant de buter contre une butée (43, 61, 74), le dispositif pour créer la fente d'aération étant par ailleurs constitué de telle sorte qu'un nouveau déplacement de la ferrure de bielle (6) et, par la même occasion, du point de raccordement (25) de la position d'ouverture (B) jusque dans la position d'aération par fente (C) provoque, avec l'action conjointe de la butée (43, 61, 74), le pivotement du bras d'aération par fente (24), ledit bras (24) ouvrant le battant (2) jusque dans une position d'aération par fente.
  2. Dispositif pour créer une fente d'aération conforme à la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la longueur utile (L) du bras d'aération par fente (24) correspond environ à la moitié de la course (Y) totale de la ferrure de bielle (6) entre la position de fermeture et la position d'ouverture (A, C).
  3. Dispositif pour créer une fente d'aération conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le bras d'aération par fente, en tant que bras de limitation (24), est disposé contre la ferrure de bielle (6) de manière inamovible et de telle sorte à pouvoir pivoter, son extrémité libre (71) présentant un point de raccordement (72) à la butée stationnaire (74).
  4. Dispositif pour créer une fente d'aération conforme à la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la butée (74) présente une coulisse (75) formant un centre de rotation (77), dont le contour extérieur (76) forme une section de segment circulaire et en ce que le bras de limitation (24) se présente, à son extrémité libre (71), sous la forme d'un crochet (72) approché en demi-cercle qui agit - à la manière d'un coulisseur - avec la coulisse (75).
  5. Dispositif pour créer une fente d'aération conforme à la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la coulisse (75) forme une zone à contre-dépouilles (81) saisissant le bras de limitation (24) par l'arrière, en position d'ouverture (C).
  6. Dispositif pour créer une fente d'aération conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le point de raccordement (25) du bras de limitation (24) agit simultanément avec un membre de verrou (16) de la ferrure de bielle (6), sous la forme d'une liaison avec épousement de formes.
  7. Dispositif pour créer une fente d'aération conforme à la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la fente de guidage (29) est prévue sur une plaque de base (33).
  8. Dispositif pour créer une fente d'aération conforme à la revendication 6 ou 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    en position d'ouverture par rotation (8) de la ferrure de bielle (6), le tourillon de fermeture (16) peut être dégagé du bras de limitation (21).
  9. Dispositif pour créer une fente d'aération conforme à une des revendications 6 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le bras de limitation (21) constitue une ouverture (49) à surfaces de guidage (40) en forme d'entonnoir destinée au tourillon de fermeture (16).
  10. Dispositif pour créer une fente d'aération conforme à la revendication 6 ou 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la plaque de base (33) présente deux fentes de guidage (28, 29), la seconde fente (28) formant, au moins partiellement, un segment en forme d'arc (31) de cercle autour du point central (32) de la première fente (28).
  11. Dispositif pour créer une fente d'aération conforme à l'une ou l'autre des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    un dispositif de sécurité (150) fixant le battant (2) en position d'aération par fente (C) est prévu contre le battant (2).
  12. Dispositif pour créer une fente d'aération conforme à la revendication 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de sécurité (150) est disposé contre le longeron de châssis opposé au dispositif d'aération par fente (21).
  13. Dispositif pour créer une fente d'aération conforme à la revendication 11 ou 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de sécurité (150) présente un bras de sécurité (152) articulé sur le battant (2) ou le châssis (1), de manière à pouvoir pivoter, le bras de sécurité agissant, en position d'aération par fente (C), simultanément avec un membre de fixation disposé contre le châssis (1) ou le battant (2).
  14. Dispositif pour créer une fente d'aération conforme aux revendications 11 à 13,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le bras de sécurité (152) présente un engrènement de verrouillage (156) fourchu déplaçable en même temps que la ferrure de bielle (156) et saisissant un tourillon à tête de champignon relié au bras de sécurité disposé contre le châssis, de manière à pouvoir basculer.
