Claims (10)
- Dispositif de connexion entre un récipient fermé (2) et un contenant (2'), ledit récipient comprenant un col (3) dont l'ouverture (3a) est obturée par un bouchon (4), ledit dispositif de connexion comprenant une embase (5), montée sur ledit récipient (2) et se prolongeant par une collerette (9) formant un alésage interne (A), un piston (10) apte à coulisser dans ledit alésage interne, entre une position dégagée par rapport audit bouchon et une position de transfert dans laquelle une aiguille creuse (11) portée par ledit piston traverse ledit bouchon (4), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une lèvre d'étanchéité (22 ; 72 ; 122) prévue sur une surface interne (8d ; 109a) dudit alésage (A) en regard dudit piston (10 ; 110) ou sur une surface (60d) dudit piston (60), ladite lèvre étant conformée pour être en appui étanche contre ledit piston (10 ; 110) ou contre une surface interne (58d) dudit alésage, dans ladite position de transfert dudit piston.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite embase (5) comprend une paroi (8) d'appui contre une partie externe (4b) dudit bouchon (4), ladite lèvre (22) étant conformée sur une face (8d) de ladite paroi (8) orientée vers ledit piston (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite lèvre (72) est conformée sur une face (60d), dite face avant, dudit piston (60) orientée vers ledit bouchon (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite lèvre (122) est conformée sur une surface radiale interne (109a) de ladite collerette (109) ou sur une surface radiale externe (110e) dudit piston (110).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite lèvre (22 ; 72 ; 122) présente, en coupe transversale, un profil asymétrique (α, β) induisant une direction de déformation privilégiée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite collerette (9 ; 59 ; 109) porte, sur une face radiale interne (9a ; 59a ; 109a), un jonc circulaire (24 ; 74 ; 124) apte à coopérer avec un épaulement correspondant (10c ; 60c ; 110c) de la surface radiale externe dudit piston (10 ; 60 ; 110) pour verrouiller ledit piston dans ladite position de transfert.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit jonc (24 ; 74 ; 124) est disposé de telle sorte qu'il verrouille ledit piston (10 ; 60 ; 110) dans une position d'appui étanche de ladite lèvre (22 ; 72 ; 122) contre ledit piston (10 ; 110) ou contre une surface interne (58d) dudit alésage (A).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit jonc (24 ; 74 ; 124) présente une section transversale asymétrique, la face (24a) dudit jonc orientée vers le débouché (9b) dudit alésage (A) étant moins inclinée (δ, γ) par rapport à la surface radiale interne (9a) de ladite collerette (9) que la face (24b) dudit jonc orientée vers ledit bouchon.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit jonc (24 ; 74 ; 124) est apte à séparer de façon étanche un volume annulaire (V'), défini dans ledit alésage (A) autour de la partie avant dudit piston (10 ; 60 ; 110) en position de transfert, par rapport à l'atmosphère ambiante.
- Ensemble prêt à l'emploi, comprenant un récipient (2) fermé contenant un produit, ledit récipient comportant un col (3) dont l'ouverture (3a) est obturée par un bouchon (4) et un dispositif de connexion (5-24 ; 60-76 ; 109-124) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, monté sur ledit récipient.
