Claims (11)
- Brenner (1) für flüssigen Brennstoff, insbesondere Heizöl extra leicht, mit einem Brenner-Steuergerät, wobei dem Brenner (1) ein durch einen Motor (4) angetriebenes Gebläse (3) zugeordnet ist, der einen Brennertopf (5, 45) mit einer Verdampferkammer (17, 39) und ein in der Verdampferkammer (17, 39) plaziertes Zerstäuberorgan (30, 28) und eine elektrische Heizeinrichtung (20) aufweist, wobei auf die Verdampferkammer (17, 39) ein zylindrischer Flammenhalter (11) aufgesetzt ist, an dessen mit Löchern versehener Mantelfläche sich im Brennerbetrieb die Flamme bildet, und bei dem ein Temperaturfühler (8) vorhanden ist, dessen Signal dem Brenner-Steuergerät zugeführt wird, das daraufhin über die Notwendigkeit der Einschaltung der elektrischen Heizeinrichtung (20) entscheidet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß Mittel (12) vorhanden sind, mit denen ein Teil des Stroms der heißen Abgase derart umgelenkt wird, daß er die Verdampferkammer (17, 39) von außen so beheizt, daß in der Verdampferkammer (17, 39) eine Temperatur von mindestens 350 Grad Celsius erreicht wird,daß der Temperaturfühler (8) in der Wand des Brennertopfes (5, 45) angebracht ist, unddaß das Brenner-Steuergerät die beim Starten des Brenners (1) eingeschaltete elektrische Heizeinrichtung (20) dann ausschaltet, sobald der Istwert der vom Temperaturfühler (8) am Brennertopf (5, 45) gemessenen Temperatur einen im Brenner-Steuergerät einstellbaren Sollwert überschreitet. - Brenner nach Anspruch 1, daß die Mittel zur Umlenkung eines Teils des Strom der heißen Abgase gebildet sind durch einen Umlenkkragen (12), der einen Teil des Flammenhalters (11) konzentrisch umgreift.
- Brenner nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vom Gebläse (3) geförderte Luftstrom vor der Verdampferkammer (17, 39) in einen ersten und einen zweiten Teilstrom aufgeteilt wird, wobei der erste Teilstrom mit dem in der Verdampferkammer (17, 39) verdampfen Brennstoff vermischt wird, während der zweite Teilstrom durch das Innere eines zum Zerstäuberorgan (30, 28) gehörenden Zerstäuberbechers (30) gerührt ist, so daß dieser die Verdampferkammer (17, 39) nicht abkühlt.
- Brenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelfläche des Flammenhalters (11) durch ein Lochblech (24, 25) gebildet ist, während der Flammenhalter (11) auf seiner Oberseite durch einen Deckel (35) geschlossen ist.
- Brenner nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb eines die Mantelfläche des Flammenhalters (11) bildenden ersten Lochblechs (24) ein zweites Lochblech (25) angeordnet ist.
- Brenner nach Anspruch 5, daß die Löcher im äußeren Lochblech 24 kleiner sind als jene im inneren Lochblech 25.
- Brenner nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, daß der Flammenhalter (11) aus hitzebeständigem Stahlblech oder Keramik besteht.
- Brenner nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Mantelfläche des Flammenhalters (11) und dem Umlenkkragen (12) ein Ringspalt (34) vorhanden ist.
- Brenner nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel (12b, 55) vorhanden sind, um die Größe des Ringspaltes (34) zu verändern und/oder Mittel (56, 57; 58), um den umgelenkten Teil des Stroms der heißen Abgase in Abhängigkeit von der Temperatur der Abgase zu beeinflussen.
- Brenner nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zentral im Innenraum des Flammenhalters (11) ein rotationssymmetrischer Einsatz (36) angeordnet ist, durch den der effektiv wirksame Querschnitt im Innenraum des Flammenhalters (11) von unten nach oben abnimmt.
- Brenner nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (36) aus einem kegelstumpfförmigen Oberteil (37) und einem daran anschließenden kegelförmigen Unterteil (38) besteht.
