Claims (19)

1. Porte ou fenêtre suivant la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité côté ouvrant du dispositif de basculement (22) est appuyée dans la position finale du basculement contre un ressort (37) agissant dans le sens du rappel, en particulier un ressort à lame, un ressort en étrier ou analogue.
9. Porte ou fenêtre suivant les revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le renvoi d'angle (21) présente un levier coudé (39) monté rotatif qui est engagé par un talon (41) en forme de crochet derrière une gâche (42) ou élément analogue du châssis dormant (2) lorsque l'ouvrant (2) est abaissé et fermé.
10. Porte ou fenêtre suivant la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la gâche (42) ou élément analogue est réglable au moins dans la direction verticale.
11. Porte ou fenêtre suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est munie d'un dispositif de verrouillage dévérrouillage, en particulier à l'extrémité inférieure de l'ouvrant côté fermeture, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage (43) est constitué par un levier de verrouillage (44) appartenant à l'ouvrant (2) et sollicité par un ressort et par une gâche (49) ou élément analogue appartenant au châssis dormant (1) ou élément analogue, le levier de verrouillage pouvant être déverrouillé au moyen d'un mécanisme d'actionnement (50, 52, 55, 56) en surmontant la force du ressort de sollicitation (45).
12. Porte ou fenêtre suivant la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme d'actionnement comprend une tringle de poussée (50) qu'on peut faire coulisser en va-et-vient au moyen d'un organe tournant (52).
13. Porte ou fenêtre suivant la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que l'organe tournant est un levier à deux bras (52), notamment sollicité par un ressort (53) dont l'un des bras de levier est relié à la tringle de poussée (50) et dont l'autre bras de levier (54) est relié à un élément intermédiaire (55) en forme de biellette de dernier étant accouplé ou accouplable à un organe d'actionnement tournant (56).
14. Porte ou fenêtre suivant la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que l'organe d'actionnement (56) est une came qu'on peut faire tourner au moyen d'une poignée, d'une clé ou élément analogue et qui coopère avec un évidement de l'élément intermédiaire (55).
15. Porte ou fenêtre suivant la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'élément intermédiaire (55) peut être placé en dehors de la zone de déplacement de la came (56).
16. Porte ou fenêtre suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 15, dont l'ouvrant coulissant peut coulisser le long d'un champ fixe ou par rapport à une deuxième croisée (3), caractérisée en ce que la traverse supérieure (62) du champ fixe ou de la deuxième croisée (3) possède, sur sa surface (63) qui regarde vers l'ouvrant levant-coulissant-basculant (2), une rainure réceptrice (64) qui s'ouvre sur le bord et est destinée à une languette d'étanchéité (65).
17. Porte ou fenêtre suivant la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que, latéralement à une deuxième rainure réceptrice (67) est ménagée sur l'ouvrant levant-coulissant-basculant (2) une troisième rainure (74) qui s'ouvre sur le bord et qui s'étend parallèlement à la deuxième rainure réceptrice (64).
18. Porte ou fenêtre suivant la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième rainure réceptrice (67) se trouve entre la première rainure (64) et la troisième rainure (74).
19. Porte ou fenêtre suivant la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisée en ce que sur le châssis dormant (1) se trouve une quatrième rainure de fixation (77) qui s'ouvre sur le bord vers la deuxième et/ou la troisième rainure.
