Claims (12)
- Einrichtung zur Aufnahme eines Farbvorrates (5) in einer Farbzuführeinrichtung (3, 4) im Farbwerk einer Druckmaschine, wobei der Farbvorrat in einem Reservoir aufgenommen ist, dessen seitliche Begrenzungsflächen (1, 2) Anlageflächen (16) aufweisen, die den Farbvorrat (5) gegen eine rotierende Oberfläche (14) abdichten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Farbvorrat (5) begrenzende, einstückige Seitenteile (1, 2, 29) im Anlagebereich (16) an die Farbkastenwalze (3) als lippenförmige Dichtelemente (6, 30) federnd an dieser anliegend ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Dichtelementen diese hintergreifende Freiräume (6.1, 32, 33) ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Freiraumverlauf (12) dem Krümmungsverlauf (19) der Dichtelemente (6, 30) entspricht.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtelemente (6, 30) mit einer Aufsatzfläche (13) auf dem Farbmesser (4) aufsitzen.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtelemente (6, 30) sich auf die Dichtfläche (16) hin verjüngenden Querschnittsverläufen (11) ausgeführt sind.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtelemente (6) an den Seitenteilen (1, 2) mit gerundenden Konturen (10) versehen sind.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtelemente (6, 30) elastisch ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Seitenteil (30) als Trennelement zweier Farbvorräte (5) fungiert.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Doppellippe von einem Steg (31) ausgehende, sich kontinuierlich verjüngende Bereiche mit abnehmendem Querschnittsverlauf (21) aufweist.
- Farbkasten im Farbwerk einer Druckmaschine zur Aufnahme eines Farbvorrates (5), wobei dieser in einem Reservoir aufgenommen ist, dessen seitliche Begrenzungsflächen (1, 2) Anlageflächen (16) aufweisen, die den Farbvorrat (5) gegen eine rotierende Oberfläche (14) abdichten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Farbvorrat (5) begrenzende, einstückige Seitenteile (1, 2, 29) im Anlagebereich (16) an die Farbkastenwalze (3) als lippenförmige Dichtelemente (6, 30) federnd an diese anliegend ausgebildet sind.
- Farbwerk einer Druckmaschine mit einer Einrichtung zur Aufnahme eines Farbvorrates (5), dessen seitliche Begrenzungsflächen (1, 2) Anlageflächen (16) aufweisen, die den Farbvorrat (5) gegen eine rotierende Oberfläche (14) abdichten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Farbvorrat (5), begrenzende, einstückige Seitenteile (1, 2, 29) im Anlagebereich (16) an die Farbkastenwalze (3) als lippenförmige Dichtelemente (6, 30) federnd an dieser anliegend ausgebildet sind.
- Druckwerk einer Druckmaschine mit einer Einrichtung zur Aufnahme eines Farbvorrates (5), dessen seitliche Begrenzungsflächen (1, 2) Anlageflächen (16) aufweisen, die den Farbvorrat (5) gegen eine rotierende Oberfläche (14) abdichten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Farbvorrat (5) begrenzende, einstückige Seitenteile (1, 2, 29) im Anlagebereich (16) an die Farbkastenwalze (3) als lippenförmige Dichtelemente (6, 30) federnd an dieser anliegend ausgebildet sind.
